Pros: I loved the attention to detail, and the professionalism of the staff. Breakfast was excellent! Location is perfect and room was quiet. I would recommend it to everyone and I would definitely want to stay here again.
Cons: I thought the bed was about due for replacement (new mattress and pillows soon), but it was still comfortable.

Cons: The air conditioning was not adequate to cool the room at night. We had an uncomfortable sleep in the hot room.

Pros: THE SITUATION. STEPS FROM THE POINT OF INTEREST IN THE OLD TOWN, AND JUST 10 MINUTES FROM THE NEW MALL.
Cons: THE WELCOME AT THE HOTEL. THE CONCIERGE SERVICE. THE ROOM AND THE SERVICE AT THE RESTAURANT. SIMPLY COOL ....... POOR BREAKFAST , AND DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST IN THE TOWN......

Cons: Room cost reasonable but beware some serious price gouging: Overpriced mini bar - 6 euro for bottle water (which added up to quite a budget in very hot weather. Advise to stock up on water, etc before coming back to hotel in evening Overpriced breakfast

Cons: Dirty room! Found an old contact lens in the bathroom Room service doesn’t make up the beds.. only removes dirty towels Front desk service is terrible! Very rude “Spa” area is only a sauna and few uncomfortable chairs. No pool or place to relax. Poorly designed and uncomfortable area

Pros: Room was spotlessly clean. The separate bath and shower were both fantastic. The room was incredibly spacious there were even two sinks in the bathroom. The facilities were brilliant with slippers and robes provided and big tea cups. The reception on arrival is stunning and it is very easy to reach from the airport. The hotel was the quietest one we have ever stayed in.

Pros: This is the best hostel I’ve stayed at in a long time! Staff were super nice. They hand you sheets when you check in and they’re super clean. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and odorless. They had a nice updated kitchen. A laundry room with places to air dry clothes. Lockers in the room, enough for everyone. They had a bar and a patio.
