staff courteous helpful,,good value for your money...easy lication to get to St Pancras,,great mattresses..very comfortable
could use a small shelf in the bathroom and next to the bed ..a bit small if you have young kids
Great location. Decent value. Tight but ok if not spending time in your room.
Good location 5 minute walk to King's Cross St. Pancras. Good shower facility. Decent continental breakfast.
Tiny room, shabby common areas, tv didn't work
The room was clean and airy , the bed and bedding very comfortable, good TV, great location .
Did not require breakfast but it was still included in the price , would be better if was optional
the bathroom and toilet facilities are awful, the room itself is too small. if there are lifts they are not marked. it is as simple as if you use the shower it is a nightmare to go to the toilet. since all water is dispersed even with selly curtains.i normally stay at travel lodeg or premier inn or ibis. this is a far cry frot the others
hotel location, close to underground station King's Cross
room very small and tight; no place for a suitcase; a lot of dust everywhere; mold in the shower
Quiet, clean and friendly
Location, cleanliness, privacy, access to central stations
note to guests to bring own shower gel / shampoo as complimentary products not offered
clean and obviously just decorated
room far too hot, stuffy and shower facilities inadequate
A clean, quiet hotel in a very convenient position. No fuss but everything I required.
Good clean rooms
The shower water goes into wear the toilet is as there is no base for the shower its all on one level
Recently refurbished, clean beds, good links to King's Cross station and 30-40 minute walk to London's west end. On a quiet square, not in audible distance of the nearby busy roads.
Described as being in Bloomsbury, it's not, it's Kings Cross. Small rooms with very limited storage for clothes, however just about sufficient if only staying for 2-3 nights.
