Cons: I booked this room for my employees traveling into town for a conference. I gave all the correct information online, and indicated that I was booking for others, and for business. When they checked in, the front desk informed me that they needed to physically see the credit card used in the online booking process. This required me to leave a meeting to drive across town so the receptionist could see the last four of my CC. This is the first time any hotel has required this. I will not be booking again with you as I cannot be providing physical proof. This was extremely frustrating and caused quite the issue in my schedule.

Pros: Just perfect! Very friendly stuff..wonderful breakfast, spotless clean, very welcoming❤
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Towels were like sandpaper
6.0 Good
Pros: Compared to the Hampton Inns, which I normally stay at, it was not even close. Bedding very cheap, pool stinky, all for a $200 room. It seems that because it is in a university town, they charge a high price because they gotcha.
Cons: Pool cleaner. Bedding update. Lower price.

6.0 Good
Pros: Great front desk. Great hot tub. Clean rooms, good shower. Lemon water in lobby and hot soup around the clock.
Cons: I think the breakfast buffet was well thought out. Sausages weren't up to temperature, got some lower gastrointestinal discomfort from that which lasted for a while. Look to keep foods at safe temperatures.

Cons: Hotel staff was standoffish. At checkin could not find my reservation,so burden of proof was on me to show I had booked it.Not very helpful. Also for breakfast, had closed and locked doors at 9:50 am/was to stay open until 10AM.

Pros: Location
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was close to the arena where we attended a game.
Cons: The bed was the worst bed I've EVER slept in at a hotel. It seemed like a 600 pound person slept there before me. The mattress sagged so bad in the middle that I barely slept and in the morning had a sore back! The staff claimed we hadn't paid either!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff, and amenities were perfect and accommodating. The problem was specifically with our room. We were in a mini suite 203 right above the swimming pool. This room smelled like a chlorine factory and should never be rented.
Cons: Beware.. Mini Suite 203 is right about the swimming pool. It smells very bad like a soggy musty swimming pool. For such a nice hotel, we should have been warned about the problems with this room. We can not be the only ones who have complained.

Also the attached restaurant Perkins Family Restaurant was awful. Cons: Receptionist was so rude.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All I needed was a clean bed and a hot shower, and found it! I was a little leery about staying at a Motel 8. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The reception area was small, but well organized. The front desk personnel were efficient. The room and bathroom was clean. Even some of the furniture, electronics, and appliances appeared recently updated. The decor was slightly dated, but appeared well-kept. I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Wi-fi signal wasn't strong/fast enough to stream movies and music, though I've had that same problem at much more expensive hotels. Could have used an additional shampoo/conditioner packet. I packed light on toiletries since I was driving one direction, and flying back.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: This motel is a good value if you just need a place to sleep and shower. It is dated, but clean. The ladies at the check-in were very nice and friendly.
Cons: Bathroom faucet leaked a bit on to the counter when in use. Not too big of a deal.

Cons: Internet doesn't work. Hotel room WASNOT CLEAN by any means. Hair all over the shower walls and tub. Only one of the wall outlets worked, but it was so broken you couldn't keep the plug in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, shower had good pressure. Value for price was good.
Cons: Tv selection of channels was minimal, 2nd room I stayed in, heater didn’t work very well so was a little cold but not to the point of unacceptable level.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was not swept so floor was dusty and dirty. Items left behind by previous parties.
Cons: No sitting space like couch although there was PLENTY of open empty space in the room. Had to sit on bed. Table and chair not comfortable for reading etc.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: The staff was the best! We stay due to road closed. They was so nice to tell you the places to eat.

Pros: Service was friendly and overall value was great.
Cons: Needs an update and had issues with the hot water.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: WiFi did not work, throughout my 14-hour stay.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here while on a road trip through the Dakotas, Wyoming, and Colorado. We actually enjoyed our stay so much we need ended up booking another night so we could relax and enjoy an extra day off te road. I believe the hotel has recently done some upgrading. Our room had nice hardwood floors, comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom. It also had a mini fridge and microwave--all for about $50. Plus it is downtown and close to everything.

