Pros: Great time with very helpful staff. From the front desk to the valet parking, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very clean...happy hour was great...
Cons: Rm service was just ok
Excellent9.7
Pros: Attentive staff
Cons: Expected there to be a hot tub in the pool area
Excellent10.0
Pros: Location was perfect. We walked to restaurants and shops up and down the mall, museums blocks away and enjoyed an amazing skyline view.
Okay4.8
Cons: I did not like paying $275 for the night and being put in room whose walls adjoin the elevator shafts. Could not sleep at all, elevators whizzing up and down all night long. The room we were in 1606 should not be rented for the same price as other rooms of the same layout. I wanted to take it up with the staff in the morning, but had to leave first thing in the morning due to an unexpected family emergency. Therefore I cannot say if they would have taken $ off our bill or not. I may still try to contact management.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved the outdoor tennis court. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful.
Excellent9.6
Pros: Staff were great, food in the restaurant was lovely and the rooms are clean and well maintained.
Cons: Hyatt needs to be careful which taxi services they use; some of them are very low on standards.

Pros: Hotel is pretty much brand new as of the time of this review. Very modern and hip. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean, staff was friendly. Check out is at noon which is always appreciated.
Cons: They charge $42 PER DAY for parking. We ended up parking a few blocks away at a parking garage which was only $10 because it was the weekend, but that would be over $30 if it were a week day. Also, they make it so you can't quite close the curtains all the way, which is always annoying.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Great location, excellent modern accommodations, easy on-site self- or valet park, cool restaurant
Cons: Missed a room make-up one day, but hotel management was responsive and made our stay enjoyable. Definitely would book again.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Registration staff excellent. Great location.
Cons: No microwave
Okay5.7
Pros: Clean and very close to the train station with restaurants, CVS, and Whole Food nearby. Bathroom was nice albeit the toilet and sink were too high for my kids.
Cons: Restaurant closed due to COVID. They charged me for parking despite the gates wide open for in and out. WHY? I didn't authorize the charge. Bed was super soft which really hurt my back. No additional comfortable chair in the room to sit in. Just a desk chair.

Pros: All the little details that have put into this place from the coffee mugs to the social hour to the service. Kachina had phenomenal food and Poka Lola had the most amazing mixologist, mixing up some of the best craft cocktails.
Cons: Parking was a bit confusing.. they offer only valet but there's a parking garage under the building that is owned by a third party, but was way cheaper for our stay.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Valet is $46 / day, internet on lower floor did not work (9th floor). Manager did move me to a higher floor for second night. Ordered food for the room and was told 10-15 min, was closer to 30 and not great.

Pros: Location, privacy, cleanliness and courtesy of staff.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, good local recommendations from staff, great and convenient location, reasonable price.
Cons: The parking prices...we didn't rent a car but if we had, the parking per night is pretty pricey (same as any other downtown hotel, though).
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great breakfast with omelet station, fresh fruit, and wide variety of choices. Friendly front desk staff.

Pros: Great Location, comfortable big clean 2 room suite, good black out curtains.
Good6.0
Pros: Great location for anyone attending an event at the convention center. The complimentary breakfast is great - huge selection of food. They also offer a managers reception in the evening with snacks and complimentary beverages (including beer!)
Cons: We stayed in 2 separate rooms because of a mistake made by the hotel. When I made our reservation we were booked in two room types...so we had to check out of our first room and move to a second room, which was a huge inconvenience. The cleanliness of both rooms was seriously lacking - our first room had a blood stain on the duvet and something sticky splattered on the bathroom light switch. The second room had stains on the towels and something gross splattered on the wall next to the toilet. Definitely not up to par for a ~$200/night room!! I never really felt comfortable or clean during our stay. Also, parking at the hotel is $37/night --absolutely RIDICULOUS. Next time I'll probably stay at the Hyatt across the street.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Comfortable rooming with helpful front desk staff. Great location downtown and close dining choices!

Excellent8.8
Pros: Free breakfast! Great location.
Cons: The parking is expensive. The design of the building means that sound from the lobby carries to every floor-- it was loud when there was music playing.

Pros: I mentioned to the front desk staff that it was our first anniversary that day . . .just after we got to our room a nice young man brought a bottle of champagne and two glasses to congratulate us - very cool!

