Pros: Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The location is not a problem, we took Uber and it cost 7 euro to get to the bridge.

Pros: The entire staff from parking attendant to the cleaning staff everyone was helpful and on top of everything. The room service was absolutely fantastic! The meal was in such a great presentation and very tasty! My personal best experience was the clearning staff. They were so helpful to me, as I had a Maltese Dog, and they understsood how important it was for me to be sure she was happy.

Pros: The hotel is very well situated for visiting the city on foot and there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. It is also close to a subway station so can easily go anywhere in the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Pros: The hotel is centrally situated, yet offers a quiet and relaxing stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a modest but stolid, reliable place and seems to welcome and care for the guests very well indeed.

Pros: Location was excellent, the size of the rooms were large and our children could stay in our room at a little extra cost. The staff were fantastic too.

Pros: The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check-in time; they eagerly took our luggage and placed it in our room while we went out to explore. The room size/layout (family suite) suited our needs well (two adults/1 child)...two bedrooms (one double bed in one room; larger room one twin/one double with TV) separated by door. Weren't bothered by street/hall noise in our room--a problem noted in other reviews. Bathroom was sizeable for European hotel...had enough hot water--noted this was complaint of previous visitor. Had plenty of basic towels/exchanged daily. Breakfast was adequate (good variety of breads, limited meats/cheese and cereal, variety of 'from concentrate' juices, canned fruits etc)--typical for region--as economical hotel, we were satisfied. Location excellent...3-5 min walk to Metro (take to/from airport--easy and cheap!), close to main city shopping area/market (5 min walk), 10-15 min to River (longer on hike back to hotel). Overall very satisfied with our experience.
