10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was spacious and private with a lovely view. The staff was exceptionally gracious and responsive. We especially liked the ambiance of the Breakfast Room and the Evening Reception ... there was a warm sense of community. We also liked the location, making it as easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment as to drive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was perfect. it feels like big home not like typical hotel or resort. quite and peaceful time with nice mountain view. room was not that big but everything was thoughtfully prepared. i would like to visit this beautiful place again.

Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s history and elegance even though our room wasn’t the best.
Cons: Our room was a little strange with the bathtub in the bedroom although some may claim that’s romantic. It’s more that they converted a lower room of an older grand estate into a rental bedroom. It still had charm but not in comparison to the other bedrooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating and the Inn as well as the grounds were charming, elegant and well-kept. Location is excellent and although it is within walking distance to dining and shopping, the property feels private and secluded.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room we stayed in was beautiful and comfortable. The three course breakfast was delightful as well!
Cons: The beds were a little hard for my taste.

Pros: Quiet location but near to restaurants too. Heated pool which is great if visiting in winter. Hikes easy to access. Only 9 rooms so friendly feel. Great bed, good facilities in room & breakfast delivered to your room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fresh citrus fruit trees, comfortable bed, awesome shower head, kitchen area, immaculate pool and lounge area. Located in a lovely, quaint and quiet suburban area of Palm Springs.
Cons: Room was very clean but beginning to show slight wear on the flooring and wallpaper. I'd caution to say that this is due to constant occupancy because this hotel was pretty outstanding overall.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were welcomed so nicely. Pool and lounge chairs were excellent. Room accommodations were fantastic, clean, and amenity-rich. The salt water pool was refreshing. Great quiet location off the main drag, but close enough to all the action.
Cons: Nothing - it was great

Pros: Lovely property! Quiet, classy, comfortable! One of the best. The continental breakfast I thought might be less than ideal, but we were very happy. The bathroom and kitchen area far exceeded all expectations. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: The staff were awesome! Steve in particular went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing, and the pizza was tasty along with the beer and wine they offered guests.
Cons: This is all nitpicking, but y'all asked! The parking was limited and they didn't have an outlet to charge our EV. The complimentary toiletries and water were all in plastic. It's 2019. Single use plastic should be eliminated. Yes, we're green/sustainability geeks. ;)

Pros: Came here with the boyfriend and we had a blast. It was a bit further away from everything, and we just stayed at the hotel the entire time. We left once to get Chipotle. Definitely worth it for the price though. Great service and hotel perks! Would come back here for sure.
Cons: A bit of an older crowd, very quiet. No smoking on the premises! It's got a family vibe, so your neighbors know what you're up to.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt at home instantly. Great service. Nice, calm, relaxing place to stay.
Cons: Loved everything.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service. Wine in the evening, towels by the hot tub, nice continental breakfast each day with a cappuccino . Pool warm so still inviting in the winter
Cons: The room was a little dated but bed comfortable and bathroom great
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Charming ambiance
7.9 Good
Pros: Beds are very comfortable-place was clean. It's definitely a QUIET place-a bit too quiet-but our host was nice all in all- free bikes & drinks was cool. Bike tires need air
Cons: All in all it's very nice-only a couple of things: Jacuzzi time-was playing some low music with our speaker to drownd out the loud buzz noise coming from filters & was told to turn our music down-it was 4:50pm and it wasn't even loud-but we complied. And there were alot of ants crawling in our drinks & almost biting us. Need to put some Terro's out for pest control.

Cons: Nothing! Loved everything about it!

Pros: Beautiful, spacious rooms and a wonderful location. Very quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool area and grounds.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Our room was next to the lobby and was loud starting at 6:30am.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The downside is the breakfast - basic cheap pastries and the worst coffee - that is some statement regarding coffee in America. Coffee however in the room is far better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite property. Heated pools and exceptionally clean rooms.
Cons: I wish there were more hot tubs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is incredible— such charm, quiet, immaculate property, and the staff is friendly and goes above-and-beyond to make your stay great. They allow dogs, which is great, and there was a dog bed, bowls, and treats waiting for us in our room. The pool is amazing for lounging, and the on-property bar and restaurant (Del Ray) is a must-stop, even if you don’t end up staying at the hotel.