Pros: My wife and I decided to stay at the Hotel Monaco our first 2 nights of our honeymoon. From check-in to check-out everything and everyone was perfect. Very pleasant staff and beautiful guest rooms. The hotel has a lot of personality and unique decor, making it a great choice for a special occasion. Its located in the heart of downtown Denver and is walking distance to everything. A delicious Italian restaurant, Panzano, is located inside the hotel for featuring the Colorado chef of the year. Needless to say the food was amazing. These first 2 days in Denver have been absolutely perfect. My new bride and I head to Vail Colorado for our 2nd half of our honeymoon.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel decor had style which was neither tired and dated nor sterile and characterless. The room was large and high-ceilinged with a huge window. It was well heated and the umbrella in the closet was a useful item that cold and rainy week. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and even handymen encountered in the hallways were polite and welcoming. The Italian restaurant had interesting breakfast offerings. I am only sorry I could not stay longer.

Pros: Facilities were clean and the staff was helpful. Location was good being right in downtown Denver and parking wasn't terrible either.
Cons: Inappropriate party favors littering the halls and the excessive noise of all the party goers ensured that it would be a restless night.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Seth, the guy who checked us in was great, gave us free drink card and gave us recommendations for clubs. Room was clean and hotel had a nice friendly atmosphere.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great staff, really friendly & helpful. Clean rooms in good shape. Nice big fitness center.
Cons: Elevators are old and don't seem to all work. Could use some programming updates to call sequence/response.
Good7.4
Cons: Big place...hard to find the rooms because of the multiple towers. I gave 2-3 other guests directions because the had problems too.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The swimming pool was beautiful
Cons: Breakfast prices
Excellent10.0
Pros: The size of the rooms were incredible! Linens were crisp and wonderful. The staff was all very very nice and helpful. I have been to Lodo multiple times and never stayed here. This is by far my new favorite
Okay4.0
Pros: nothing
Cons: did not clean my room poor food
Excellent9.4
Cons: Elevators with keycard gave me trouble and couldn’t get up to room at first
Excellent8.8
Pros: Location, Location, Location.
Cons: The rooms in the tower are smaller. It was not an issue as purpose of visit was a staycation to dine in Denver. Parking was not included with the room it was a extra daily charge.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Reached out before we left, asking to see if there was anything we could do for my girlfriends birthday before we got there, like a bottle of champagne in the room. They got back to me and said they could do that as well as a cake, they even left a trail of rose buds in the room as well. She loved it! The room and whole hotel was very clean, and very nice employees.
Cons: Nothing.
Good7.1
Pros: Room was very clean! Very high class hotel with lots of amenities available.
Cons: Guest services really dropped the ball. We needed toothpaste and contact solution and they offer it free. We called guest services 3 times with assurance that they’d bring it right up. Ended up going to the front counter, only to get just toothpaste. Contact solution would “be sent up immediately”. Never came, and we ended up stocking up on supplies at the 7-11 next door. In addition, the shower pressure was terrible, which is unusual at hotels in my experience. Other than that it was a nice stay! For the price I paid though, I probably won’t be staying here again right away. It’s not a bad hotel by any means, it’s just pricey and I expect more for $175 a night.
Excellent8.2
Pros: I like the location. The Mall Ride takes you right to the hotel. The rooms are large, making it easy not to be in others way.
Cons: The rooms are large but a lot of wasted space. No mirrors for others to get ready. The shower wasn't hot.
Okay5.1
Pros: Location, heat worked.
Cons: Not very nice for the money.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: The valet staff was very nice
Cons: Most of the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience, not welcome guests of the hotel.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: Nothing?
Cons: Four star hotel more like a two star dump. Mold and mildew in the first room so they moved us to a dog room. Night management was rude and unapologetic when I informed him that we had been propositioned by two hookers in the elevator. The outside door stays open for ten minutes after you swipe your key, so they snuck in behind us and rode up to our floor where they asked if we wanted to chill. Night manager said the door wasn't broken and had to stay open for ADA reasons. Maybe for a minute, but we watched several times and the door wouldn't close within ten minutes. Night manager said most he could do was refund me SPG points equivalent to my stay. Nothing else offered or apologized for. We went and stayed at the St Julian in Boulder. Also a four star hotel and the same cost but it was a different world entirely. How this dump gets a four diamond rating is beyond me. It's a stain on the Sheraton and on SPG.
Excellent8.5
Pros: It's a nice hotel but can be a bit confusing with the elevators and garage. Plus it's suppose to be a nice 4 star hotel however cause of the location so many elevators you need a room key to go up stairs. Tge added security is nice but a bit inconvenient.
Cons: The allow dogs!
Mediocre2.0
Pros: Associate who offered us $75 credit because they didn’t have our city view room available we paid for
Cons: CHARGING ME AN EXTRA $150 I NEVER AGREED TO. You gave me $75 in hotel credit from my paid for room being unavailable but then charged my card an extra $150… unreal. We stayed because our apartments central air was out of service just to wake up in the middle of the night sweating from the AC being sub par at best. Never staying there again
Excellent8.8
Pros: Fun restaurants in the hotel. Good location
Cons: Wished the pool area also had a whirlpool spa.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Located on the 16th street mall. Anything you want within walking distance.
Good7.4
Pros: The hotel smelled nice when you walk in. The staff was courteous and helpful. Great location! Overall it was an alright hotel however we'll probably stay somewhere else the next time we are in Denver.
Cons: Our room was quite small for the cost. The shower was dissappointing. The elevators were particularly slow.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Great Staff comfy room and on site resturant
Cons: Price for parking
Excellent9.1
Pros: Staff was great. Location is perfect for taking in LoDo area - walk to anything. Some of the tower rooms could use updating and hopefully replace a few of the shower/tub combos with walk-in showers. Bartenders, desk staff all very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions.
Cons: Shower/tub combo in Tower rooms.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The rooms and staff were knowledgeable and cordial
Cons: N/A
Excellent9.3
Pros: Stephan (sp) at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful. Promote him
Cons: Toilet paper was abrasive. TV menu was confusing

