La Terrazza sul Campo - Siena - Bedroom
1
9.5 Excellent (478 reviews)
S$ 195+
Overview Reviews
Located in Siena Historical Center, this residence is steps from Palazzo Chigi-Saracini, Siena Cathedral, and Piazza del Campo. University of Siena and Santa Maria alle Scotte Polyclinic are also within 3 mi (5 km). Siena Station is 27 minutes by foot.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location to visit the center of Siena. The room we stayed in wasn't facing Piazza del Campo, but we liked it nonetheless due to its characteristic view of the inner courtyard. We were happily surprised by the breakfast service in room and the kind staff.
Cons: Since we stayed in the courtyard room, we didn't have much sunlight during the day and the light inside the room itself was not much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best location with the most amazing view from the room. Really spacious and comfortable room with really nice bathroom. Breakfast was really good an served in our room which was so nice. Such good value. Highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fantastic. Staff really helpful and friendly. Lovely elegant spacious room with amazing views. Bathroom huge and lovely and warm.
Cons: Mattress a bit uncomfortable. For those with a sensitive back, you should sleep in the middle of the bed because it seemed to slope down towards the edge! Once I learned the trick, slept very well the second night
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Central location with views on the main square (buon governo room) and the good overall furniture.
Cons: Breakfast is not at par with the rest of the offering: very standard and basic.
7.0 Good
Pros: The position of the room is exceptional, nothing to say. The host was also gentle and welcoming, there were cookies always available at the reception.
Cons: The room could have been more clean, there were stains on the coach, and even on the bed. We couldn't feel the hygiene. The breakfast was simply purchased from a supermarket, we would expect some local products instead of packed stuff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room overlooking the piazza. Very clean, comfortable room.
Cons: No milk for the drinks in the room. We asked the receptionist to book a taxi to the station in the morning but she couldn’t get one and we subsequently missed our train. She didn’t seem that bothered and said they were all busy and gave us poor directions to the taxi rank. I asked her to book the taxi at 8am but she hadn’t done it as she only started ringing for one when we went to reception at half 8. Apart from this the stay had been very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was located right in the center of everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, a true gem!!!!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful place, and I'm looking forward to staying again. The location is amazing, and the common room with terrace has one of the best views I've ever enjoyed. The honour bar is a great touch, and there's a lovely wine shop across the street, so you can grab a bottle there and enjoy it on the terrace. Staff is amazing -- so friendly, and very helpful for things like restaurant reservations. The rooms are great; very traditional feel, but with very comfortable amenities. Breakfast very nice.
Cons: The parking situation isn't so clear, so just be forewarned about how to access the hotel and then find the parking lot (which is about a 5 minute walk away).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Most amazing view of the city. Beautiful patio.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, helpful staff, amazing hotel, rich breakfast and wonderful view. Our favourite hotel in Siena :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful time. The view from our patio was amazing and it was large enough so that we could relax and enjoy it properly. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. We would love to go back.
Cons: We liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good communication prior to arriving and during stay, lovely setting and beautiful balcony!
Cons: Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was as described and more, but the truly exceptional aspects of my stay were the staff, particularly Maria Luisa and the magnificent view, both from my room and the breakfast terrace. I received a complimentary upgrade as I was the only guest for most of my stay during this low season period. Very clean and attention to important details. Nice toiletries, complimentary bottled water and fruit. Housekeeping was spotless and assistance with restaurants, even to suggestions for menu selection were spot on. This was a very memorable stay for me.
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Italy is one of the best country to visit, Siena is beautiful and Campo reggio is Fabulous. The breakfast was terrific, lots of healthy options.
Cons: There was only cold milk which made the coffee even colder than it was. If you order a cappucino it's not a problem but warm milf for coffee would add to a place that was filled with special touches and attention to details.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing. Perfect location. Perfect and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with lovely views. Easy walking distance to all the sights. Was fantastic to stay in the old city. Siena is beautiful . Driving to accomodation was easy . Car parking was made easier by arranging valet parking. We were picked up and taken to car on departure. Would highly recommend staying here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved it all, the excellent service, nice rooms and especially the terrace of the place, where you could have your breakfast looking the Duomo. This was our second time here and we are looking for the next. The honesty Bar is something special these days.
Cons: Nothing to dislike at all.

