9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nothing bad. The “Rotenburo” is wide enough and has nice view.
Cons: Nothing. If the guests who want to drink from breakfast can be separated, it could be better.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: For the price this place was great value, opposite the train station and a shopping mall. Parking was next door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A brand new, yet reasonably priced facility - super modern!
Cons: Location: It is good that the hotel is located close to the station but at the north side, and having to cross the long station to the south side where most tourist attractions are was problematic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and their English was very good. We were in one of the deluxe rooms and I'm so glad I decided to go with the deluxe, the room was standard size, a really large bed, massage chair and large TV. What made it for me was the bathroom, it was a lot larger then other bathrooms in Japanese hotels I've stayed in, the bath was more like a western bath so I could lay down in it but was still quite deep like Japanese baths. There was a handheld shower and an amazing waterfall shower. There were also all the amenities you could need in the bathroom, much better stocked then the hotels back home. The staff let us leave our bags with them before check in and if we'd needed to we could have left them after check in too. They also gave us a complimentary sheet mask upon check in, we felt very pampered! Numazu is a lovely city that I will certainly be returning to and when I do I won't hesitate to book a room at this hotel again.
Cons: Wish we could have been on the other side of the building as that side had an amazing view of Mt Fuji!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was brilliant, pretty much central to everything, and if you like Love Live you will love it here too.
Cons: Not much I didn't like, loved every moment in Numazu
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean! The bed was comfortable and pyjamas were prepared
Cons: Nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and dinner at Izu Mitohama Shotoukan was beyond our expectations. We have only tried traditional Kaiseki once before, but it is difficult to imagine how anything could have been better. Everything was excellent and exciting, and we had all we wanted and more. Our room had an absolutely amazing view of Mt. Fuji, and the hot springs tub in the room was pure luxury. The onsen at the top floor was also magnificent. Finally, all the way throughout, the service was impeccable.
Cons: The stay already went beyond our expectations, and we do not believe that anything could have been better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was impeccable, the food was superb and the facilities were more than one can hope for. We truly enjoyed our stay as it gave us the chance to relax and experience local culture. 8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location next to Train and Highway Bus Coach (Pickup point). Room cleanliness, toilet spaciousness (separate mini shower facility room from wash basin, toilet shower). Room size was slightly bigger than those in Shinjuku. Hotel staff were welcoming and tried their best to be helpful to our inquiries. Laundry and dryer are free to use (laundry soap to be purchased from front desk). Housekeeping staff also did good job in keeping rooms clean and tidy.
Cons: Bed mattress and pillows were too soft (unlike other hotels we stayed in other parts of Japan) Would have preferred the pillows to be firmer or at least provide 2 pillows each person.

Cons: The washlet’s spray head was a little dirty.

