Cons: Mattresses aren’t very good Pillows are hard
4.6 Okay
Pros: The view is nice.
Cons: I didn’t like staff front desk does not provide you with full information. I had to keep asking questions and I’ll feel I wouldn’t get good answers. As well I would of think it had some kind of benefits for staying over. I though it was overpriced and nothing good off, of it. Definitely not coming back.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good value for the money you pay with all the amenities it has.
Cons: The bar could be cozier and better decorated, too plane.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The hotel itself is nice. A little dated but clean and with character. The parking seemed very safe. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect this time of the year. room was large
Cons: Ice machines were all off and when I ordered some from room service it never showed up. My overall experience is that it wasn't worth the price tag.
7.4 Good
Cons: The indoor pool and spa were not open
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The marina and bay view. The morning breakfast. Courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Close to the wine country.
Cons: I can't really complain, but I would have liked to have been able to dance. That would have made it perfect.
7.1 Good
Pros: Bed was good. Good personal. Good location.
Cons: Look a bite all. For the price.
5.7 Okay
Pros: I liked the lobby the restrooms the restaurant the pools the gym and in general the room Prices were moderately fair.
Cons: August 9 ,2017. First, the playground is broken dilapidated and somewhat dangerous. The teeter todder is made of wood that is not finished or Glazed- it caused my wife to get a splinter on her butt. At the end of the tallest twist slide there was damage to the plastic tunnel that could lead to a cut. The end of the slide was also too high from the sand floor - could cause injury. The restaurant food was great. But the leather chairs were ripped and faded. There was also visible signs of wear and breakage on the tiles that outline the bottom of waiter stations in the middle of the dining area. While at the bar, I noticed the stools were too high for the bar - in all fairness- the bartender said the new chairs -with the appropriate height for the bar-were on order. In our room, 610, the 1/2 restroom door opened inward. Therefore it was hard to close the door while inside the restroom. CAUTION: I hit my toe twice on the door stopper located in front of the toilet. Use caution if using the toilet in the middle of the night. I called the front desk for luggage service at checkout time. Bellboy never showed up!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large balcony faces ocean & marina. Staff very helpful & pleasant. Parking was included which was great.
Cons: Sign for hotel is kind of hidden by palm tree so the first time it was a little hard to find. Suggest better sign & better address for GPS

6.7 Good
Pros: - Good location (not too far from the main drag), but still in a quiet area. - Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The two main guys that work there couldn't be nicer. - Small but inviting common areas to hang out.
Cons: - Very cramped and small overall, especially the dorm rooms. When they're mostly full, it feels like you're a sardine in a can. - Beds are creaky metal frame bunk beds, not sturdy wood ones. - Not dirty, but could be cleaner. - Only one toilet and shower in the building. There are two more of each in a structure next to the courtyard. - "Breakfast" is plain toast. If you request it. - The kitchen is TINY. And there were people staying there long term that basically monopolized the refrigerator and using the kitchen during meal times. - Very limited locker space. Two lockers in a room with 6 beds, for instance. There are some lockers in the hallway but they are too small for anything but a daybag or a few belongings.
9.2 Excellent

7.1 Good
Pros: I like that everyone at the front desk/bellman made eye contact with me and my wife. I did request at the front desk for extra towles. As soon as we arrived to our room on the fourth floor. Housekeeping staff was at the door with towles and a smile. The two young ladies at spa were fantastic
Cons: I didn't like the robes that we were given at the spa. They are worn out at the sleeves the neck area. Missing robe belt. The gentlemen that brought my lunch at the pool, didn't look happy nor explained that my hamburger was going to be served in a To-go Box. Would of personal liked it on a plate
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The valet/bag handler there were 2 and each were quick accommodating and helpful
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay

