Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to malls, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The staff are often described as friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to guest experiences. Cleanliness and amenities receive mixed feedback: while some guests find the rooms clean and well-kept, others mention issues with towels, bathrooms, and basic amenities. Noise from thin walls is a common complaint, and some guests note that amenities are basic or require extra charges. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and soundproofing are suggested.

Pros (+) We chose this hotel for its location and were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the facilities for the price. No, breakfast wasn't included but that wasn't a deal breaker.
Cons (-) Bedding was only actually changed once. We noticed when hanging the 'Please Make Up Room' sign, they only made the bed with the current linen instead of changing it out.