Pros: The view from the room 23 on Sienna and the countryside is so lovely
Cons: Lovely staff that give us full of advises.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel with quick access to the beautiful town which is like a 10 mins walk.
Cons: They should update their location in Google maps as it led us in the wrong direction many times!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, short bus ride to center of town. Grounds were beautiful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was basic and fine. Location is a bit far from the old town but there excellent bus service to be used.
Cons: all fine!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners Jacamo and Lorenzo were so welcoming and helpful. They made our touring of Tuscany a highlight of our month long trip.
Cons: I didn't like the right corner of the gate facing out toward traffic and because of its historical designation it can't be modified. It took out my right rear door panel and undercarriage. Be advised: Pullout into the left hand on coming traffic when clear to avoid this mishap. Do NOT cut sharply left or right when making a turn. Pull straight out till you are clear of the gate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and very confortable and the stuff was amazing and profesional. They have parking inside and just need to walk for a 10/15 minutes to get the city center.
Cons: Anything to say, was perfect.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quaint, cosy and sophisticated hotel just minutes drive away from Siena--better than described. Perfect music in the lounge. True sense of hospitality throughout.
Cons: The lady at check-out was unpleasant--unexpected and disappointing contrast with kind and attentive reception and restaurant crew the night before.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and room very good - a very special place.
Cons: Food was high quality but would have appreciated opportunity to have a modest snack (e.g. at lunch time) rather than a gourmet meal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Delightful stay
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful - staff, breakfast, comfort. An easy walk into town, an idyllic location and perfect peace.
Cons: It’s old-fashioned which could be seen as charming but certain aspects need updating. The bathroom was a little “sad” in its dated ness and needed a little TLC.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for one night at the hotel and ate our dinner at the hotel. We loved our time and felt it was to short due to the exceptional service and beauty of the hotel and the history of the city. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very attentive to each customer. We loved our meal at the hotel, it was hard to choose what to order as we did not want to miss out. If you’re looking for a romantic and quiet hotel with easy and quick access to the city, this is the perfect hotel.

Pros: All was best. 2 Garden out and one of them private.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: very clean, good location, friendly staff who made good honest recommendations and spoke great English.
Cons: wifi wasn't great, street party kept us up till 2am which was less than ideal. valet parking is pricey at 20 euro a day when they are likely parking in free parking. 1st floor, no lifts. not clear where it is from the street unless you walk down not up and look in the other hotel lobby. we didn't get our free breakfast vouchers.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: a) comfortable self check in: you don't need to worry about arrival time b) the flat was so beautiful and everything was provided c) location is just in the center, 2 minutes walking distance to the main Piazza del Campo
Cons: nothing: all was very good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good. 2 minutes walking to Duomo. There are very good cafes and restaurants near. Staff is helpful and welcoming, they are speaking English well. Room is sparkling clean and spacious. Bathroom is comfortable with necessary toiletries. The bathtub is cool after a tiring day. I only missed natural sunshine in the room. All in all I loved Siena and this property was a good choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: modern appartment in the center of Siena. Even if you go by bus from Firenze to Siena is very easy to find the appartament. The way from bus stop until the appartment is very close. Lots of caffeteria , restaurants and supermarkets around. Modern, confortable: bed, shower, kitchen. Self Check in was very easy too. They gave all directions for a pleasure stay
Cons: The only problem was the noise coming from the street during the night
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The appartment was very spacious, clean and in great location. Being able to access a lovely courtyard was a bonus in this busy city. Walter our contact was extremely helpful and very knowledgable.

Pros: Very good location. Just a few steps from Duomo and Il Campo. Spacious room with wide windows , nice and comforable bahtroom. Variety in breakfas,t served in a cafe right next to the hotel. The kichenette was a great idea. You could have fresh espresso at any time.
Cons: Since there is no nigth recepsionist it should at least have a vending machine for water beverages snacks etc.