Pros: Quiet and peaceful far enough away from the interstate traffic yet close to good family dinning Mattress was a bit stiff, but comfortable for me. Shower and heater worked perfectly. I even had color TV!
Cons: Closed captioning didn't work.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: The highlight of the room was the bathroom. Only thing upgraded. The location is horrible to get to with absolutely no services nearby except gas. The mattress had to be 20 years old. Staff was ok but everything else wasn't. I'd give it a 1 if I could.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was clean, not bad for the price.
Cons: Bed was uncomfy
3.0 Mediocre

Pros: Front desk proficient & courteous. Our room looked nice & clean for the most part. Bathroom was clean. Check out easy & front desk listened to my remarks about floor.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Cleaniless
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: LOVED THE SHOWER STALL.
Cons: HATED THE PRICE. REALLY POOR VALUE. I'M OK WITH MINIMAL AMENITIES, BUT WHEN YOU STILL PAY SERIOUS $$ WITH NO FRILLS, IT'S A NO-REPEAT. BED LOCATED IN CORNER MEANS EXIT/ENTRY AT THE FOOT OF BED. GET REAL! I THINK I'LL STAY HOME.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best Motel 6's Ive ever stayed at. Clean and efficient. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.
Cons: No
4.0 Okay
Cons: I accidently booked a smoking room and we were told they were booked and couldn't move us to non-smoking. I understand, it was my mistake. The room was awful! smelled so much like smoke that so did all of our belongings at the end of the weekend. :(

Pros: The room was bigger than we thought it would be
Cons: The size of the shower

5.0 Okay
Pros: We didn't stay. Found that we were fully awake at the end of our event so decided to drive home.
Cons: Pretty basic hotel. There was a musty smell as you walk into the lobby but the room was fine. Definitely a 3 star hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: easy access from the freeway, good restaurant close. good service and parking was close.
Cons: nothing
1.0 Poor
Pros: The fact that the manager had to pay for my other room and it cost him more than it did to give me the room I booked in the first place!
Cons: I booked a double, queen bed room over a month in advance at this dive for 2 nights, and after traveling across Colorado into Wyoming I went to check in to my room and the manager said he didn't have any rooms and acted like he didn't have my reservation on his computer. My room was guaranteed through booking.com [Another scam) even after my room was paid for three days prior to my travels the manager had no vacancies! Couldn't believe he rented out a room that was already paid for! I spoke to both parties all they did was blame it on each other. While we were arguing over my reservation a woman came down the stairs and politely interrupted his beat down, she complained that her daughter went to get into her bed, and it was full of trash! He wouldn't do anything! Even after a full day of soccer games at a tournament, she was tired, frustrated, but still polite! She had to beg him for clean sheets and told him she would even make the bed herself, he rudely handed her the sheets and went about his business like nothing happened. I gave him the old "excuse me" line, can we continue? He said "what can I do for you" helloooo! And a hell noooo! When I showed the manager my confirmation # and pin for the room on booking.com he told me to get out or he would call the police. He almost got choked out before another guest that worked as a manager at 2 other hotels came in, asked me what the problem was, and told him how he was supposed to accomodate his customers, and how his actions reflect on other motel chains in the area. He angrily pulled out his credit card, made some calls and booked me a more expensive room at a worse motel (Motel 6) with two double beds instead of queen beds. When I drove across town to check in, the manager there asked me for my credit card to pay for the room! I thought it was paid for? He had to call the manager back to get him to give him the correct card information!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The weather was terrible for traveling but we were committed to this trip so when we arrived we were both tired, The Lady at check in was terrific she made check in quick and easy even coming out into the ICE COLD SNOW AND WIND and helping my wife make it across small patches of Ice while carrying one of our bags and not a light bag but one of the heavy bags with out being asked. She saw my wife was using a cane due to knee surgery and came running, even opened the room door and adjusted the heat for us all with out being asked and with a smile.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was warm. The linens were clean. Staff were nice.
Cons: It's a small hotel with small rooms. Overpriced considering how dated the room was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The check in staff was quick and helpful and was able to accommodate my need for a ground floor room with out hesitation.
Cons: There were very few plugs, I had to move the coffee maker to the bathroom to plug it in because there wasn't a plug near by. Not a big deal just curious why there were so few plugs.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The guy at the front was nice.
Cons: Gave us two queen beds instead of a king, ice bucket was really dirty, dirt and splashes of maybe throw up or poop on walls. Door didn't lock on the outside, so we had to leave it unlocked when we went to get ice. It did not feel safe at all.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Good Price. A cell phone was left in the room and the cleaning people brought it to the office for easy retrieval.
Cons: Carpet need to be replaced. The mattress and pillows were hard.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The people
Cons: The toilet was hard to flush but no big deal
4.5 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable with hard mattress springs poking me and what felt like a wooden support beam running along my back. Would not sleep there again.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Hotel stay were friendly and pleasant.
Cons: Worst bed I have ever slept on! Mattress was very hard and lumpy- pillow was a block of foam. Furniture in the room was very dirty. Hotel was located along the busy freeway. This is NOT a 2 star hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Just location
Cons: BOTH bath and toilet clogged up. We couldn't take a decent shower. We want our money back.

