breakfast (and room for it)
The location was quite good, and one staff member at reception was helpful in giving us tips on sightseeing (I stress one staff member)
When we arrived we were quite shocked and disappointed to learn that the reception area also contained the breakfast room. However, during breakfast the next morning we also discovered that the receptionist also was responsible for the breakfast area. There was even a sink behind the reception desk where the receptionist could be found washing dishes by hand. On the first morning the woman on duty tried her best to juggle this as best she could. However on the second morning, we arrived to find the tables uncleared, very little food left and unsatisfactory service. We had to literally ask for a glass, a cup, a knife, for some milk etc, which is totally unacceptable in an establishment which claims to be a hotel.
Good location, good hospitality, good price. Room is large enough and equipment is sufficient.
The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to the old port.
The decor was dated and worn and the room lacked any kind of ambiance or charm.
A good value in a great location, 10 minute walk to the Port.
Rooms are a bit small.
free access to hotel computer
The staff were very helpful.
the small lobby and breakfast room
good location near the Old Port which is where we wanted to be
It was on a very busy street and I imagine on the weekends it would be constant traffic
Hotel staff was very helpful providing public transportation information. Due to the central location almost everything is in walking distance.
Bad odour from shower drain.
