The car looked to be in shambles, with three different hubcaps. The form said there was no damage to the car, but the paint was chipped, there was a dent, and the front bumper was loose. During the rental period, the tire management system complained about empty tires.6.4 Okay

Pick up and drop off were easy for an off site airport location. The car was in very good shape.Cons:
Many hidden fees. The total was more than double the original quote price. During paperwork I had even asked what the new price would be with the mandatory insurance, and I was told the quote plus the insurance which was a price far less than what I ended up being charged. If you rent from them, demand an invoice in advance so you know exactly what you'll be paying. I personally would not rent from them again.2.0 Poor

I specifically made my reservation two weeks in advance because I needed a minivan, however when I arrived to EZ Rent a Car, there were none available, and no reasonable accommodations or compensation was offered. They didn't seem to care, at all. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with EZ Rent a Car again.2.0 Poor

Nothing to like there . Dirty place, extremely difficult to find, unethical people running the car rental. Cheaters with charging my American Express way much more money than the $ you showed me on your site. Diffidently do not represent ethical professional agreement to thier price listed on KAYAKCons:

Nothing. This was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. They did not have the car (minivan) that I reserved. Worse yet, the person at the counter (bald guy) was shockingly rude and started yelling at me. I've never seen or experienced anything like this before and hopefully never again.Cons:
Worst experience ever. Please use one of other rental companies across YUL. EZ is fly-by-night operation off-airport. Have to call for shuttle (waited for 30 mins). Didn't have car I reserved. Service was extremely rude, arguing that he didn't know b/c "computer was down," and yelling at me.4.0 Mediocre

Helpful staff and got the car I want even when it was not available thru Thrifty (took me to Hertz).Cons:
Car was not available (fixed by taking me to Hertz) and then there were two counters to wait at for Hertz. Why not do everything at one counter? Or even better do it online and skip the counter.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I picked the car at airport and was told I could drop it at any of the 2 locations downtown (with a map). What they did not tell me is that those 2 locations are not in business anymore...After searching for a while and calling roaming at my expenses I found 1 new location. This is basic customer service but Dollar just doesnt have it...3.6 Poor

- I advised the rental office that I was arriving late by calling them. They told me it was fine. When I arrived they gave me a whole story about how I shouldn't pick up the car late. - the rental was in Montreal, Canada (it usually snows quite a bit in December) and there was no snow brush in the rental I had to buy one - windows were always fogged up - I've been driving in winter conditions for 25 years and never had such a bad experience8.0 Very Good