S$ 157+
Overview Reviews
Located in Siena, Borgo Grondaie is within a 15-minute drive of Stadio Artemio Franchi and Porta Romana. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: a very good accommodation. offer great breakfast. the staff is very helpful
Cons: a little far From city center
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It's a warm, friendly place to stay. The staff are excellent and very helpful, plus the breakfast is great and gives you a good start to the day. I think this property is best enjoyed in the summer when the pool is open and you can enjoy the gardens and the view across to the city. It's very convenient to get in to Siena's centre (which is fantastic) with free parking and is close to the supermarket too. This is the second time we have stayed here and would do again when in Siena. It's also a good base to explore surrounding areas. We visited the winery at La Lastra nearby and would highly recommend.
Cons: Small bathroom but clean and good shower. Our apartment was in the middle of two others and the noise carries a lot betweem the rooms. This was more to do with the families than the accommodation though. There was also a lot of noise first thing in the morning outside the property which carried in to the room as our window was open. The wifi is hit and miss.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: We could hear the neighbors talking through the walls. It wasn't too late though so it wasn't a huge problem.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location on a green hill, very good room, very good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All Staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The highlight of the stay was the Tuscan style breakfast. The food was so fresh and tasty, the atmosphere of the dining room was very nice.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff at Borgo Grondaie was super friendly, kind and helpful! Very good breakfast Good value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the room, the grounds and the breakfast were all excellent
Cons: You need a car. Otherwise a taxi
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful. Elegant, clean and spacious rooms with everything we needed. The breakfast is great. The staff were highly responsive and helped us in planning our trip for the better. They suggested us some great restaurants and gave us pointers for nearby towns as well. Highly recommend this place for those who have a car.
Cons: For those who don't have a car, it might be a cumbersome walk to and from town centre. Cabs are available for return though.
7.0 Good
Pros: The two bedroom apartment we rented was pleasant, with a nice view of the property which is in a natural setting on the outskirts of Siena that requires a drive to the old city. There is a pool which might make it a good place to stay in the summer.
Cons: We booked the afternoon of December 25th and I tried to cancel the morning of the 26th due to mourning a death in the family that I explained, and despite that the hotel would not make an exception to their cancellation policy and wanted to charge the full price of our booking. After much back and forth, they offered a reduction of 40 euros and said we would use the rest as a credit in 2020. I advised that we do not travel to Europe and to the Siena area each year, and so the credit was not a viable option. No compassion and the hotel was full, so it was certainly not because the hotel would suffer an economic hardship. Extremely disappointing. The hotel also requires that you do any dishes before leaving and there was a line and wait to check out.

Pros: We have stayed 3 nights. 1st night the room had street view from the window and I requested garden view. The Hotel agreeable changed us the room that have good garden view . The VIEW let us really happy .
Cons: We requested a bathtab in our room, but not availlable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous room, fully updated (and apparently recently renovated). Therefore, great value for the price. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff who attended it were very patient (despite some obnoxious guests -- sadly, a few of my fellow countrymen). And the terrace: well, even in overcast weather like the kind that we had, it was just amazing. A view of the Tuscan hills to die for! We could have spent our entire visit to Sienna just lounging there! :)
Cons: All good. Admittedly, we got a great room with a great view. The weather, sadly, did not cooperate, but I don't think there's an app yet that can fix that. :)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Space
Cons: No laundry service and a very basic breakfast that grew smaller the later one arrived to eat
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful to stay in a beautiful old palazzo which has been tastefully converted into hotel space. The garden is very nice. The staff is most accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The location was a bit further from the Duomo and Campo than anticipated, but once we learned the route, we had no problems. The staff was kind to always give excellent directions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Palazzo Ravizza is possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Siena, and the hotel is really well cared for. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated but still quirky, with beautiful wooden furniture. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I'd certainly return.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: We parked in the Parking Lot and it would have been helpful to have staff help with luggage