Pros: I loved Estero! It exceeded our expectations by 100%. Everyone was extremely friendly and so willing to help. We are definitely planning on going back!
Cons: It was difficult to find.
6.0 Good
Cons: Totally surprised to find mosquitos all over. What the heck? Turns out it's located right next to an inlet where mosquitos nest. And they're aggressive and all over. From beach to the restaurant to the pool and my room. I had to kill 5 in my room and they were filled with blood. Massive unlike. If you're paranoid about mosquito diseases, maybe not the best place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a Maya room looking out over the water. The scenery is breathtaking and we enjoyed watching a seal hunting for its meals. There was a ton of staff at all times and the service was exceptional. 7.4 Good
Pros: Excellent staff! Amenities are a bit older. Vibe of the resort is amazing and romantic though. Though it’s a bit out of the city.
Cons: Heater in room was really loud.
8.5 Excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was good.
6.7 Good
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Did not mention that the swimming pool and hot tub were under repair...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place it self was the cutest historical place to stay as an hacienda very clean. The staff was very kind and tried their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The tables sets surrounded by lights above in the center of the rooms is a nice place to hang out to drink a cup of coffee or even a glass of wine with friends.
Cons: We had a lil scare with a couple spiders that entered the room from the french doors being open, but nothing that poised sprayed before customers arrive can't fix. We did have an issue with one of the sink handles from the cold water was broken and had to use water bottles to brush our teeth.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge, gated area. Lots of walking can be done. Lots of things to do if you like spending time away from tourist crowds
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoy the location. W wish to purchase a house but they are getting too expensive. Same for the 4 couples that went with us.
Cons: We love the hotel. The staff always willing to serve and help us. Best time spent, talking with front desk and restaurant. Food not so good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exclusive location, peaceful, beautiful golf course overlooking the ocean. Perfect place to go and relax.
Cons: Needs a bigger bar area and heated pool.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient, availability and cost.
Cons: The lower hacienda bathrooms have a dirty water smell coming out of them. Room 119.
6.0 Good
Pros: If your looking for a quiet place this is it. It's somewhat secluded.
Cons: Bathroom is very outdated!! Wifi never worked. Rooms do not have iron, hairdryer, coffe, micro, fridge.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Hotel with old world charm. The hotel is not within walking distance of anything, but I like that about it. Beautiful views of the ocean, but it does not have a beach or water access. Hot water in the shower, clean rooms, comfortable beds on the hard side (personal preference) and a lovely courtyard. Rooms are well priced.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. Food and coffee on site are overpriced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall experience.
Cons: Staff erroneously ordered an extra rivets n the bill was 160 usd for 2 adults and an 8 years old boy. 10 dollars for tequila shot was too much.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service and very nice location downtown. They have a coffee shop restaurant that had great coffee and food. Staff were attentive and rooms were clean and very well maintained. The pool was being worked on when I was there but part of maintenance.
6.0 Good
Cons: Terrible wifi
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is a few blocks from the party seen just far away enough to avoid loud noises. Staff was nice and helpful. Has basic amenities but no coffee pot, refrigerator, or safe.
Cons: No safe for storing important items. Shower is outdated and hot water is dismal. Parking is pretty bad. Room I stayed in was in a hall way outside the hotel which concerns me since there is no security down in that areas.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall, the room was comfy and clean and with the exception of the one receptionist the staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: Because we didn't have our room cleaned, by choice, we didn't get more bottled water. After 2 calls to the front desk and walking there 2x, and after 3 hours from the original request, the receptionist finally retrieved 2 bottles from an unrented room. There was a stain, either blood or nail polish, on the sheets.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The facility was clean. Security staff were very nice. Clerks at the front desk need to be a bit mire approachable. They were respectful but lack that extra smile and inviting personality
Cons: Not much to say... I only stayed 1 night

7.0 Good
Pros: everything was clean
Cons: There were no windows and you can hear everything that happens in the room next to you.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really clean, you can smell the chlorine while the rooms and the hotel are being cleaned. The staff is friendly and the hotel is walking distance from most touristic attractions. However, if if you want to avoid large crowds and loud tourists, do yourself a favor and pay the extra $$$ to stay at Coral or Lucerna. It doesn’t matter how clean and how amazing the staff is if you can hear every single thing other guests do from throwing up and crying to having an argument.
Cons: The walls in the hotel are paper thin! I mean it! So when people are talking it feels like they’re in your room and you can really hear other guests businesses. In our case, we were soundly asleep until a couple showed up very intoxicated to the room next to ours slamming their door and just speaking really loudly. We were able to hear the girl throw up, cry, and then argue with the guy right from our room. We turned the TV on to try to disguise the sound a little bit but it still didn’t help. Also, you can hear the people talking on the hallways!!
3.4 Mediocre
Cons: THE HOTEL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND I WAS NOT TOLD THIS WHEN BOOKING THE ROOM, VERY NOISEY, THE BUILDING HAD NO NAME ON IT AND IT TOOK US OVER AN HOUR TO LOCATE WE ARE NOT FAMILAR WITH THIS CITY/COUNTRY. HORRIIBLE WIFI. WHILE CHANGING THE CLEANING PERSON OPEN THE DOOR THAT WAS SO BAD.
3.3 Mediocre

