6.0 Good
Pros: Amenities were better than expected (bistro). Very knowledgable helpful staff.
Cons: over-priced; the room we got should not cost more than $150 USD
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing. Usually you find 1 or 2 exceptional people at a hotel; everyone I have experienced - from front desk to cafe to janitorial staff - is amazing.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff is very helpful.
Cons: Location is dark and isolate. The room is small and boring.

Pros: This Courtyard is the best I have stayed in so far. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing. Every time I stay there, they know my name, everyone is so friendly from Front Desk to Housekeeping and Cafe servers. I have never experienced a hotel where ALL staff is so welcoming; I see this as a sign of great management.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed at this hotel repeatedly over a long period when we visit family in Stockton. We're very comfortable here! The rooms are sizeable. The beds are invariably very comfortable. The staff are friendly, caring and helpful. The parking is close and bountiful. Moving our stuff in and out is easy. The area and the property are beautiful, very quiet and near a doughnut place whose "hot sign" is always on. What more could we expect?!
Cons: The breakfast was satisfactory for a hotel that provides complimentary breakfasts - order at counter, limited choices, order delivered from displays in counters (Starbucks) - but we paid, as I remember, $31 for it. When we stay at this hotel, we normally go out to a sit-down restaurant nearby.

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean. Quiet. Affordable. Good location, close to I5 but not so close that it's noisy. Surprisingly good food at the bar vis a vis the limited kitchen facilities.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Very poor layout and to be charged almost double for the second night Was disgusting Will most probably never stay there again
6.3 Good
Pros: I was pleased with the location and room itself. Beds were comfortable and I liked that the suite had kitchen necessities.
Cons: I was not happy with the check in process. My room was not ready upon arrival. I left for over an hr and returned and the room was still not ready. I did not get checked into my room until an hr and a half after the check in time. The garbage disposal did now work and needed maintenance to come fix it not even 30 minutes into our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, safe, private and attractive.
Cons: Marriott might try something else for breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Exeryroom was small and had no view to outside Claustrophobic
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We got out of our test earlier than expected and went to the hotel and asked if we could check in early , about noon. The lady who was at the front desk said sure and gave me an accessible room next to the rear door that was perfect for my needs.
Cons: The ice Maker in the fridge was turned off and the bin empty but the front desk staff went right to the kitchen and got me my bin full for my medical ice cooler machine. The staff was very helpful and responsive to my needs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Judith, Front Desk Representative, was very helpful. Before I arrived, I called and spoke to Judith. I requested early check in. She was able to accommodate my request. After being on the road for 6 hours, this was refreshing. Judith have me a great room location. When I travel to Stockton, the Residence Inn by Marriott will be my only stay location.
Cons: No Ice machines - I had to go to the Front Desk for ice.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is nice.
Cons: Staff was rude and could not find my reservation ...... so with a name like Mike Smith that was odd. Then the woman behind the desk ran my card three times for $420.00 each which tripped a fraud alert from Wells Fargo. Not what I needed to deal with after a 600 mile drive, but that is exactly what I had to deal with. My paperwork clearly said KING Sized Bed ....... the room had a queen sized bed and was told there was not a king bed available.

Cons: The house keepers steal!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. Great views of the city's fireworks.
Cons: The hotel was overcrowded with people that were guest of guests on 4th of July. We were unable to enjoy the pool, hot tub, or games because of that. I wish the staff was more strict about who they would allow in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant was good. Breakfast at 6:30 A.M. Front desk staff helpful. Pool tables and black cat was nice touch.
Cons: Toilet was short. Parking was across street and uncovered. 4th floor hallway smelled like marijuana. Bedside lamp did not work. TV very cumbersome. TV had no guide. Each change had to try all channels to see what was on. TV channels (local) had voice skipping intermittently which was a bother. Room had a HBO guide for one HBO channel, but TV had 2 HBO channels, still didn't know what was playing without checking each channel.
7.0 Good
Pros: Across the street from City Hall and on the river in Stockton, that was great
Cons: Although there is a new looking lobby and bar, which is nice. the rooms were disappointing. And this place must be owned by a conservative radical. The small TVs did not have CNN and only news channel it had was Fox.

Pros: The bar and restaurant
Cons: The front desk staff/ the room choice for it being my first time staying there. The pool being small with a lot of people in it.
1.0 Poor
Cons: I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks while visiting family over the holidays. Upon checking out I realized I’d left behind some items. I called the front desk immediately only to be told house keeping hours were from 9-5pm. (I called at 530 pm) I explained to the lady at the front desk that I was not a resident of California and was boarding a flight that same night- she told me to leave a message for housekeeping and they would call me back in the morning. I then, drove back to the hotel where a very nice young man called someone from house keeping to check the lost and found. (Funny because the other front desk girl said no one could help me) either way I was happy that someone would be assisting me in retrieving my items. The woman from house keeping called down to inform him that NONE of my items were turned in to the lost and found. Of course I’m furious. The young man even went as far as to let me back into the room I had checked out of to look around. He gave me the number to the GM and told me to call back the next day to speak with her. He was very apologetic and helpful. I didn’t get his name. I boarded my flight without my $300 tennis shoes and brand new coat that I’d gotten as a Xmas gift the week prior. I called the GM and was transferred to her voicemail- it’s been 5 days and I’ve yet to receive a phone call back from her. I’m extremely disappointed, and very upset at the lack of concern for my situation. The front desk staff and front desk manager were awesome in assisting me as far as their jurisdiction would allow. But as far as I’m concerned, if you want your items to stay yours- don’t stay here. If you need any assistance past the front desk- don’t stay here. While I understand it was totally my fault for leaving the items behind, a phone call to try and resolve this would have been appreciated.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We initially were put in a room that waa inadvertently marked clean and once we brought it to the attention of cleaning staff we were promptly moved to a beautiful spacious room. Mistake was corrected immediately!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast (omelet and steak dinner was good), pet area and self parking was excellent, other patron's smoking and noise was problems.
Cons: Smoking in the room and noise.

Pros: Customer service was good and friendly. The room was nice to sleep in. Just as comfortable as home is.l
Cons: Free WIFI is questionable? Devices connected to the router but also showed that there was no Internet access from the router. Normally I get a room to rest but also to save my data overages on my phone too!!! Connecting to WIFI does that in my case. Guests with children should bring other forms of entertainment a Monopoly board perhaps since tablets or change their ISP to a local and trusted company. Guests were smoking weed nearby. Door has a 1-2 inch gap from floor so the smell was coming in. I'm a recovering addict things like that causes relapse.

Pros: Free WiFi
Cons: Being charged a deposit once we got there when our room was already paid in full on line. Ice was too far from our room
