Cons: The heat of the shower water is a real problem. There is a significant pulsing of water which goes from cold to scalding hot in a matter of 2-3 seconds. It's so bad that I will not stay in the Westin Warsaw again. I'm an SPG loyalist, but I won't be staying at the Westin Warsaw ever again due to the water heat situation. It's really bad, and when I told the front desk, they commented that the problem had to their knowledge been fixed. I can't be the only guest that finds this dangerous and terribly bothersome.

Cons: It would be nice if a receptionist could tell new guests that they have to use their room card to make elevators work.

Cons: At checkin...holding and paid for king room, one night. Then joined tour 2 nights. Asked if reservations could be combined. Was told She had same room type but had to pay 140 PLn more. Then said she did not have rooms to upgrade, so downgraded me but would not credit me. She did, she didn’t, no I can’t have my money back and so on. Reception staff not so good

Cons: my booking cancelled by hotel due temporary credit card problem without any call/notification 1hr 30 mins before my arrival and sold my room to others no free rooms at that time for me there also, manager "helped" me to find good hotel for same price and booked 1 night in Novotel for me but I need 2 (as 2 nights booked by me in Ibis) and he booked 1 only for the same price...is it trick to move me out from Ibis ? So, if you wanna walk by Saturday night Warsaw with wife carrying luggage and search for the stay - you have great chance with booking Ibis Stare Miasto my worst experience

Cons: I missed having a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room. A fridge would have been nice too, but could manage without the fridge. Morning coffee in bed would have allowed this to feel a)like home, b)luxurious. Also - the bench seat was serviceable but there was no comfortable seating other than a desk chair in the room. Would have been nice to sit in an armchair of sorts.

Cons: Hotel looks old, they use a spray as perfume but it is terrible. The lift is extremely low, there are no other facilities like fitness or sauna. The garage costs too much (40 pln, almost 1/5 of the room price).

Cons: Old TV. Just two power sockets, one broken in bath (no device can fit it without falling), and one in room which becomes broken after I tried to attach my laptop. Small ugly bed for one person, with two lamps. For what two? No shampoo or something in bath, only toilet paper and liquid soap. Extremely annoying noise. Outside somewhere near the windows they have damaged air conditioning system, which make noise like you are cutting metal with saw. Even plastic windows can`t help you to not hear it.

Cons: Thin and lumpy mattress. No business center or public computers.

Cons: toilet looked clean but smelled badly all over the bathroom every day of my weekly stay, dirty carpet with stains, no fridge in the room

Cons: Was little bit noisy specially night time.

Cons: Everything about this property is old. In particular, and you'll think I'm joking, the elevator takes minutes to go up and down with you in it. It's the slowest elevator I've ever seen inside a hotel. The rooms are drab and uncomfortable.