Beautiful building, fantastic level of service all around. My only “con” would be that our room was quite small, but that’s par for the course when you stay in a historic hotel.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The hotel was great amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was warm and the AC did not cool it down much. The windows did not open so it was a warm muggy room.
Good6.5
Pros: The location.
Cons: This place needs a serious overhaul. The furniture is ancient and damaged. The shower fixture was falling off the wall. The mattresses are NOT comfortable. I don’t care that it’s a historical hotel - they market it as lux and it’s not. Even after an “upgrade” to a “Top of the Brown” “suite” - I won’t be back. I’d have been livid and f I’d paid for the “suite”.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Cool room & bathroom, amazing atmosphere in hotel itself, great staff!

Pros: Great hospitality, very helpful and friendly staff!
Cons: Better room service options. Options were very sparse, and presentation, as I suppose as is to be expected for a business-specific hotel, was direct and lifeless.
Excellent10.0
Cons: No microwaves in the rooms. Makes it very difficult To eat leftovers. There is plenty of areas the microwave could be placed in the room. I was happy that we had a small refrigerator. I’ve noticed that many Hilton hotels do not have microwaves. All other brands of hotels that I’ve stayed in have microwaves. Is Hilton is well situated for Denver activities such as the Pepsi center convention center 16th St., Mall bars and restaurants. I would stay here again
Okay5.7
Pros: No breakfast!!! Beds were ok!!
Cons: I paid 150 dollars for 2 rectangles in a room, got no breakfast, no laundry, and no parking. Not to mention there aren’t fans in your bathrooms. I love when my purchased hotel room allows the smell of my feces to linger for hours. Super 8, which will cost 42 dollars tonight, has provided me breakfast, laundry, parking, a bathroom fan, and get this...a hot tub! They outdo you in every arena, and are roughly a third of the price. Keep it up.

Pros: Location, location, location! Very comfortable beds, beautiful views of the city and mountains, good shower, great service.
Cons: Being nit picky, but the iHome is outdated, USB ports are only on one side of the bed, like I said I'm being nit picky, everything was great.
Mediocre3.9
They never cleaned the room once even after we asked them to. It was loud. The door didn’t lock well.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The beds and view
Cons: Nothing it was great
Excellent8.5
Cons: We chose the Westin for the pool. We were supposed the check in at 4p, but they weren’t able to get us into our room until nearly 6p. That was only after I went to the counter at 530p & demanded a room. They offered us a downgraded room that was ready immediately & when I declined, they were able to get us into a room that we paid for. We had evening plans, so the pool was out. We could have stayed in a comparable hotel with no pool for less money. Very disappointed.
Good7.4
Pros: Incredibly professional staff. The location was great, especially for touring downtown. Modern lobby area was inviting as well.
Cons: Facilities were outdated. Multiple power outlets that did not work which was inconvenient. Older model televisions seem like something that could be replaced in such a central hotel.
Good6.8
Pros: NIce hotel in a good location
Cons: Lobby and bar area are lacking. Room bathrooms need updates.

