Pros: Very kind staff -the little touch with cakes in the room was excellent

Cons: Sauna not working properly. Staff seemed not to understand how hot a sauna should be.

Cons: Expensive bar at the pool

Pros: Good room, nice pool, good staff. Pool staff Sarah, and Raphael in the lobby were particularly helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable.

Cons: No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.

Pros: Excellent staff and hotel

Cons: The curtains in the room don’t really block the light so it gets quite bright if the sun is up.

Pros: Front desk and restaurant staff was terrific and helpful, breakfast was excellent quality and offered a great selection.

Cons: Television made loud, crackling noises on several channels, upholstery on a chair was extremely worn, carpet had a bad stain.

Pros: Really enjoyed the facilities. Great gym. Awesome people and amazing breakfast.

Cons: Amazing and friendly staff. Good was great. Facilities were very. This is definitely a 10/10 .

Pros: the best hotel experience that I've had in years! first they upgraded the room to a mini suite, and the room and service were exceptional Great shower, and the rest of the facilities were to that level. Breakfast!!!! was one of the best I've encountered, the choice , the quality , attentiveness of the staff, didn't want to leave the Dining area :-) the SPA, wow!! indoor pool, heated, steam room, wet and dry sauna, well equipped gym - (open 24 hours)

Cons: slightly outside city center, about 20 minutes walk or a metro station to get to the main street, but at 1 minute's walk, a great shopping mall, with everything including a supermarket.

Pros: The design, The ambience. this is a fantastic place. The staff, the friendliness, cleanliness, knowledge of everything. This is a fantastic place 5/5

Pros: Sana is my first choice every time I go to Lisbon. Staff is always glad to help and make everything possible to make you have a pleasant stay. The room is large, with a very comfortable bed and super clean. Breakfast is the most amazing one I've had at a hotel. Totally worth it.

Pros: I loved it all the bed, the shower, the rooftop pool, the spa the 24hr gym, the brilliant breakfast buffet, the staff were brilliant also.

Pros: I would only stay there for a day which I did and not for pleasure. It reminded me of am airport hotel.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and we got upgraded to club suite as they knew it was our anniversary. We also got champagne and a cake in our room which we really appreciated. Fantastic service and we told everyone about this!

Cons: The fake flowers in the bathroom were dusty.

Pros: All the amenities and the cleanliness of the room. Great TV. The beds were comfortable and warm.

Pros: We recently stayed 3 nights at the Sheraton hotel. The service was excellent - from the front desk staff, to the room service staff to the breakfast staff. Very polite and professional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices (healthy as well). The gym was decent and the spa was fantastic. The hotel offers a wet sauna, dry sauna and an impressive jacuzzi. We didn't go in the outdoor pool, however it also looked inviting. The hotel was very clean. The location of the hotel was a bit away from the center, however was an excellent challenge for avid walkers and only a short ride by taxi.

Cons: The only thing that didn't impress was the club lounge (our room had club lounge access). The first 2 times we entered, the only food available was a tray of cookies. The 3rd visit produced a plate of fruit. It would have been nice if they offered some cheeses or cut vegetables. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Respectful employees, wonderful service, communicated in my native language and Spanish (which I appreciate), staff in the breakfast buffet were always attentive and made me feel special at all times.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. On the contrary, if I visit Lisbon in the future, I want to book in this hotel.

Pros: Excellent location, just 15/20 minute walk from Winter Wonderland. Lovely first floor Piano Bar very nice pool area Spa Sauna etc. Excellent Hotel, catered for my party of x 10 Rooms and was great when I asked for Champagne, they even sent me a Free Birthday Cake when entertaining in my suite (50th Tut!!!) Lovely staff and very nice atmosphere.

Cons: Found the price for the breakfast rather expensive at €35.00 per day for x 2 pax. Ours was included in the suite but our guests who had Doubles had the option to pay. There is a perfectly good Cafè 100 yards away that did breakfasts/Pastries/goodies from €3.00 !!! Also sorry to be negative, I ordered a transfer one way from airport to hotel through the hotel which was €70.00 - and when we went back after our long weekend it was €12 in an Uber, so slightly stung. But Hey Ho, there was a Chauffeur with a nice laptop at the waiting point when we arrived off the plane. They also do a FREE shuttle if you are lucky enough to use it, sadly we were in the wrong place or wrong time, so just missed it etc, but not a big deal, nice that they offer it to be fair.

Cons: I ended up at the Altis after a very long day of travel and a disastrous Airbnb experience left me and my friends without a place to stay. Desperate, we found the Altis on Kayak with a 5-star rating and were willing to put a little extra money in given how nice the place looked in the app. Unfortunately, this ended up being a terrible experience. The staff was extremely slow and unhelpful, making us wait a very long time to get to our rooms after a very long day. Moreover, the rooms bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos we saw on the app - they were outdated, dingy, and dirty. There were hairs in our showers, and the floors were stained. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work, coming in and out every few minutes. In fact, we ended our stay early given how bad the conditions were - though it took ages to do so at reception. There is no way this hotel is 5 stars and it should not be advertised as such. Personally, I would like for the hotel to compensate me in some way for such a misleading and poor experience.

Pros: Concierge staff were terrific, location of the hotel was close enough to many sights,breakfast was amazing

Cons: Booked a superior room with courtyard view, got a small bed and not view to speak of Other hotels we stayed in Paris or Warsaw offer complimentary water, here it’s only one time on arrival and they don’t advertise it unless you ask

Pros: Very comfortable beds, nice room, fantastic breakfast. Close to Parque metro station and about a 20 minute walk to downtown area.

Cons: We had to ask them to clean our room in the afternoon despite leaving the 'Please clean' sign on the door. Our room faced the busy road so was quite noisy.

Pros: Large King size bed on an upper floor (13th), so I did not experience the noise issues that other guests have written about. Well appointed room and bathroom (excellent water pressure). Front desk staff, hostess and restaurant staff were efficient and also very friendly. The inclusive breakfast was a nice addition; a large enough selection to satisfy most tastes.

Cons: Small fitness room that wasn’t advertised in any of the hotel brochures and is not open 24/7.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Reception Sophia very helpful. Breakfast buffet very nice. Many selections. Michael at the bar very nice.

Cons: No early check in. No coffee or breakfast when arriving early. No dinner options except for buffet after 7p.

Pros: Very comfortable bed and room temperature was perfectly set.

Cons: The breakfast was a bit messy in terms of presentation. The food variety was good.

Pros: The variety and the quality of the Breakfast was outstanding. The rooms, especially the beds were also outstanding! The location was excellent. What made my stay there excellent was the help and friendliest of all the Hotel staff, especially the staff at the Front Desk! I would stay there again for the location, beds, food and for the most helpful and outstanding hotel staff. Thank you for all.
