Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach, metro, and local attractions. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and found the staff to be friendly and helpful, though some reported issues with inattentive or absent staff. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others finding it repetitive or basic. Cleanliness and room size were points of contention, as several guests noted issues with dirty rooms, small bathrooms, and limited amenities.