Pros: Staff was super friendly!
Cons: The smell of marijuana on our floor when we arrived was stomach turning. Trying to explain to my 10 year old why it smelt terrible at the hotel was embarrassing. We didn’t have time to express our concerns because we were on a tight schudule. Also, after returning from the ballet there were people smoking marijuana rightout side the entrance. This has been a huge reason we try avoiding Denver because it’s so prevalent everywhere and even businesses are just allowing it on their premises or rightin fro for. Pretty disappointed overall.
Okay5.7
Pros: Location
Cons: Room sign was on the floor, and room was right outside the elevator. Loud and small.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The floors all have a theme and it's exciting to explore them all. It's location is great as well.
Cons: Parking is way too expensive- $36 for the night.
Okay5.3
Pros: good location.
Cons: A little too mid-century modern and swanky for my tastes. Way overpriced for the amenities. Separate parking was ridiculously priced too. Waited in line for 30 minutes to check in and out. Bed seemed short on our two queen room. 4 elevator banks and only ever saw one actually work. Way to slow.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The decor is interesting. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I loved how each floor had a theme (as it was near halloween). Service was good, room was clean, hotel was fun.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff and really cool themed floors and rooms!
Cons: Elevator flooring needed to be replaced.
Okay4.5
Pros: Great location. Two blocks from 16th St mall and next to performing arts. On street parking was good and free overnight. Better option than valet in my opinion.
Cons: Loud on a Sunday night and security nearly banged down the door of next room over at midnight while yelling hotel security open up. Unprofessional and disruptive to the rest of us guests. Not a great place. About average.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Every floor has a theme and and even the elevators dialog is customized for each floor. It is just really fun. I found my room cozy, comfortable, and efficient. All the staff I interacted with were really nice and helpful. Good Wi-Fi. Just steps away from good places to eat and walk to. And if you want to venture out and explore the city, there is a bike rental around the corner! And while I don't have dog, they do welcome them and had food and water for them in the lobby, which I thought was really cute. Last, I got a great deal for this hotel on Kayak (35% off), which made it more reasonably priced than normal. I don't know if I would have paid full price, but I really enjoyed my stay.
Excellent8.5
Cons: I left a waterpik/waterflosser in my room. Housekeeping confirmed that they had it whein I contacted the hotel. We played VM phone tag 3x. The only option was for me to pick up the item at the hotel. I got no response to 2 messages offering to pay for shipping of the $100 item to my home.
Good6.5
Pros: The art, the restaurant.
Cons: The mattress
Excellent8.6
Pros: Awesome location and friendly staff with included parking.
Cons: The room was good but a bit substandard for the price. I cared more about the location so I didn't really mind.
Excellent9.4
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable!! The room was clean and had a nice overall layout. The fun artwork all the walls was a nice personalized touch. I also liked that you could self park in the garage instead of having to use the valet or to try and find parking elsewhere.
Cons: We had a room with a shared door to connect the two rooms. This allowed noises from the room next to ours to come through very clearly. You could hear everything from conversations and music to other things happening in their room.
Okay5.7
Pros: Met basic hotel needs.
Cons: Parking garage is overpriced at $32 per night, and it has a terrible stink to it as well as leaks and dirty floors. Not a nice experience for hotel guests.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Themed floors were awesome, Great amd friendly staff. Amazing brunch restaurant in the lobby.
Cons: Half of the elevators were down during our stay. Other than that everything was perfect
Excellent8.0
Pros: Location was great, price very reasonable.
Cons: Not as fun and cool as the pictures and description make it seem. Pretty standard hotel.
Good6.2
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location
Cons: Room was not clean (hair in drain, spiders), and mattress had springs and was not comfortable.
Excellent9.1
Pros: It's a fun concept with theme floors, fun artwork in the walls & a helpful staff. Good restaurant/bar in the building & close proximity to the Denver arts & 16th Street pedestrian mall.
Cons: The elevators are tiny & very slow. There are four of them but the staff also uses the tiny elevators to transport large carts & equipment.
Excellent9.1
Pros: We stayed through New Year's Eve, and had a great time! Great service from the staff, loved the themed floor, and happy hour at the attached restaurant was great.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I loved the gaming floor, it was the best out of all the floors.
Cons: I wish the other floors were as exciting as the gaming floor.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: looked forward to going to a concert so the location was wonderful however...a blizzard kept us from getting to Denver and Hilton will not allow any refunds or rescheduling - such a bummer.
Cons: allow us to reschedule our stay
Excellent8.2
Pros: My daughter loved this hotel although she thought the elevator announcements were spooky - the stuff of nightmares. Each floor is dedicated to a specific theme. We had a wonderful room on the 18th floor- overlooking the Denver Arts center. The staff was excellent!
Cons: The elevator announcements . . .
Okay5.1
Pros: Location and front desk cookies. Nice touch.
Cons: They placed us in a wheelchair friendly room on a very low floor with an aweful washroom. Which looked nothing like the photos. The elevators are slow and just strange. I’m not that picky but do enjoy comfort. The washroom was just strange and odd.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms for an older property. Very good amenities, Especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast with quality and variety.
Cons: Rooms would rise to luxury grade if bathrobes and slippers were included. Otherwise, the property reflects luxury standards.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great service from all ends-
Excellent9.6