Pros: Good hotel for one or two nights stay. Great location. Clean and modern. Heater in the room. Room service was quick, staff was friendly and helpful, but the meal wasn’t great. Nice shower. Underground parking with security.
Cons: Room is small, but nice any way. Food from restaurant could be better.
5.8 Okay
Cons: It was 0900 and they start working with a drill across a wall from my room because it was a Tuesday, very scary awakening also the staff called me at 1040 to remind me the check out was at noon and the housekeeper knock my door all morning. It was horrible, go elsewhere!!

7.1 Good
Pros: I like that everyone at the front desk/bellman made eye contact with me and my wife.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was alright. Just outside of the busier parts. Slightly too far for walking, but cheap and easy Uber rides to central areas. Some staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean.
Cons: Didn't feel the place was worth the cost. Some staff were really nice and friendly but a couple were not so much. Pillows were way too soft and kind of lumpy that they weren't comfortable.

Cons: Room poor

4.2 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: I was told by front desk that to get to the lowest floor it was only 5 steps since I had my elderly mother whom uses a walker it’s so hard for her to climb stairs I figured it was ok. Then once we actually went to the room later on at night it was 20+ stairs not including the first 5 they told me at check in. For it to be a Best Western hotel it lacked knowledgeable staff.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff was amazing. Room was perfect. Decor is Mexican traditional. Room is spacious with closet access to bathroom. Safety and proximity to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Parking is a little tight. Pool needed cleaning not to bad a few leaves and bugs. Wifi was poor.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here many times & this time was no exception to the warm, caring & attentive staff, comfy accommodations, and perfect location. Competitive pricing with am light breakfast completes the picture. A must stay but book far in advance.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: The bed was confortable and everything was clean. Room was spacious. Had a sofa. Location was good. Close to starting line of BAJA 500.
Cons: Too loud. No iron in room. The sofa in the room was collapsed. No balcony just a view of the roof. All rooms had name except that room. Room door was too small. Had stairs to enter room and if not careful you could hit your head on door opening. Expected more for a junior suite.
6.3 Good
Cons: The guy gave us a hard time about a medical pass to get home every resort sells them he said we had to stay more nights and I even offered to pay
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: No elevator, I was on the 4th floor with luggage. Coffee maker with no place to plug into and no coffee. More electrical outlets, had to use bathroom to charge phone. Toilet broke. TV was very weird the way it turned on, followed directions, did not work. Staff had to help. Never found more than a few channels. No English on TV. We were all cold, not adequate blankets kets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Please is quaint and well managed. Room was very nice and rustic. The room was clean and neat. I liked that they had key card access to the rooms versus keys. The hotel is in a great areas near restaurants and 3 blocks from most bars. Parking was not an issue and has controlled entrance. Lots of cameras so it felt safer than most places I’ve stayed in.
Cons: A bit noisy. Walls are not thick enough o cancel out noise made by other guests.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, kind staff, parking, coffe maker in room
Cons: The bathroom is a bit old.
1.0 Poor
Pros: It's in a convenient, ideal location and they accept small dogs (one of the reasons why we chose this place) for $20-fee non-refundable.
Cons: the room was so cold; there are two types of heaters - one affixed to the wall tied to the main system and another stand alone wall unit that had a remote control. Neither one of these worked on one of the coldest nights just before new years eve. My boyfriend and I had been camping out in our van all along the baja sur and norte. We decided to splurge for hot water (which by the way also did not work the night we arrived- they had to fix the plumbing in the morning!) and heating so we can sleep comfortably. 2x in the night we asked for maintenance - the first time we were told to wait one or two hours. After an hour, we called and they came in to let us know that because the hotel was full, there was a demand for heating- and this was causing issues. We waited another hour and still no heat. The next morning, we decided to call again to see if this can be fixed and to affirm that this was broken. There was no heat in that room. We were not offered another room to stay. The person at the desk offered us breakfast to compensate or a $50 room rate to stay another night. NO thanks and we are definitely not staying here again.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is amazing! The rooms have a ton of room!! Very spacious.
Cons: There's no elevators, the restaurant seemed closed alot of the time. The restaurant is our only issue. They offer room service but on trail occasions did not bring is menus like requested. They dont have them in each room you must call the restaurant and then they bring u a menu.
