The rooms were amazing! Extremely comfortable with loads of added extras, water, snacks etc.
Long wait at reception to leave/check out. Restaurant menu could do with having some good old simple home cooking foods, food we did have was great, but we all really struggled with something we liked.
hotel is in a lovely setting. Breakfast was amazing. On arrival we could not get the TV to work. A member of staff (jay) spend quite a lot of time trying to sort it, but couldn't. He then turned up with a new TV and installed it for us. Great service. He is a busy fella, as he was on breakfast duty next morning, al with politeness and a smile.
It is a shame that the ground floor is closed due to being flooded, but the hotel made up for it. Would be better if we had be informed when we booked.
Meals a bit expensive for a average food.
Eveything else. Fantastic facilities, staff good and very clean and great stay. I have stayed at Premier Inn recently elsewhere but I won't in future, I'll always stay at Holiday Inn. Far superior.
A random phone call to my room at 6am in the morning. Not sure who this was from.
The hotel is in a lovely quiet area surrounded by parklands. The rooms and bed are comfortable. The food was good we had both dinner and breakfast. All of the staff were lovely going out of their way to make sure that the food was gluten free. Couldn’t fault any of the staff they were all amazing.