Pros: Very nice rooms. Amazing beds, pillows and linens.
Cons: Parking was bad. Daily rate parking for a hotel of this caliber felt like gouging.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. They treated you like you were the most important priority everytime you had any needs or questions.
Cons: Only dislike was that getting out of the hotel was a bit of a hassle do to the light rail but other then that everything was great
Okay4.5
Pros: Location was great. Staff was very professional and friendly.
Cons: Our room was not clean so they moved us to another room which was also not clean.
Good6.0
Pros: Like the location, the trendy feel of Hotel
Cons: In this day and age. Why only one ice maker in the Hotel of 8 floors located on 2nd floor only. Crazy ... not ideal or convenient in the least.
Excellent9.0
Pros: Room was very nice! Great location!
Cons: They didn't validate parking! Had to pay $10 per night even though I spent almost $200 for a room for one night!
Mediocre3.7
Pros: Not much to like...
Cons: We just checked out of your hotel today after a not so great stay. After we checked in we tried to take showers, but there was no hot water and ended up taking cold showers. We also found out the sink leaked and almost got stuck in the bathroom because the door got stuck and refused to budge without excessive force. After we came back from the night we settled into bed hoping to sleep in and use the late check out. However, that was not possible as around 6:30am someone above our room start making very loud sounds almost as if they were moving around heavy furniture for about an hour. We know you can't help the outside construction, but those works were very loud in the alley way as well. After being woken by the the noise above us and in the alley we decide to get breakfast. Upon our return to our room we took lukewarm showers packed and planned to relax for a little bit before heading out. However, once again at 11am we were met with very loud drilling sounds and debris falling from the bathroom in the ceiling. We did take video of this and I would be happy send to you. At this point it was either yelling at each other to talk or leave. We chose to leave. We are rather disappointed as this hotel came highly recommend and we were excited to stay there. The staff also didn't seem all that concerned about the construction and the debris in the bathroom. Thankfully it was light debris, but based on the sounds it sound like there was some heavier piece falling as well. Those could have easily popped open the shoot above the toilet and fell on one of us had we been using the toilet at the time, as during this time the door to the shoot was shaking as if any moment it would pop open.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Location. Ambiance. Room size and layout.
Cons: Hot water heaters failed one morning. Not well insulated, but it is a 100+ year old building!
Good6.0
Pros: did like the king size bed.
Cons: Didn't like the view I had, when I asked for a room with a good view I didn't mean into someone's apartment. So that was a little awkward. Also the furnace kept turning on and off through out the night until finally at 2 am we just turned it off. Lastly when I asked where the aerobic room was they said it was under construction but that they had access to a gym 4 blocks away. Then when I said okay the front desk concierge made a look with a "sorry we can't help you because the car shuttle is backed up" face. Just a little awkward.
Good7.4
Pros: Location, breakfast, ambiance, room service menu and food
Cons: No shampoo in bathroom, phone line to room service not working - front desk had to take my order, loud guests in the hall from 9-10pm so I had to call and make a complaint - took nearly 20 minutes for a response, lamp in room did not work, no washcloths in bathroom
Excellent9.7
Pros: Breakfast included, beer and wine happy hour, comfortable lounge areas, friendly staff, valet parking
Cons: our window faced a brick wall, but I believe some other rooms have mountain views
Good7.1
Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpful
Cons: The furnace is really noisy. The bathroom was dirty
Excellent10.0
Pros: The TV in our bedroom was not working, they were very good about trying to fix it, when that didnt work they gave us a new room. It was within walking distance of a lot of great food, the 16th street mall, we also walked to coors sadium and it wasnt bad at all. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the complimentries were great! I will stay here again if I find myself in denver.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Clean Room.Really comfy beds. Luxurious feel in an old style hotel Location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping. Free beverages and milk and cookies in a fun atmosphere. Valet is efficient. $30 to park overnight, but is the best deal for parking with unlimited ins and outs. Went here for our anniversary, great choice, romantic, and fun!
Excellent9.4
Pros: Evening treat of cookies & milk a great perk!
Cons: Breakfast was OK - but hey it was free!
Excellent8.0
Pros: Good location, friendly staff, good value
Cons: Room felt like it had not been used in a while. There was dust and room had that "sealed up" smell.
Okay4.5
Pros: Staff was courteous
Cons: Could hear people in room next door blow their nose
Okay5.7
Pros: The staff was nice and fairly attentive. The location was good for my purposes.
Cons: Cleanliness and housekeeping were lacking. The room was very dark and the bed extremely uncomfortable.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Staff was great. Stylish and modern. Decent bed and really nice room. Very clean and quiet.
Cons: We were overcharged in the bar/restaurant so look out for that.
Good6.5
Pros: clean, and comfortable beds.
Cons: No refrigerator, 2 towels for 2 people and only one towel rack, bathroom sink design was tough to use. Sparse decorations for a high end hotel.
Good7.4
Pros: They saved us from cold. Little too uppity for my style.
Cons: I don’t believe they gave us the room rate we were told. We were feeezing and exhausted. The resteraunt staff or owner did nit want to serve us drinks after we spent $40 on dinner the day previous and tipped 20%. So we had to leave. She didnt know what was going on with us and I’m sure made an assumption but we were exhausted and she was rude. Apparently we weren’t dressed nice enough. Idk. My daughter is schizophrenic and this is the 3rd time this week that she has been treated poorly based on assumptions. We were made to feel unwelcome by the restaurant?
Excellent10.0
Pros: Very responsive by text. Great rate for 5 nights

