Hotels near London Heathrow Airport

Pros: Location night next to terminal 4 but terminal 5 a short free bus ride away. Everything you usually get with premier inn, clean comfortable room. Can't hear the planes either!

Cons: The self check in is a pain. Took two or three times to work.

Pros: Great staff at check in and check out. They were very helpful, and even printed my return boarding passes for me. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is lovely and not at all over priced for where it is, aside from that, the food was lovely on both times we stayed (before and after our travel). Keep up the good work, this is an excellent Premier Inn.

Pros: Well signposted, so easy to find when in terminal 4. Basic but very comfortable, the rooms had programmable aircon and a kettle and some tea and coffee supplies, so as an airport hotel, nothing to fault! Wifi was also pretty decent and there is a restaurant downstairs with a Costa coffee if youre desperate for a feed after your flight.

Cons: Bed and pillows were way too soft. Got little sleep, felt every toss and turn of my husband -- which defeated the purpose of a daytime flight to LHR.

Pros: Perfect hotel for the traveler coming or going from Heathrow to the States - you are right at Terminal 5 so super convenient! The hotel pampers your weary traveler's body - wonderful beds, pillows, bath products etc. The bars are fun and the Vivre restaurant is excellent. Overall, we would always prefer Sofitel for airport stays as they are outstanding!

Pros: I have stayed at the Sofitel on previous occasions and the standard is always high and the location is perfect for T5 and trains. On this occasion Lavinia (Reception) stood out as particularly helpful, kind and professional and I would like to commend her for this. The cafe is very good both in quality of food, coffee, prices and professionalism.

Cons: When i said to cleaner clean my room and be careful about my things i think she tried open the safe , because when i came back to my room i can not open it , i think there were attempts to open it .. please be careful about your cleaners .. i was angry that night ..

Pros: This was our second visit to this hotel and it didnt disapoint, after a long haul flight from china, this place is like heaven, staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms are super and beds so comfortable, the bar area is chilled and the breakfast was great, we will stay again after our next trip next year, highly reccomend

Cons: Hard to get to from other terminals. Our ac was not working and with no windows the room was very hot. I phoned reception, they said they would call me back. They called me back nearly 2 hours later, at 1am! Which woke me up when I had a short sleep anyway. Very overpriced.

Pros: I arrived very late in the evening from an international flight. Staff most helpful, particularly with airport transfer the following morning (less than half the cost of a London cab). Despite being on the Heathrow transport corridor, the rooms are quiet. Also clean and well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate.

Pros: Location was excellent literally 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms were a good size and on the return visit we did manage to get adjoining rooms. Nice pool.

Cons: On the first night of our holiday we went to the restaurant. Oh dear! I have never waited so long for what was a below average meal. Some things were cold, some things were under cooked and some things were just missing. The waitress, bless her tried but I could tell that we weren’t the only ones who had a grumble. Suffice to say we didn’t return. I mentioned in the likes box above how nice it was to have the adjoining room. It was just a shame that the lock was broken when we arrived so we couldn’t initially open it. Got fixed eventually.

Pros: Not much about this hotel... The staff were nice enough and they give you complimentary tea and coffee.

Cons: The hallway was very smelly and dirty. Sheets were not soft and the bed was uncomfortable. All through the night you are woken up by people extending their beds from the seated position the sleeping position. Unless you are staying in terminal 4, the location is awful - there are no early pre-six am shuttle buses or trains to the other terminals so we ended up spending an additional £22 on a Uber to Terminal 2! Ridiculous!

Pros: the location being right at the airport is really good. just needed to get into the lift to go check in. Brilliant for early starts. The novelty of the set up is quite cool, and the tv and wifi is good.

Cons: the area is a bit rundown and you feel like you are heading into a dungeon when finding your room. Also it is very difficult to find the hotel in the airport premises. it does not have the same level of signage that the other hotels do. you have to use a particular set of lifts other wise you cant find it.

Pros: Staying at Heathrow for an early flight I was very pleased with my accommodation and its location, which was close to the link from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 and 3. The accommodation was tiny but comfortable and included everything I might have wanted for an overnight pre flight stay.

Cons: I found the bed surround a bit difficult to clamber over to get in or out of the bed and I am a reasonably agile person and not overweight.

Cons: The room has an air conditioning that blows cold air directly on your face while you are sleeping. Supposedly one can regulate the temperature but it didnt work for me. After two hours in bed without sleeping because of the noise of the fan and the air in my face I got up got dressed and went to reception to ask the guy to turn down the air. The guy told me that was not possible. I left this morning for my day of meetings without having slept and with a cold. I feel dreadful.

Pros: Love how was easily accessible. able to use the free train to get between terminals. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unlimited hot drinks was good in addition to there being two restaurants one beside it and one on the lower level that met my expectations. It look just like the pictures.

Cons: There is this noise that sounds as if it is the pipes. It seem to go off at every 10 minutes,. When I asked about it I was told it some sort of suction of the air. It was very loud luckily I can sleep through anything. I was told every room hears it and that's probably why each room came with ear plugs.

Pros: Cosy, clean and comfortable - and, of course, inside the airport. A great option for a very early flight!

Cons: Not Yotel's fault, but it took me 45 minutes to transfer to terminal 4. I'd recommend going by tube and ignoring the 'free train transfer' option - so much walking and trains only seem to go every half hour.

Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.

Pros: Location versus cost was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful as I arrived late at night and had to leave very early in the morning, they showed me where a pizza place was and got coffee for me when I checked out.