7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was in a good location in Numazu City, about a 10 min walk from the Numazu train station and a short walk from the shopping arcade. Staff was helpful and spoke good English, which was great. Breakfast was good, comprising mostly Japanese breakfast items but with a good selection of Western-styled items and an egg-station, which is something we don't usually see for such hotels.
Cons: The facilities, while clean, could use a good refresh. The rooms were dated and looked like they had not been refurbished for a number of years.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It has very nice decor, we got the Mt Fuji view from our room
Cons: A bit far from the restaurants, it is actually between the Numazu station and the Numazu port.
7.5 Good
Pros: River, sea and Fuji views. Large comfortable hotel with welcoming staff. Booked this for a few days away from the Rugby World Cup and Tokyo. Nice hotel
Cons: On our second day we did not receive any housekeeping and the receptionist argued with me about our do not disturb sign being out. This was only until 1100hrs and the housekeeper was still a few doors away when we went out. He was happy to argue this point via google translate while I stood at reception holding dirty towels!! All I wanted was clean towels as we had been out exploring all day. This was very disappointing as this was supposed to be our down time and a bit of comfort
8.3 Excellent
Cons: the bed was incredibly firm. this may only be a problem if you don't sleep on hour back
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay Staff very helpful
Cons: Price can be better
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a riverbank downtown hotel within walking distance of station. Easy to find. An upscale modern hotel
Cons: Parking was underground and charged. Could not find access to begin with down the side of hotel. No onsen or computer corner
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Price was excellent
Cons: Hotel a little dated. Staff too busy to explain things due to a conference held there that night. Restaurant over priced. Not hotels fault but couple having sex next door at 01.30 noise went on for an hour. Spoilt stay. Been in Japan for Rugby World Cup for 3 weeks worse hotel in that 3 weeks out of 14.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Price, free breakfast, and kind staff. Good area for anyone who likes Love Live! Sunshine!! For an affordable price.
Cons: The bed felt a little hard and the pillows were strange with the beads in them on one side. That's a personal thing for me who loves soft beds and pillows. The lighting was a little dim but that's a minor complaint.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary coffee until 12 midnight and delicious free breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Cons: It took me a while to find it. Maybe they could tell us exactly how to get there from the Family Mart convenience store?
6.3 Good
Cons: The toilet in room 426 was awfully smelly. Room was small and felt congested even for Asian. The toilet was small as well, with no walking space.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I love the location of Sancoinn. Right next to thr Numazu station. We still can manage to have some late night super after check in by around 2300. Also the cafe nearby provide yummy "onigiri" breakfast with coffee. An amazing experience.
Cons: We have to look for parking space ourselves. If we can use the parking slot at the hotel entrance that would be perfect. We dont mind paying the parking fee.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is situated in a very good spot near the station, some shopping and even a convenience store right next door! Included breakfast is a very big plus and their breakfast is of really good quality. There's also a free 3-hour bicycle rental, but not everyone seems to know that. Numazu is best explored on a bicycle, so please enquire about it!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Great location near station
Cons: Toilet seat lid was broken. Overall room wasn’t as clean as it had been previous stays.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mirror in the bathroom is low.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great food. Great veiw of Mt. Fuji from our rooms.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel is in a really far place, there is nothing around, just a 7eleven. You need to take a bus or walk for 20 minutes to find a restaurant. If you want to disconnect from the world is a great place to go, also is in front of the beach.
Cons: The onsen didn't look that much clean, in the photos they put in the description of the hotel is when it was new. It look a little old but its on to take a bath. If you don't want you can take a shower in your own room.
6.7 Good

Cons: Breakfast is not good at all for that price

7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast is rich, not as much as a 5-star hotel but provide basically a need for breakfast!
Cons: Room is very small. and bed is small too!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really friendly and helpful. Their English is not perfect but they trying their best to make comfortable stay for you. Breakfast didn't have that much veggie option but meat and cookies were taste amazing. Hotel is close to train station and sea as well.
Cons: The room was small and narrow. We had backpacks and hard to walk in the room. Bathroom air suction didn't have cover and you could see what got stuck there over time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendliness of the staff. Good restaurants nearby but would advise people to swot up on the Japanese for particular foods they would like. Very few places had English (as should be the case since we’re in Japan) on the menus and no pictures of meals that you could point to.
Cons: The hotel was good. Unfortunately Shizuoka is a big area and the rugby game I wanted to see was 100 miles away. That’s my only criticism but good railway links meant it wasn’t too much of a hardship.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it's really near with restaurants and train station. the staffs is so friendly and for those who are LoveLive Sunshine fans, you must stay at this hotel because this hotel is using Takami Chika theme which is one of the main character from this anime
7.0 Good
Pros: The pan was good.My request of pillow& T-Fal was answered & very thankful.
Cons: Room was too small, the aircon is not functioning well.
7.0 Good
Pros: After 7 days of travel the biggest bonus was the free washing facilities on the 10th floor. A good stepping stone hotel for me to Rugby World Cup matches at Shizoaka, and a trip to Mt Fuji district.
Cons: Breakfast options for westerners could be better eg cereals
9.0 Excellent
Pros: 2nd time at this hotel, because it's simply the best for the Love Livers! Nice location, Chika-Stamp and Nesoberis (for the Love Livers). Free laundry, everything is clean. Staff is kind of cute with their English, but they can understand you just fine. Breakfast is free, too, however just for the sake of eating breakfast. You also get free tea bags!
Cons: Book fast before others are faster than you! (I was too slow to reserve a room for a week, so only for a day due to the event.)