Cons: They need more towels in the bathrooms, at least two large towels per couple. A little more attention to detail when cleaning. Otherwise, generally a comfortable hotel. But old, but good value for the stay.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The rooms were clean The bed was comfortable The staff was helpful The location in Denver is near the state capital and the artsy gayborhood Reasonable value for the quality room
Cons: Faint smell of cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room Valet had some fun parking my rented Camaro Valet Parking charges are over-the-top expensive.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Convenient for us to travel around downtown Denver
Cons: The AC was broken the first night however they did credit us for the inconvenience which I do appreciate. It took 3 requests to have housekeeping clean the room but overall, amazing view and nicer staff towards the end of our stay.
Good6.3
Pros: Good location with proximity to downtown Denver.
Cons: Facility in huge need of an upgrade. Staff knowledge and overall customer service was mediocre.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The Warwick Hotel is located within walking distance of downtown Denver. Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The view off of the balcony was so nice. When leaving to walk to dinner, the Bellhop gave us some suggestions on where to go. He was right on and we had a delicious dinner at Avenue Grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Warwick and would stay there again if in the area.
Cons: The rooftop pool was closed, but we knew that before we booked our reservations. No problem!
Excellent10.0
Pros: The rooms were much larger than most hotels. The towels were higher quality than most hotels. Each room had a large private deck.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: Honestly nothing about this hotel was worth what I paid. Staff is terrible, so rude for absolutely no reason. We received our room dirty and 4 hours late!
Cons: Everything.