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The breakfast, the location, the cleanliness, the staff, safety, and the proximity to the Il Campo, also the Medici Fortress
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, have a spacious view on rooftop
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is very charming with nice rooms, great beds and a fantastic view of Sienna on the top balcony. Staff was nice and made some excellent suggestions of where to visit in Siena and nearby. There is parking right in front of the the property which is convenient if you are driving though Tuscany.
Cons: Downtown Siena is a good 5-10 minute walk away, not too bad, but not great with rain. We only had one day in the city so I would have preferred to stay inside the city rather than outside.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: The female staff named Ambra waa quite unhelpful during check-in. We arrived quite late in the night, so the hotel wasnt busy at all but she wasnt friendly to begin with. She shunned me off when I asked her advice on the possibility of finding public parking at this hour. And then she didnt even bother assisting with our lugguages. What I also found to be awful were the 2 plastic party cups for drinking they placed in our room alongside 2 normal bottles of mineral water. THIS, is the standard of a 3-Star property? Not even coffee cups or standard drinking glasses but plastic cups. Same goes with the bathroom - 2 same plastic party cups for rinsing/to hold our toothbrushes which didnt work at all anyway. The Classic Double Room I booked was way too basic for the price we paid. There was really nothing that the hotel offers. Not even a kettle. Not even a decent shower gel. Very disappointing. Thank goodness we stayed for only one night. Staff serving breakfast were much friendlier.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We are generally very lucky with the quality of hotels we find and book. This is no exception. The staff were amazing, the room beautiful and the view from the terrace breathtaking. Jimmy and his colleagues were perfect hosts. Thank you for making our stay in Siena so lovely.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the hotel are really welcoming and exceptionally friendly and make an effort to make you feel welcome and to assist with directions and recommendations - especially Jimmy and Katarina: thank you both for your time and kind assistance. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well furnished, and the view from the terrace is just wonderful. The hotel is a short stroll to Siena's historical centre. Great coffee at breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Cons: Nothing - the hotel is really lovely.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, the view of Siena from the roof terrace was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, a very pleasant stay.
Cons: The room for breakfast was small given the number of rooms, not all people could be seated at once and it was quite difficult to get between the tables. The food was good and the coffee fresh, it was just the seating and size of the room.

Cons: It would be not so good for people who have difficulty climbing stairs
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful boutique hotel. Renovated villa. Spectacular views of the valley
Cons: Website indicated breakfast included, however at check we were informed that there’s an extra charge for breakfast. We chose to go into town for coffee and croissants
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Host ability to link us to taxis was very valuable. Marino and his son we’re great. He was our private driver through Chianti for reasonable cost, setup visits to terrific wineries.

Pros: Loved the location out in the country side away from the city of Siena. Our top floor room had wonderful views of the farmland around siena.
Cons: The WiFi was so weak I could not connect my computer and do the work I wanted to get done that evening.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Great welcome, beautiful place with amazing "postcard " view! Great hosts and by all means do try the restaurant suggested by the hotel, it's fantastic!
Cons: It's a bit far from Sienne but beautiful location!! And my kids said that the couch they were sleeping on was not super comfortable but our bed was great.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The host Nicola was very nice. The place is a real castle with an astonishing view from Toscana landscape and old town Siena. We also had dinner at Nicola's restaurant in his farmhouse nearby. The food was excellent. Incredible experience overall.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great view, Lovely host and it is a unique experience living at an authentic location like this where u get transported back in time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was an actual ancient castle with fascinating history. The host was great, he was patient to explain everything to us like the history of the castle, how we go to the Siena, and how we can find a car park. And the bed is comfortable, we got a big breakfast as well! The location is 7 mins drive from Siena centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The castle is amazing! We were lucky enough to be in the tower room with 360* views of the countryside. The room was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The owner was so friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do in the area. He lives on a farm a few kilometers away from the castle that provides wonderful dinners (don’t forget to book a reservation!). Breakfast in the morning was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: very easy walking access to main points of Siena
Cons: Underground parking lot is too narrow to enter.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast though the coffee machine is temperamental! 5th time I’ve stayed there and it’s a fab hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is far from train station but close to the city center. Friendly staff. We got a free room upgrade. Nice breakfast with various options. I will definitely recommend. If I visit again, I will definitely check this hotel first.
Cons: Room was a little bit small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a wonderful clean hotel right in Siena. The staff was lovely with great recommendations. We had a beautiful view from our room. Plus we loved the free parking and ability to walk everywhere. Thank you. Oh the breakfast was great too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff.
Cons: Everything was just excellent :)
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Wifi very poor
9.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I only stayed one night but it was an enjoyable one. With me having come down with a bit of a cold we decided to stay in and dine at the hotel's restaurant, Il Mangia. The food and service was excellent and we had more than sufficient vegetarian/seafood options. Hotel Athena's free buffet breakfast was also (mostly) pleasing. It was certainly the biggest we'd encountered in our three weeks in Italy (and the first to offer beans as a hot option!). The city view from our room wasn't much to talk about but the view of the countryside from the Terrace absolutely is!! Another plus for the hotel is the location. It takes only ten minutes or so to walk to the Piazza del Campo, and is also easily accessed by car. The free parking is another bonus. Overall its a classy hotel. My wife and I will no doubt give it first consideration when we return in a few years time.
Cons: The only downside was the coffee at breakfast. This came from a machine, and although okay taste-wise making an Americana was a long-drawn out process.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very friendly staff.

