Pros (+) Walking distance to ferry station, great views, connected to a network of elevated walkways that take you to the "real" city.
Cons (-) Metro construction noise - nobody (including Kayak) forewarned us that the entire waterfront is a huge construction site.

Pros (+) Hotel staff are exceptional. We encountered problems unrelated to the hotel during our stay but thanks to the hard work and courtesy of the staff, the problems were solved immediately. They obviously take client service very seriously. Truly impressed by staff.

Pros (+) Everything was great exact the staff were rude on check in. The facilities were amazing and I did get a late check out to 2pm.
Cons (-) Staff were rude. They couldn't find my reservation. Waited 45 minutes for them to sort out the problem (their reservation system did not like I booked the hotel 3 hours before I arrived). They could have at least offered a drink or snack or something instead of making me stand around waiting for them to sort out the problem.