Pros: No coffee in the kitchen this morning at 7:30. Seemed to me like someone didn't show up. There was no staff around.would be nice if they had some additional breakfast offerings like yogurt or some pastries.
Cons: The coffee was just average.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing. Room and hotel were gorgeous
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, staff were all super friendly and helpful.
7.0 Good
Pros: Dawn, did her very best to welcome us and point out the very unique features, which the management feels puts this establishment in a class of its own. She is to be highly commended.
Cons: No amount of hyperbole, including the provision of a couple of complimentary snacks (2 bags of chips, 2 lollipops etc.) and soft beverages can camouflage the fact that this establishments jaded charm camouflages the urgent need for some refurbishment although that may slim down the excellent yields it is obviously generating.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was as pictured: welcoming, the bed was very comfy, and it was well equipped. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and helpful! We loved our stay and even had a swim in the heated pool in January!!
Cons: The jaccuzzi could have been cleaned up a bit, but it was mainly leaves that just fell into it.
Holiday House Palm Springs - Palm Springs - Bedroom
7
9.5 Excellent (176 reviews)
S$ 519+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Holiday House Palm Springs in Palm Springs (Downtown Palm Springs), you'll be steps from San Jacinto Mountains and 6 minutes by foot from Palm Springs Art Museum. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff who made you feel exclusive Lovely environment and seat out area Late check out at 12 Good and healthy breakfast - love the banana cakes Welcome drink is a plus Centrally located Nice room - modern and arty decor Comfy King Bed Beautiful and lovely place to stay in Palm Springs Poolside chairs are amazing
Cons: - There isn't really a shower door so water easily spill out everywhere outside the shower and wet the bathroom floor. and the water won't dry over night so it is not safe - limited parking space - the gas fire place near the pool is not environmentally friendly (for those who are climate change conscious) - pool might be a bit small with many Lady bugs that may crawl on your body
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about Holiday House was pleasant, from the extremely friendly staff to the gorgeous grounds and ideal downtown location. We could walk to all the food we could dream of, and other things like a theater, casino, bars, massage, etc. Laying by the pool was heaven. Good music, water misters, poolside drinks, and complimentary ice water and sunscreen all day (self-applied of course.)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice rooms. Amazing pool and outer areas. Very good location. Food and drinks were very good.
Cons: Breakfast could be more varied.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious European style breakfast. Good bread, jam, yogurt, meats, cheese, good coffee - no plastic cereal turner containers here.
Cons: Nothing - I loved all of it. The attention to detail. Every room is different. Clean cool pool water. Cabanas - tiki torches - beautiful decor. Quiet.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was good. Otherwise only mediocre
Cons: Lost hot water heater first night. Checked out in AM
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very stylish little hotel with comfy beds, nicely appointed rooms and a great exterior pool and patio area. Hot tub was well maintained and nice and hot. Lounge areas near fire pits were fun and comfy. Breakfasts were simple but well thought out with fresh fruit and some baked goods and yogurt. Staff was very accommodating.
Cons: It would be nice to have curtains in addition to blinds in the bed room as the rooms get pretty light when the sun comes up. Since you are close to the main drag, there's some street noise to deal with, especially if you are in the front of the building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The art and book details made me want to stay all week!
Cons: If there would have been coffee available after breakfast.

