Pros: The location for me was great. There were about 750,000 people in Koln for a parade and the location was right on the parade route. They provided bowls, treats, and a nice carpet for my dogs. The concierge had great recommendations. Even the late checkout to allow my dogs to stay in the air conditioning during the late morning hours was handled very efficiently and with a great attitude.