Pros: Generally located well (walking distance to the University, and nearby restaurants). Excellent price. Nice , helpful staff.
Cons: The rooms smelt "sticky" and the walls/windows didn't isolate very well. For the price, though, easily overlooked.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A real bedroom. Very clean and convenient.
Cons: Outside could use as much care as inside.

Pros: The room was definitely outdated, but for 40 bucks a night and right in downtown, who cares. Everything was clean, but it could've used a coat of paint.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I booked on the wrong day on accident, and the staff kindly let me switch the day with no problem. It had a good location right in downtown Laramie.
Cons: The TV didn't work for some reason.

Cons: There was a strong chemical smell in the room so we had to open the window and keep it open to air it out. Odor was still pretty strong in the morning.
7.0 Good
Pros: Price
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was right off I-80 which was surprising quite. Big parking lot and easy access to the room. Bed was comfy and room was clean.
Cons: The curtains were too long and hanging over the base board heater causing a fire hazard. The toilet was leaking which caused it to intermittently run. Bathroom door wouldn't close.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The location is very convenient.
Cons: The location is very convenient but literally the room was disgusting. There was mold all over the bathroom. It was clear that the room itself hadn’t been cleaned considering all the dirt on the walls, the uncleaned sink and mold around the back door. The carpet was filthy and under the bed there was so much junk from past guests. The parking lot could use some work too considering all the pot holes and just gravel.

Cons: Very dirty and unsafe. Doors barely locked and baseboard heater was falling off the wall
5.0 Okay
Pros: Plenty of parking
Cons: Freezer in refrigerator in the room was caked with ice. Room smelled bad when we walked in. No Toilet paper in the restroom near the restaurant. It appears the hotel is used for student housing for University of Wyoming. No marked handicap spots.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Marissa was on duty when I checked in and was really helpful before I arrived giving me weather updates and directions. She is also very nice as is the rest of the staff.
Cons: Have no complaints.
6.0 Good
Pros: Price and location
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were warm, efficient, and helpful. Excellent bed, super clean room. Right off the interstate, very easy to find. The breakfast was the typical light breakfast fare that one finds in most motels. One plus - right at 6 am the food was ready.
Cons: This is an "seasoned" motel with older AC units, decor, etc. In our case, everything worked fine. We didn't object to the somewhat worn appearance, but someone who wants bright new everything won't be thrilled.
