The staff in Las Vegas at The D Casino location was great. Joe and Raul were excellent in making sure that our experience was positive and we were taken care of.Cons:
Cruise control on our vehicle didn't work. Contacted local offices in Bakersfield and Fresno neither of which resolved our problem. Finally directed to roadside assistance who took care of it for us.8.0 Very Good

The representative in the Las Vegas branch was kind and patient, he also granted me a few discounts.Cons:
The ability to add insurance, and the legislation matters and differences between different states. I think you need to make it more clear to the costumer before he or she will rent the car.10.0 Wonderful

Staff was very friendly and helped get me a vehicle while they were dealing with an issue from another rental that was complicating vehicles for the day's rental. They actually upgraded my rental from a car to a suburban at no extra charge. Thanks!Cons:

Pros:
Customer service doesn't answer the phone. We had multiple issues with the car that probably could have been resolved by phone but they are not answering their phone lines due to covid. Emails take 5 days to get a response. We ended up having to drive 2 hours out of our way to take the car back because we just wanted to switch to another company.Cons:

Need to mention on website that at Main Street Station location that the shuttle from airport does not take you to the car lot, that the rental office is in the casino, that you are not getting relatively newer vehicles (mine was 5 years old).2.0 Poor

Cons:
I was in town shopping for homes, I drove in with my business partner and he had the truck for the day. Took an uber over to pick up my reserved vehicle and they wouldn't let me rent without a credit card or proof of a flight. I had neither and they turned me down. Needless to say it was a major hassle.8.0 Very Good

booked hoping to get a Ford Mustang. Although I recognize It was advertised that it would be a Ford Mustang or another convertible we ended up with a mini which was still cool but kind of disappointing. Would have just booked a cheaper car if we had known we couldn't get the Ford Mustang.Avis

Nothing at this location, which was at the Four Queens Casino.Cons:
After booking our car, we took a Lyft across Las Vegas, and upon arriving at the hotel to pick up a car, I get a call saying there are no cars left. How was I able to reserve one then, just 45 minutes ago? Beyond that, the girl working the Avis desk was pretty dismissive about the situation, and offered no solutions. Customer service is not A wise career choice for her. We had to call all over town looking for a rental company with a one-way rental car (we had a cancelled flight and needed to drive back to Oregon asap). After several calls and searching various companies, we end up finding a car... WITH AVIS! How could the Avis worker we just spoke to not look that up? So, back into another Lyft to take us basically to the part of the strip that we had just come from! We spent about $40.00 on just taking Lyft in a circle. The Monte Carlo Avis staff was great and upgraded us for free, but that will be for separate review, as we had to make a separate reservation for that car.2.0 Poor