Pros: Comfortable bed, great location, quiet, catered to my pet.
Cons: Will eventually need some updating, especially the floor in the room but it in no way affected my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in and it's easy to see why there is so much repeat custom. Jim was so helpful and friendly, with lots of good advice about Palm Springs. We had plans to do things but the venue was so lovely we ended up barely leaving it. The rooms are large with kitchens and a huge comfy bed. There is a private courtyard at the back of each room and it was lovely to relax and watch the hummingbirds. There is a lovely pool in the centre and a separate spa area. The whole place is very relaxing and there are some great extras such a Happy Hour which allows you to socialise with the other guests. Dogs being allowed was a real bonus for is. Parking is free and it is only a short walk to the main street which is full of shops and restaurants. A truly special place that deserves all the great reviews that it has.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My mom and I absolutely loved this chic hotel! I can't wait to come back with my daughter. It's all about the details...very thoughtful and just makes you feel so special. We loved the intimate pool area, happy hour when Jim, the owner, came around with a drink menu, to feeling safe with the doorbell to get in if you don't have a key. The colors of the room, to the tuft and needle mattress, it was sooo comfortable. We even got a free upgrade to the king suite. Each room has a kitchenette and an outdoor patio area that is private. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Breakfast was prepared in the main area, outside by the pool. Again, detailed! From soy milk, to almond butter, to marionberry jam...top notch! Thank you Jim for making our stay so special! He even accommodated an earlier check in due to coming in from out of town, but was arranged weeks in advance.
Cons: I can't say there was anything I didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place with a fantastic host.
7.9 Good
Pros: Manager Jim was very kind and upgraded me to a king room. I liked the private patio. I appreciated having a designated smoking area. Good pool and jacuzzi open 24 hrs.
Cons: The air conditioner was loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jim is a great proprietor and he makes you feel so comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel and my furry friend enjoys the love he gets upon arrival. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great and most importantly, I have to circle back around to Jim's hospitality.
Cons: I don't have one complaint about this hotel.

Cons: Absolutely nothing not to like, wonderful place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The people here are great! Fun, super helpful owners. Kathy is sooo cool. The little kitchen in our room was perfect. Made breakfast and lunch and saved tons of money (they do offer a killer breakfast included in the price, but we usually had to get out early for desert hiking before it got too hot). The hot tub/cold plunge/sauna combo was a great way to start and end a day in the desert. The Monkey Tree is super close to town, 5 min drive max to the shops and cafes. Btw, our room was super cute.
Cons: Nada. Killer spot.

Pros: Nice & clean, felt new & modern
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We felt so at home. It was great to be able to pop downstairs for a great cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The staff at the High Bar are so accommodating, and relaxing by the pool, no matter the temperature, was so nice! We never had to wait for our car to be pulled up for us, which is amazing, considering how busy the hotel was during our stay. Also, I loved seeing everyone's dogs! We don't travel with ours, so that was another thing that felt like home:) One last thing, the hotel is beautifully decorated!! I could live with those furnishings day in, day out.
Cons: We didn't have any complaints. The hotel is really elegant, but so friendly and down to earth at the same time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Friendly staff! Great food!
Cons: Not a thing...already rebooked!

Cons: maybe to many dogs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: friendless of the staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was the best. Loved the wine at 5:00 pm every night. Rooftop pool was lovely.
Cons: No closet space. We had 3 people staying in our room for a week with just 3 hooks and one drawer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooftop pool & bars.
Cons: The check in time, this caught me out when booking the property & I think it’s too late when the property for one evenings stay is pricey.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Walls are thin, you can hear evertyrthing from the guy next door pooping and peeing, nice building, but why went cheap
8.0 Excellent
Cons: I was surprised there were no slippers in our room. I wish I had known so I could've brought my own. I would've liked a blanket in the room as the comforter was too hot. My husband only used the sheet but I had to use bath towels as a blanket.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The fact the hotel was by a canyon and helped it cool it down in a hot summer day. It's also doggie friendly too
Cons: I can't complain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, Rooftop, beautiful lobby, luxurious rooms, open spaces, parking, views, overall feel of the hotel was amazing.

