Pros: I like the location of this hotel - in Mala strana. Also the SPA-center in this hotel is very nice. It's real pleasure to visit it.

Pros: This is a luxury hotel and priced accordingly. Everything about the place is first class. The decor is beautiful from the rooms to the reception to the lounges, breakfast room and exterior. The staff is efficient and very helpful. The whole place is comfortable.

Pros: Although the hotel looks great in its website - the pictures actually don't do it justice. It is a fabulous little jewel of a hotel tucked away in the best part of fantastic Prague. Senior staff are very good.

Pros: Hotel located on the castle side of the river, away from the crowded Old Town. It's a couple of buildings down from the US Embassy. The facility is luxurious and the staffs are very friendly.

Pros: Lovely quiet and elegant respite from the crowds but still only a short walk to all key sites. Perfect location! The hotel's restaurant, Coda is one of the finest dinner experiences you will encounter anywhere. Do not miss it.

Pros: Location was great. In general service was good. The idea of the music theme is unique.The gardens at the back of the hotel are beautiful. The view at the rooftop garden restaurant is excellent. The gym is sufficient

Pros: The staff were very welcoming, and extremely professional. An unusual feature of this hotel is the supply of an ipod for use in your room, and a large cd library with a huge range - I only looked at the classical cds as that's my interest and the selection is impressive. The hotel guests also have access to a beautiful baroque-era garden at the rear of the hotel, it's the oldest of its kind in Prague. The hotel's roof terrace provides amazing rooftop views of Prague while enjoying excellent cuisine and a well-chosen wine list.

Pros: The design of the rooms were really really interesting. I loved how the building itself was like a little town in itself with little narrow walkways and cobbled areas. We had the best service by reception - I think her name was Mariona... she was from Tunisia and was lovely, fast, efficient and super-friendly. She made us love the hotel more.

Pros: The best hotel I have stayed at for service, friendliness of staff and warmth of welcome. Despite excellent reviews, it actually exceeded exceptations. My wife and I were upgraded to Junior Suite on arrival and presented with a bottle of champagne in our room when we revealed she was celebrating a 'special' birthday. Nothing seemed too much trouble for staff at hotel and I would recommend it unreservedly for a short break in Prague. Wonderful and memorable stay in top-class surroundings. Will not hesitate to return to the Pachtuv Palace at some stage.

Pros: The most important is the place where the hotel is situated. At 50 m from Charles Bridge and very close to Castle is everything you can get in order to have a perfect day in Prague.

Pros: Great location, in between the charles castle and the charles bridge. Very accessible to all of the city. St.Nikolaus church 2 min away, plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarket nearby. Room was very spacious, tea/coffee provided for. Bath robes provided. some english channels available on tv. suite was very pleasant. free wifi. staff pleasant. baggage storage facilities, free use of pc and tea/coffee facilities in hotel lobby, which we were free to use after checkout, printed out boarding passes for us also.

Pros: The hotel is located at the edge of the Kampa area which seems like a shared large backyard / park type of place. We parked in this area behind the hotel (charged) and it seemed like a safe area. Every day and night we would walk through the park as a short cut to the rest of the city. It never seemed like a dangerous place. The breakfast area is quite cheesy with all the (fake?) armors and medieval weapons. I love music but the live piano or harpsichord just made the place more noisy. The buffet is plentiful but the quality of item was quite ordinary. The room was large and had no air conditioning which wasn't much of a problem but then we had to sleep with the window open and hear all the noise early morning.

Pros: Liked the location - it was just perfect - in the middle of everything and half minute walk form Karluv Most! We've got a room at the rear of the building, therefore no problems with noise from the street! Room was nicely decorated and bed was very comfy! can't complain! :)) yep - about the strip club in the basement: if you don't know about it - you would not even notice it, however we were there one nights for a change and liked it :)) make sure you show your hotel card everywhere on the premises to pay for the services otherwise you will pay double as anyone from the street! :))
