Pros (+) Staff very welcoming and helpful, especially Edi at front desk, rooms charming, dining veranda overlooks the old city of Siena, great breakfast buffet, attractive evening bar and dining, easy walk to the city.
Cons (-) initially given a charming room but overlooking the parking lot, moved to a view room for second night.
