The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also highlighted as a positive aspect in many reviews. However, several guests noted that the rooms and the elevator were very small, which could be inconvenient, but these issues did not significantly detract from their overall positive experiences.