Cons: if I had to get picky toilet placement in my bathroom change other wise perfect hotel
7.0 Good
Pros: Korakia, is a very unique and quirky accommodation. The location is lovely at the base of the mountains, and the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. It's close enough to the main downtown area to walk, although we utilized UPBER for some restaurants. My wife and I consider ourselves a pretty adventurous couple, and don't particularly like "cookie-cutter hotels" regardless of the star rating. The old-time movies outside in the evenings, projected against a wall, were fun and unique. The pool was heated and refreshing, there were ample deck chairs, and the grounds were lovely with special evening botanical lighting. On the down side, our "bungalow" had some issues. There was no space to store any luggage or personal belongings. A tiny dresser was in keeping with the design theme, but small and impractical, and there was no real closet to hang clothes, just some hangers on the wall by the entrance to the bathroom. The furnishings were in keeping with the theme, but not very comfortable, while the kitchenette was basically just for coffee or tea. For over $1,200 for 3 nights, to have to live out of a suitcase on the floor, while having to bring two wicker chairs in from outside to sit in the main room, was not what I had expected. The bed was very comfortable, but so high off the floor, that one had to sort of "hop up" on it to get in. Lighting throughout was very, very dim. I admit we had travelled to Palm Springs during a chilly time, wanted peace and quiet, so by necessity spent a fair amount of time inside. I guess most people would normally stay outside for the vast majority of their visit, using the bungalows only to sleep or change. The heated pool was nice, the grounds were lovely. A "going back in time feel" to the whole place. It wasn't that we had a "bad time," it just felt over-priced.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent, but unusually cold outside so a lap blanket would've been nice during breakfast
Cons: we are older so a grab bar in the bathtub would have been good for safety--tub a bit hard to get in and out
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the breakfast, the setting and the vibe were great. Our first room lumminus was a bit small. The place is beautiful but very rustic and it is like going back in time. No tvs , the record player was great. It was cold so we will have to go back in spring or summer to get into pool
Cons: Lummunis room was small and with queen bed. Thessely room was great king bed and larger room.

Pros: Nice little B&B/hotel in the northern part of Palm Springs. 1950's building in generally good repair. Included breakfasts offered variety and were excellent. Good size rooms with all the small kitchen appliances needed.
Cons: I liked the selection of music, but does it really have to run all day? There were some dogs in the apartment building next door that yapped for hours one evening.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a wonderfully peaceful oasis. Boutique hotel, beautiful landscaped courtyards, adult only quiet, plush robes, friendly hosts, casual on-site breakfast buffet with toast, avocados, tomatoes, muffins, fruit. You take what you want on a tray, then settle in wherever you like, in the gardens, by the pool, back to the room. Also has: in-room fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Very comfortable king bed. But the main thing, the reason we came and the main reason we would love to come back: the warm mineral pools. Indoor Roman pool at 103 degrees, outdoor swimming pool at 93 degrees, additional outdoor jacuzzi. We were there during Thanksgiving week, the weather was windy, the pools blissfully warm and surrounded by gorgeous landscaping and plenty of lounging areas. My husband went out on local mountain hikes. I lounged, swam, soaked, read, napped, and was able to totally unwind. Slept really well too. I didn’t even try the massage or body treatments offered at the on-site spa. Maybe something for next time? We stayed three nights. It was perfect. There are local dinner options or you can drive to Palm Springs for dinner. Or snack in the room or in the courtyards. We have found our getaway place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an amazing time here and really enjoyed the pool and spas. The views were beautiful! The patio was so pretty and it was enjoyable to eat the delicious breakfasts while overlooking Palm Springs’ valley and snow covered mountains. Our room was pretty and comfortable. We had massages and they were the best we’ve ever had with courteous masseuses who were very respectful. The staff were very friendly and yet were able to make this a private, calm experience as were the other guests. An excellent experience! We’ll be sure to return!
Cons: Location was a little remote and in a neighborhood but only a 25 minute drive to desert activities.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: nice and cozy and peace, with pools
Cons: room is relatively small
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The pools are lovely.
Cons: The surrounding area is somewhat seedy and there aren’t any nice restaurants nearby. Not what we expected.

7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. LOVED the 24 hour large heated pool and 2 jacuzzis! Had a fun Rec room with ping pong, pool table, and board games and books. Also loved the outdoor fire pit but it’s first come, then hog it all night.
Cons: No restaurant on site or room service; and only fast food places right in the area. Even the one soda vending machine wasn’t working. The hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere with no activities; especially in the evenings. You have to drive to Palm Springs or Joshua tree for any activities. The area is near large empty fields and feels very sketchy. Hotel has security and the number to the local police on the hotel phone; never seen that before.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: My family are very happy with the hot water in the pool....
Cons: The location is separated to the store.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was nice, and the massage was wonderful.
Cons: The coffee was HORRIBLE, and there wasn't any breakfast at all. The hairdryer didn't work, no clothesline to dry wet bathing suits, and the bed was lumpy. The spa was just a motel room, not the ambiance I was hoping for.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was decent for the price and star level. Clean grounds. Friendly staff. My visit was on a Sunday night so not too many people. Quiet after hours. Basically, a good place to stay for the money. Good value. Clean room. Good water pressure for showers.
Cons: Remote control didn't work. Had batteries changed to no avail of working television. Got a replacement to no avail of it working. Not that big a deal. Went to sleep.
2.0 Mediocre

Cons: Way too windy and noisy to sleep, and the location is bad. The room is old and needs remodeling.

