Pros: Personally, my family and me found the room comfortable, however in the booking there was slight confusion stating that a child would have an aditional bed at no extra cost surprisingly that threw me off as I spoke to the staff and they mention there was $35 dollars charge each day, However that is only a small matter . I could have made a mistake while reading the information provided by booking .com, on a whole we had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the vibe.The staff were fantastic and very helpful and they attended to all our needs promptly. We have stayed in numerous 5 stars hotels and personally I would rate this hotel in that category in terms of service .Thank You

Pros: Whilst initially we were given a room that hadn’t been made up (housekeeping made a mistake and confirmed the room had been cleaned when in fact it had) however the lovely girl at reception quickly rectified the situation and also gave us a free upgrade. Our room faced the beach and was an absolute stunning view.

Great balcony although a couple of blocks from the beach so not overlooking the beach - good view though down the Surfers strip.
