Cons: Had roaches coming out the phone had them inside the picture tht hang above the beds there was no handle on the door or chain lock I just wanted my money back Nd they wouldn’t give it to me even tho I took pictures

Cons: Towels had black splotches, the office would not give me the wifi from my room, and the microwave didn't even work so I had to throw away my food. There was even a stale cigarette smell to complete the experience. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $10 for a better place.

Cons: Close to I-5, loud road noise. No soap in our room.

Cons: The following are some of the issues we had: - Cockroaches present - Stains on sheets - Stains on bathroom walls - The carpet is ripped - Trash underneath beds - Too many handwritten signs flooding the lobby's front desk - Barbed wire around a section of the hotels parking lot We left within the first ten minutes and bought another hotel. Well worth the extra $20 originally

Cons: There is no single thing about this place that could not be improved. Never stay here.

Cons: There was a show cap and a package of soap floating in the toilet upon arrival. The roll of toilet paper had been half soaked in some fluid and was dried. The phone that had Holiday Inn printed on it and it was not connected to anything. The tv didn’t work and the clerk offer d to change rooms or return our money. We had driven for hours and were too exhausted to pack up and move anywhere. The next day we saw a bug in our bed and I have a pic of it, as well as long brown hairs on pillow cases. I pray the bug was just a roach and not a bed bug. Because of this recommendation I am never trusting Kayak again ever!! I am now using AAA and I believe this is far more credible.

Cons: The room was dirty. It smelled like smoke. The sheets had stains all over them. Our bathroom door wouldn't even close. The carpet was filthy, as if they hadn't even vacuumed. After all the money, they only give you one wifi password for one device. The next one they charge. Just unsatisfactory and I didn't feel safe while staying there.
