Pros: Cocktails in Cerise, dinner at Forbury restaurant, enjoy the great rooms.

Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was quite spacious and luxurious.

Pros: The hotel looks great, the suite looked fantastic! The design worked for us, it creates a relaxing, luxuriant feel. Dinner and breakfast at Cerise was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant superb! Even the music that came on automatically when you opened the door was excellent, I discovered a new sound to listen to.

Pros: A very warm, tidy ,clean hotel in a great location. Very polite and helpful staff,all basic facilities for a christmas shopping trip. I have enjoyed my stay very much.

Pros: Huge room, and a four-poster! very unexpected for the price. Breakfast was very good, and the team was efficient and worked hard. The bed was very comfortable, quiet and warm.

Pros: It's just a place to stay while you are travelling. The building is kind of old. But, nothing bad. Nothing fancy.

Pros: There was nothing to like. On arrival, there was total chaos at reception for some considerable time, mainly due to double bookings and rooms not being ready. The receptionist who was on at approx 1800 was absolutely fantastic under the circumstances
