Pros: Overall the hotel and room were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Also, the restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner. I was here to present at a conference and the conference rooms of the hotel were nice and they provided folders, papers, pens, and water for participants. The hotel was right next to the central metro station which was very convenient to get on the metro and do some sightseeing. However, I don't think this hotel is in a "tourist area" and it is more where the locals go to catch the bus and the metro.
Cons: The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.

Pros: Clean good value and THE closest to train station. Other hotels advertise they are close but you would have to navigate across very busy streets. Staying at this hotel because of its proximity to the train station was the best move we could have made!
Cons: Staff was not helpful over a few small matters.

Stayed at a much cheaper and nicer hotel down the block. Wish I had booked that hotel for my days in Naples! You can get much better value than this hotel. A fail for the Sofitel chain.

Pros: Loved the area - very old area of the city. Neighborhood is very real (not glitzy or pretentious) and gives a view of the quotidian Napoli. Some of the oldest and best pizzerias are in this area.

Pros: The Palazzo Caracciolo was the best part of my visit to Napoli. I have dreamed of visiting this part of the world for many years and without my stay at the Palazzo Caracciolo I think I would have been a little disappointed in my visit to Napoli. The Hotel was fantastic!!

Pros: Très propre et bien situé. Le quartier est sympa et animé. La piscine est un avantage incontestable à Naples où il n'y a pas de plage. Je rassure les nouveaux: le wifi marche très bien!

Cons: The shower was awful. There was only a partial "door", and water got everywhere when you took a shower. We had to cover the floor in every towel we had in preparation for the swamp that followed. The pool also required swim caps which was weird and a big bummer because who wants to wear a swim cap?

Pros: Very nice presentable hotel.The staff were excellent 5 star working in a 3 star. Katia was so helpful on our first day. Giving all the right information about trains and places to visit. I want to thank all the restaurant staff who find it no troubles taking my breakfast tray to my 3rd floor room. Well done for offering bus service at night. Excellent initiatives.Room cleaned everyday even late.
Cons: Could do with a kettle in room and a toaster in restaurant for Breakfast very boring. For location menu was well overpriced. Thus encouraging customer to go out. Also location is a bit rough.

Pros: The hotel was fine - not a great location; in what seems to be the business district so not a lot of services around.
Cons: Found hotel on your website and specifically chose it for airport shuttle service. After walking around the airport and lugging a heavy suitcase, I was told that there was no shuttle. Then spend considerable time and money to get to the hotel. Overall, it cost me an additional $35 euros for the transportation. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere less expensive or closer to the metro.

Cons: Requested laundry service and the hotel took longer than promised. Then first said it was never given, then they said they lost it. After talking to 5 different hotel representatives (mostly rude) I found out the clothes were behind the desk the entire time. Breakfast was awful. The facilities were underwhelming. I will definitely be choosing a different hotel chain next time.
