Pros: The hotel is very comfortable. Its location made it possible for us to walk all around the central part of the city - we did not use the transport at all! The room was very comfortable, modern and really made us feel at home. The staff was professional and friendly, we received all the help we asked for. We have just completed our vacation in Italy, and this was undoubtedly one of the best hotels we stayed in. It is also rather inexpensive, especially compared with the hotels in the lakes' region, that are, from our experience, much less comfortable and significantly more expensive. We enjoyed this hotel greatly and were really sorry to leave.

Pros: The staff were amazing - so warm and welcoming, particularly Andrea who speaks excellent English having studied in the USA. There were a lot of choices at breakfast, which ran until 10am. Our room was huge and very clean. Once we got used to driving in Torino, we found we were less than 10 mins from the centre, though the public transport seemed very good and there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. The Olympic village from the 2006 winter Olympics is right across the street. There was an excellent pizzeria on a square near the hotel and also a nearby cafe.