Pros: room service was good and the view
Cons: Got bumped to a different room "nothing they can do.. sorry" was locked out of my room twice.
Excellent9.1
Pros: I liked the roof top swimming pool, spacious rooms with a nice deck. Nice location a few blocks away from 16th Mall shuttle and area.
Cons: That I had to leave.
Excellent9.6
Pros: Staff was great. Lovely rooftop pool. Walk to restaurants. Large room
Cons: Parking. Valet costly
Excellent8.0
Pros: Staff was very attentive and excellent. Room was nothing special. Nice, but very average. Internet access was slow. Enjoyed the bar area.
Excellent8.5
Pros: We got upgraded to a nicer room at no additional cost when we mentioned we were on vacation to celebrate my husband's birthday. That night the hotel also had complimentary champagne and dessert delivered to our room for his birthday. I felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay nice. We would definitely stay there again.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Awesome hotel, all of the help was great (especially Britton), the rooms are really clean and nice, it was very affordable, dog friendly, great for all groups and ages.
Mediocre3.1
Pros: The location is great.
Cons: The hotel is not safe. There were people fighting in the lobby and I tried calling the front desk but no one responded for about 15 mins. I was trying not to call 911 as I didn't think they were going to go beyond verbal arguments. But, the fact that no one from hotel management was available to diffuse the situation is concerning.
Excellent10.0
Pros: the staff was the best. Everyone from the bellmen to the front desk couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel rooms are a beautiful mix of old world charm with modern luxuries. The attention to details was impressive and the beds were wonderful. o
Excellent9.7
Pros: Love being able to bring our yellow lab and have him treated as a guest not a problem with no additional charge
Cons: Patio in our room was big but was in need of some maintenance
Excellent8.0
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was obvious that they were concerned with our comfort.
Excellent9.3
Pros: Great rooftop pool. Great location.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Room size was huge
Cons: MA
Excellent8.0
Pros: I liked the location, staff, size of the room.
Cons: I didn't like mini bar. Not many hotels do that anymore for good reason. Wish there was a full length mirror and hooks in the bathroom to hang up robes.
Excellent8.3
Pros: The staff were amazing. All very friendly and helpful in a proactive way.
Cons: The way the cleaner or deodorizer made the room small. The room was very generic and I could hear my next door neighbors TV a little.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Location near central hub and 16th Street Mall. Affordable rates; quiet room, Good views. Randolfs Restaurant
Cons: Poor TV reception (analog only) - channels and quality. Shower water controls are hard to moderate.
Good6.0
Pros: Super friendly staff. Great location.
Cons: Rooms outdated - bad lighting (sucks when you're trying to do your makeup), no microwave/ fridge, limited parking and super uncomfortable beds.
Excellent8.5
Pros: Great room for the price!
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location, views of downtown
Okay4.0
Cons: Terrible Valet situation. Noisy Broken heat in my room. Room temperature dropped to 40 degrees during the night.
Okay4.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The place is old and run down. I wouldn't give this place 2 stars. Place is reported to be haunted too by the locals and very far from anything. $27 valet fee was insane when parking on the street was free after 6pm
Excellent8.5
Pros: Wish they had free wi-fi. This should be a complementary thing from a hotel.
Located in Downtown Denver, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Colorado Convention Center and Paramount Theater. Denver Art Museum and 16th Street Mall are also within 10 minutes. 16th - California Station is only a 4-minute walk and 16th - Stout Station is 6 minutes.