Pros: Close to center. Clean. Close to free car parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A really lovely well appointed hotel in a good location within walking distance of the centre of the town. Staff were always pleasant and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was comfortable and the breakfasts offered a good variety of freshly prepared food.
Cons: Nothing, everything was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: nice place to stay, nice staff, located in a good area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, beautiful rooms and fabulous amenities. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Felt very secure and it was a great base for exploring beautiful Siena. And at a great price too!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I can't speak of the place except in superlatives. Very friendly and efficient staff, especially Barbara who helped me solve a problem I myself had caused. Also, they were kind enough to prepare a special breakfast packet for my 11-hour journey home (I was leaving at an early hour, before the scheduled breakfast time). And a generous breakfast served in a nice looking restaurant. The hotel's location, practically in the center of Siena and very close to the bus station is a real advantage.
Cons: Occasional noises coming from the street on Saturday night, but that's the price you pay for the otherwise convenient central location. The other three nights were OK though.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the hotel was very clean and very close to the famous piazza del campo. breakfast and wifi were good
Cons: only one very small annoying thing that could be solved easily, my room door claps against the frame making noise whenever guests from adjacent rooms get in their room or out of it also if when opening the window .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location for visiting the historic center of Siena is superb!
Cons: Breakfast was good but could have been better
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very good location. Large clean room. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast in charming room.
Cons: Room to n front a little noisy

7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, beautiful building and wonderful views
Cons: Breakfast was below par and the heating was set too high meaning sleeping was not as comfortable as we would like
7.0 Good
Pros: Very close to the Domo and large square.
Cons: Breakfast was basic. It was fine but could have been better.
7.0 Good
Pros: We loved the idea of staying in a hotel located in a 700 year old former monastery. Also loved the location in the old city. But feel that that the interior of the hotel needs renovations and updating to make the stay more comfortable.
Cons: Room was cold even though we turned thermostat up.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A very pretty looking small place inside and old monastery. Hard to find on the map, but once youre there it is very close to the Duomo and all other sites. Nice rooms and very atmospheric place. Helpful and welcoming staff who went out of their way to give us good advices. Very good breakfast. See you next time in Siena!
Cons: It is an old building, so modernities like elevator do not exist. Also, maybe not the 5 star experience of a modern hotel with pool or room service, but very charming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness and staff
Cons: Liked everything
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel has a lot of character and is very well situated
Cons: Facilities (bathroom, bedding, etc) need to be refreshed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. Even had near-by parking that was inexpensive. Breakfast was amazing and the view at breakfast - incredible! Loved the story behind the hotel and our room was charming and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful.
Cons: No lift, just stairs.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Smart, spacious and great mattresses. Central location ideal for walking around Siena.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It's well taken care of, clean, modern and has a great breakfast. Its very close to the centric streets so you can have the best of being in the centre but quiet enough to have a peaceful night.
6.7 Good
Pros: Usual NHS hotel so you know what you can expect (location, cleanliness, room size...)
Cons: The shower wasn’t working properly and it flooded the bathroom The staff taking care of breakfast should ask customers if they’d life something from the bar instead of waiting to be asked. This is what happens in other NH hotels. The coffe from the machine is very bad
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very bad communication with the staff even though i speak their language never gone stay again in NH hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location: right in front of the bus station where flixbus drops off passengers and really walking distance from piazza del campo
Cons: First, when I got there I got a room, 329. The temperature in the room was 30degrees celsius. I asked the reception to turn it down since it felt more like a sauna then a room. Overnight the temperature decreased to 28degrees (see attached picture). I tried to open the window but it was impossible to open fully and it just opened a few centimeters. Moreover, the closet was obtained from a narrow space in the room and the safe was inside and to use the safe you are supposed to WALK IN the closet which is impossible unless you are tiny. The next day they finally moved me to another room which was not a sauna, with functioning windows and a closed that could be used. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. No labels on the orange juices so I had to taste them to figure out what they were. I am really disappointed since this is not the first time that I get the "worst" room in the category I have booked and I am starting to think that it is because I use booking.com to select the hotel. Probably a walk-in customer would have never got room 329.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: expectation for facilities (parking room ) Higher than what I got
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was cordial and helpful
Cons: Our first room was overheated and refrigerator did not work. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Bus station across the street is noisy