Pros: I was all ready not to like this hotel, but it turned out to be excellent. It was impeccably clean, excellent value for money, the staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful, and it was perfectly located for Heathrow, provided that you know you can get any one of a number of local buses free of charge from the bus stop opposite. This is much, much better than getting the Heathrow Hotel Hopper, which may or may not go to and from the hotel and which costs 5 GBP. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise. When I saw that a "continental breakfast" was included in the cost of my room, I expected some coffee and a piece of cake or toast. Instead there was a good range of fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and cereals, all replenished frequently and promptly by the kind and helpful staff. Great.

Cons: The worst thing about this hotel was what made me not want to like it. If you have been to hotels around Heathrow before you will know that many of them have confusingly similar names. This hotel is the Ibis Styles Hotel, not the Ibis Hotel. I found that out when I reached the Ibis Hotel, loaded down with luggage and tired after a long flight. I got the impression in reception there that people showing up at the wrong Ibis hotel is something that happens quite often. My fault, of course, but it is an easy mistake to make. What I would like is for all hotels with confusingly similar names to put a clear and prominent warning on their websites telling travellers to be careful to go to the right hotel. That's all. You also need to take a toothbrush and toothpaste: they do not give you these.

Pros: The coffee was quite good and apparently for free. Ibis hotels are always exceptionally clean. Bed comfy. Good location, good soundproofing, it's ideal for a before/after flight stay.

Cons: The A/C was loud, had to be turned off, it was quite impossible to sleep because of the noise. Breakfast was probably the poorest I saw in my life. The restaurant has a limited pub-food menu with tasteless food. The hotel has very limited parking spaces available.

Cons: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).

Pros: location not good compared to neighbouring hotels

Cons: i didnt like the location being a longer walk to public transport compared to neighbouring hotels, no nearby shops or restaurants

Pros: Excellent front desk staff. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. Sports bar had good food and good service.

Cons: Indoor didn't open til 4.

Cons: My room was dark, and I could not believe haw far my room was from the lift This would be one reason why I would not stay again

Pros: It is across the street from a free city bus to the airport, the staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable. It was probably the cleanest hotel bath I have seen - dated but shiny white and clean.

Cons: Great location for a stay at the airport. After national exspress coach cancelled a coach and didn't notify anybody so l missed my flight and had to stay Heathrow the night. I don't recommend national exspress. But do recommend the hotel areil

Cons: There was a bit of challenge locating my booking . However it was eventually resolved after an hour.

Cons: First my key cars didn't work & I had to go back down to reception from the 3rd floor with heavy baggage! Then I tried to call reception from room to book hotel for early morning but phone would not work! Very unpleasant stay I'll never go back

Pros: Ideal for the Airport

Pros: My son and I were only there for the night before an early flight. Both of us agree that it was the best night of sleep we'd had in a while. We awoke energized for the flight. We didn't partake of the breakfast as my son prefers a specific restaurant (Okay, I do, too).

Cons: Parking was a bit tricky because of on-going construction, but that is not anyone's fault.

Pros: Staff very good nothing

Pros: The staff were exceptionally polite and nice!

Cons: I was looking forward for my stay so much. However, once I opened the room, I realised that me and my partner will be staying in a box room. The corridor was full of cutlery and plates and it’s been like that until the cleaners came in the morning. The hotel is very old, not soundproof. I could hear my next door neighbours flashing their toilet. The bed makes squeaking sound which isn’t what we were expecting.

Pros: 2 star at best

Cons: Tvs had no sound in lobby

Cons: The hotel was a little beat up but matched the price I guess.

Pros: Quite convenient as I had to get to the airport quite early so the location was just perfect

Pros: I absolutely loved the location: just 10 min by local bus from Heathrow and you can find yourself in a quiet neighborhood. Was quite easy to get to London too.

Cons: The room was tiny (which was ok, that's how it was advertised) and smelly! The window was open when I arrived so I didn't notice the smell at first. It was like the bedding wasn't dried properly and produced this unfresh smell. The bathroom and the hallways were quite smelly too. If you are sensitive to smells, proceed with caution. The pillow was too small for me but in general, the bed was quite comfortable.

Pros: Great shower Quiet

Cons: Communication. I also miss placed my items but I've been trying to communicate with the house and I've haven't had any success with that

Pros: I only arrived one night between flights. Price and location, excellent restaurant nearby quiet neighborhood

Pros: Well priced not far from Heathrow does what it says on the tin! Cheap accommodation.

Cons: There was no-one for open door because of late arrival. Luckily they managed to open door remotely.

Pros: Got a better room than expected, lovely host - greeted us, showed us to our rooms, explained how to access the wifi, what the keys are for, where nice local restaurants are. Fresh towels and shower gel provided, comfy beds, tea/coffee making facilities. Minimal noise from the airport with windows closed. Free parking at the front of the property on the driveway, but also ample parking on the road outside. The area felt safe (we arrived after dark) and the location was excellent for accessing terminal 2.

Cons: There was a slightly strange smell in both bathrooms but the host did mention it when we arrived, and when we shut the bathroom doors we didn't notice it. One room had a fan, but the other didn't which made it a little uncomfortable during the night because it was so hot outside and wanted to keep window closed due to planes taking off/landing. Although the planes do stop flying after about 11:30pm (I think).

Pros: Good

Pros: The location was perfect for us and having free parking was great. The bed was really comfortable

Cons: The towels could have been better quality and missing a hand towel in the bathroom was a bit of a pain

Pros: It was a short taxi ride to terminal 3 and we could,d leave the car at the guesthouse ( for a fee) whilst on holiday

Cons: The photo was alot nicer than reality and we were a little shocked when we entered the room. The beds were uncomfortable. However, the room was cheap so we got what we paid for