Pros: I had an issue with the person I was traveling with, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They waited with me until I was picked up by a friend and assured me my safety was their first priority.
Excellent8.5
Pros: The hotel was very close to the Denver Pavilion where we were able to walk and take a free shuttle to the Union Station and Snooze restaurant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a great view of the Rockies and we could see the Bronco stadium. Housekeeping was great.
Cons: Parking was expensive The air conditioner did not cool down the room like other hotels. The pool was very small and unimpressive.
Excellent9.7
Pros: I had asked for an early check-in around noon. they said they were not able to accommodate us for that time. gave them my cell and they called about 1 1/2 hours later and said our room was ready front office staff was very nice.
Good6.0
Pros: The shopping was great. Lots to do in walking distance.
Cons: I felt it was ridiculous to charge for parking when you're already a guest with the hotel.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Clean and accommodating
Cons: Rooms were a little noisy from street noise. Valet parking was expensive
Good6.5
Pros: I like the location And the food that we had delivered by room service!
Cons: That's I had to wait while the two front people was on the phone for 20-25 min.! I was in line aline for 15min with two desk people on the phones! Irristati

Pros: N/A
Cons: Made the reservation through kayak at booking.com. the cost was supposed to be $150 for the night... I asked the front desk for a receipt and they put it off on booking.com, never received the receipt from booking, but there was a charge from Hilton.com for $235 on my card 2 days later when I checked. Front desk staff effectively told me to pack sands, then took us for an extra $70. This is not the first kind of issue I've had with kayak s 3rd party hotel booking, it has to get better or im done using kayak for hotels.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I got a pleasant welcome. Room was ready. Great morning coffee
Excellent10.0
Pros: The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pros: Most everything.
Cons: -Bright lights coming through the windows, with curtains that cannot black it out. -Breakfast selection/layout is fairly lacking.
Excellent8.0
Pros: The location was right in the middle of where I needed to be. Lots of stuff up and down the street to eat and do at all hours of the night.
Cons: Neighborhood is in the middle of a turn around so place looked less than inviting.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Parking lot too small if you have a full sized pick up. Shower broken, towel rack broken, still had garbage in the room, safe didn't work. Noisy area, sirens, people yelling or fighting all night. Appeared to be a few drug deals just outside the parking lot fence. Bum asking for money in the parking lot and then becoming aggressive and police had to be called. Didn't seem like a very good part of town
Excellent8.2
Pros: Enjoyed the location! Affordable and great value for what you get!
Cons: Did not like the fact that they do not except debit cards. Also they make a manager go and expect the room before you can receive your deposit back. May not be the place 2 stay if your a regular business traveler.
Good7.4
Pros: The location was great, hotel, for the most part, was clean, and staff was nice.
Cons: Found a tick in the bed which staff didn't do anything about, shower/tub facet had a leak and wouldn't cut off completely, and the maid service wasn't the best.
Excellent8.0
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged for me to change rooms when the safe did not work in my room.
Good6.6
Pros: I liked the location the best. It was an easy 15-20 min. walk to 16th street mall. It is also right by the places that we were going to. The breakfast was good, they are continental, but they had a waffle maker, fruits and other choices. But, for the price I thought overall it wasn't too bad.
Cons: The location is right by two major theatre (music) halls, and a bunch of bars. There were a lot of homeless people walking around, though mostly at night. Not good for a girl staying alone. It was a bit loud in the neighborhood as well. Also, at night time there was only male staff and although friendly, they were a bit too friendly (if you get my meaning..btw, I am a girl). I was also sad that they didn't have a fridge in the room, or a coffee marker.
Okay4.2
Pros: The staff were friendly.
Cons: The location seemed unsafe. Homeless people lingered around the hotel. The room itself wasn't filthy, but I wouldn't consider it terribly clean either.
Good7.3
Pros: The location to theaters and downtown
Cons: The hotel fills the parking lot to the Max and had to have several cars move so that we can leave the hotel which took nearly an hour.
Mediocre3.7
Pros: I like that it was cheap and close to restaurants and bars.
Cons: I did not like that I did not feel safe. The ramada is only .5 miles away and is slightly more expensive. I feel like it would have been a safer option. There were people on drugs and singing all through the night. Lots of homeless people in the area
Excellent8.0
Pros: One of the most comfortable mattresses I've experienced; a nice surprise for a lower-tier hotel.
Cons: Room smelled a bit musty but it wasn't too bad.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Staff was prompt and helpful. If you can get a room on the east side of the building the bar next door won't bother you. Walkable area, but the neighborhood could be better.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great nights stay I love the Capital hill area . Staff was all very friendly. It is a quick walk to the 16th st mall for drinks and a show and a cheap cab ride home. Will be back.
Cons: Wi-fi not good but we were not in the room much so no biggie
Good6.6
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: This hotel is right beside a restaurant and bar. Request a front room if you don't want to hear the noise from it all night long. Most of thebstaff was helpful, except the young blonde guy at the front desk. We wanted some hot water to make some oatmeal at 6am, but since breakfast isn't set up till 6:30, he couldn't help us. He had a really bad attitude. So we left the days inn without breakfast. This was ludicrous considering a young women had obliged the same request the night before.
Good6.5
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: The nightclub pounds music until 2am 2 doors down. We had a small infant with us and for some reason the front desk clerk put us on the side of the building closest to the club even after requesting a quiet room....we would've requested to change but by the time we figured out where the music was coming from it was 10pm.
Okay4.8
Pros: The hotel was a good location for visiting the area. It was quite loud on the street outside on Fri and Sat nights and the walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs.
Cons: The hotel was pretty run down. There was peeling paint near the baseboards in the bathroom and it smelled like a cheap hotel in the lobby and the room. But it was clean enough and the price was obviously good. If you're not going to be in the room much it's not so bad.
Good6.0
Pros: We picked it because it was affordable for a one night stay in Denver before our morning flight. It is close to downtown so you can walk wherever you need to go. Room was in good condition.
Cons: It was right next to the 7/11 gas station which consisted of about 6-10 homeless people sitting about 3 feet from our vehicle. We had one come up us asking for money when we were leaving early in the morning. Also the elevator smelled of vomit and/or pee. We proceeded to then only use the stairs.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything. First room we were in had hair on the beds and towels and a foot appeared to have kicked a hole in the bathroom door. The second room we were in was an upgrade from the first in that there was no hair. However, the bathroom door did not have a latch and the shower head was falling out of the wall. The atmosphere reminded us of a place where drunks and people go looking to get high. If that’s your thing, than the days inn is your place.
Excellent8.6
Pros: Hotel personnel allowed 420 smoking outside
Cons: No fridge
Mediocre2.0
Pros: The desk girl.
Cons: Everything. Never return bad neighbourhood rooms were dirtier then the streets. Paid for my room an left that day to a cleaner more reliable hotel. Not even worth 50 cents a night.
Good6.8
Pros: Good breakfast options, walkable to downtown in good weather, staff orders taxis, which arrive quickly. All the many staff I encountered were very nice and helpful.
Cons: I didn't care for having to walk on outdoor balconies to get to room--Denver is cold this time of year! Heaters are window boxes (like A/C), not very efficient, noisy all night. Room keys get demagnetized too quickly, I kept having to go back thru the cold to the front desk to demagnetized key.
Okay4.2
Pros: It was close to the events I wanted to attend.
Cons: The bathroom had no ventilation and the shampoos, soaps and lotions had been previously used. They we also very skimpy on the towels. There's a significant homeless population all around the hotel.
