Pros: A very pleasant hotel at the edge of the sea in Ischia Ponte (despite Google maps who have this wrong) . I had a single room that was quite spacious as these things go. The bathroom had every necessary piece of equipment although was quite small, however the single room could be used as an extension. The bed was comfortable, there was little if any noise from the road outside and the airconditioning worked well. Service was excellent. I did not try the "spa" facilities as they don't interest me, one being male and two, being past redemption. I did eat in the restaurant, and found it a very pleasant experience, good food and placed on a extension over the sea.

Pros: the best experience at this hotel was the breakfast at the roof with a gorgeous view on Aragonese castello.. it was also nice that they offered us a room with sea view although we booked a regular one with village view, of course they charged us the same price...

Pros: The hotel is ideally situated next to the harbour, the shops and restaurants. We had a harbour view, and I think it is worth paying the extra as other rooms look out over buildings.

Pros: Wonderfull hotel. We stayed 3 nights before Easter, at a very low rate. Although we booked a room without seaview, we were upgraded and got one of the best rooms in the hotel, due to low season, with a large roof-terrace (room nr. 404) overlooking the harbour and sea (like rooms 401-403). Great service, friendly staff. Thermal pool: first floor. Swimming pool on the roof. Clean and comfortable.

Pros: the staff was extremely helpful and friendly; our room was randomly upgraded to sea-view with private terrace when we had booked a without sea-view room; towels and sheets were turned everytime that we left the room and we got chocolates on our pillows; loved the welcoming drinks and snacks we received also.

Pros: there are two good things in this hotel-the boy for everyth Tony from Albania and the terme water,not considering the fact that the swimming pools were very dirty. Very bad place for spending your holiday.