Overview Reviews
Marking 75 years in 2015, Two Bunch Palms has much to celebrate. In the last two years, the iconic resort has undergone a renaissance of sorts with a rebranding emphasizing its award winning healing waters considered the top 10 hot springs in the world. This incredible renovation of the 270-acre property resulted in 70 soulful new room accommodations, a farm-to-table restaurant Essense, a passive solar earth mound yoga dome and a new View Point conference center and meeting facility with views of the valley against the San Jacinto Mountains. The Resort looks forward to enhancing the guest experience with plans of building a world class spa/wellness center, additional hotel rooms, a second hot mineral springs grotto and swimming pool beginning in 2016.This physical transformation, including the addition of a 3.5-acre solar field, puts Two Bunch Palms on the destination spa map as the first Sustainable Wellness Resort in North America and the first carbon-neutral resort. A legacy that spans several generations of guestsfrom notorious gangsters to Hollywood elite to romantic spa seekersthe property and its newest incarnation brings a rich and storied history full circle. This adult-only sanctuary (guests must be 18 or older) invites you to explore the four pillars of the resort: waters, spa, movement and cuisine and share in our mission of individual, community and planetary wellbeing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very pretty property, beautiful trees, quiet and relaxing
Cons: No good walking trails No fitness facility...so no place to workout on your own Duck poop all over the place...including where you would like to sit, outside your room Charged me $2.00 for one slice of bread (really!!)
7.7 Good
Pros: Atmosphere was enticing for romance
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Food was excellent (a little pricey, but expected). The property was beautiful and the ambience was great - and the rooms were very clean & comfortable.
Cons: Limited spaces for laying down. It wasn't clear if the cement tubs/pools were communal or for whoever was it in at the time. Sometimes hard to track down staff to order food.
7.5 Good
Pros: Two Bunch Palms is a magical place. The view is amazing, the air is refreshing, and the palm tress are magnificent. The massages are excellent, and the food at the restaurant is super healthy: proteins are sous-vide and the chef is conservative with the salt. After a couple of nights here, you can truly feel rested, restored and refreshed.
Cons: Unfortunately, the quality of service is completely lacking. It is truly a shame that this magical oasis is run by under trained, unhelpful, ambivalent staff. The service was absolutely subpar for a "luxury" destination. FURTHER, the property was under construction both times I visited. I saw guests walking up the hill via a road strewn with boulders and torn up by construction truck tracks. When will the construction and expansion end?? ALSO, guests are not given any guidelines for natural hot springs etiquette. I saw guests slathered in sunscreen step into the communal pool without rinsing. People also left the private tubs without draining or rinsing them for the next guest. There is a complete disconnect between the natural beauty of the spa and the way the new generation of guests are treating it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location. Very experienced staff. Hot springs amazing. Chakras firmly realigned and the ducks....
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the grotto and grounds were spectacular!
Cons: I prefer to travel to hotels with workout facilities. A small space devoted to this would be nice.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: the spa charged me for two treatments that had been gifted to me for my birthday from friends.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hot tubs were nice.
Cons: Pretty underwhelming for what you pay for. The service was abysmal. Everyone looked at us weird when we asked simple questions such as, "Where are the bathrooms?" or "Do you have an umbrella that we could borrow?" No signs anywhere telling you anything. There were no hooks anywhere in the room, even though it is a place meant for lots of wet towels and bathing suits. The heater didn't work, and our room was a pleasant 60 degrees when we walked in.
4.0 Okay
Pros: There is a new chef who has improved the menu substantially. The food now is superb. The grounds are beautiful but taken care of poorly. The pools are the main attraction which you cannot beat anywhere. I keep returning hoping they will get their act together.
Cons: You can never reach anyone on the phone. They take a message and never call you back. Most of the staff is new and poorly trained. The tables in the dining area outside are always dirty. Potted plants left dead, chairs broken. This place could be spectacular with the right attention but no one seems to care much. Everyone seems to do what it takes to just get by. Really sad.
