Cons: The food, I mean we did not have any problem with the food but is always the same breakfast and I was there for 8 nights. You should have a different breakfast every two days.

Pros: The location was perfect for a business meeting I attended. The breakfast assortment had good options for hot and cold breakfasts. It is a basic hotel, as the star rating indicates, however, it was clean and the chrome tv was a pleasant surprise.
Cons: My water pressure and temperature were fine, especially for a wintertime stay, however a colleague of mine stayed on a different floor and noted the water was tepid in her room.

Pros: The breakfast changed everyday which was great. The staff was helpful, they helped us find our rooms. The hotel was close to the concert we were attending.
Cons: The dryer was not hot enough to dry my clothes and had to goto a laundromat to finish and our room heater wasn't working correctly. It wasn't making the room warm enough, but due to checking out, we didn't mention it.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities and the lobby are beautiful. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated
Cons: Not applicable
7.9 Good
Pros: Right in the center of where everything was - directly off the interstate and easy to access. They had a cute little hotel restaurant and the staff was super friendly. Per usual you get a cookie and unlimited water with check-in. They had a large sized gym which we used multiple times throughout our stay. Large parking lot without fee.
Cons: A few things in our room didn’t work - like the clock/iPod station wasn’t plugged in and when I went to plug it in, I figured out they hadn’t plugged it in because one of the cords was broken. The vanity mirror in our bathroom which was supposed to have multiple light settings didn’t turn on. Our bathtub backed up A LOT so when we were taking showers it was much more like taking a bath. These obviously weren’t big deals, but enough to remember.

5.0 Okay
Pros: When they sold my room to someone else after I already paid, they did arrange a room for us at a neighboring hotel.
Cons: No mini fridge or microwave in room. Bar/restaurant closes too early. Staff acts elitist, as if I'm not good enough to stay at their establishment. Room was sold from under me, made my husband and I late for important medical appointments.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the club level room!
Cons: I had my email confirmation but I didn’t have my picture ID because I had just come from my wedding reception. They took my husbands ID. It was a different person when we came back in with picture ID! She told us we didn’t need it because she could ask specificID questions on from booking site. It was our honeymoon night & we chose the Sheraton. It would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of sparkling water & acknowledgement that it was our special day. I put in booking info that it was our honeymoon night. The room was great!!!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness,
Cons: I believe all hotels should serve coffee in their lobby. It's a nice gesture.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
1.0 Poor
Pros: Staff
Cons: You charged me and they did too and I still haven't been refunded
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: Heater in room(522) did not adjust to room temperature. Blower stayed on constantly all night
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was in the perfect place for our trip.
Cons: The cleanliness of the hotel was not great- hair on the sheets and stains. Even after complaining and asking for new bed linens, the linens were not changed and the towels on the floor were folded back up and put on the shlelf.
7.0 Good
Pros: Front desk agent approachable, friendly and efficient
Cons: Batch tub was filthy. Apparently the housekeeping staff forgot to follow through on rinsing the tub after cleaning. The bathroom sink gurgled frequently into the late hours of the night and early morning hours. No bed covering, just sheets.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. I would not stay here nor would I recommend it.
Cons: This is a very dated hotel. It is not worth more than a $-- per night stay. It is certainly not the star level it was given. Beds were uncomfortable. Charged $75 deposit fee which was more than the room fee. I found the location to be out of the way.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've been coming here for years and years and are always treated like returning family! Love it here!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good location for our purposes, nice staff, nice to have restaurant and bar on location, quiet room (even number, so not facing highway).
Cons: We were surprised at how rundown and dated everything was, from the worn and ragged carpet to the old elevator. The room (a double with two double beds) was cramped (especially the bathroom), the beds were older and sagged, the sheets did not smell good (perhaps a special bleach smell but it wasn’t regular bleach and was pungent), there was no mini-fridge, the chair was old and the upholstery was worn. It was also cold when the fan for the heat wasn’t blowing, and when it did blow, it blew the sheer curtains out into the room so you couldn’t sit in the chair without the curtain in your way. We could stick the sheers behind the heavy drape to fix that problem but it was nevertheless an annoying design flaw, along with the heavy drapes not being closeable and having to use the vinyl blackout curtains instead. Even the folder with hotel information on the desk was warped and worn. All of this would have been fine for a motel 6 that was half the price, but we paid the same price we would have paid at one of the other area hotels (like the new Marriott), which is practically brand new and much, much more comfortable, well designed, and clean. It’s possible we were put on a floor that was less well maintained because we didn’t want down blankets—we were in the low-rent district—but it was overall really disappointing. We stayed here because my husband had stayed in the past (close to his parents home) and had a much better memory of it.

Pros: Room was clean with enough space and convenient layout. I like the setup of the "older generation" Residence Inn's where they are set up as small apartment blocks instead of one big hotel building. Makes it seem less like being on the road. Location was convenient to Interstate and shopping.

Pros: Close proximity to a ton of restaurants and a Target. Spacious room and had gluten free bagels on the breakfast buffet
Cons: Our room did not get cleaned while we were there. Somehow house keeping missed our room. After having been out for a very long day, was very disappointing to come back to a room with no clean towels, full trash cans and unmade beds.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were AMAZING. Very supportive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel based on how awesome they were.
Cons: The staff were incredibly nice and set me up with a room away from the traffic. But, there were people right outside of my room that were very loud. I wish there was a noise ordinance or someone walking around telling people to hush up.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location
Cons: They said it was updated but it was old and things were broken. Coffee was undrinkable and breakfast was AWFUL! Out of food, moldy food, frozen biscuits and DIRTY! Water heater only works for 20 minutes! Then needs at least 30 to reheat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to the Comedy store & I-25

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing and the staff was exceptional, when they found out the reason for our trip. They actually gave us a room closer to the gate, so we could be closer to our event.
Cons: The only problem we had was the door handle, we had a problem with it sticking. They were going to have maintenance look at it, we had a wonderful experience.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location
Cons: The room wasn't ready at the 4:00 check in. We didn't get to check in until 5:15. We almost missed our event.

Pros: Our room was beautiful. We liked the work out room. We loved the pool. Staff was very courteous.
Cons: I didnt like the fact that there wasn't a hot breakfast. (Some of the other La Quintas that I have stayed at had hot breakfast) Or at least some gluten free choices. I was so disappointed about breakfast. I ate 2 cold hard boiled eggs

Cons: The breakfast was okay but it could have been better. The only beverages they offered were milk, coffee, and water, I don't drink milk or coffee, juices would have been nice.
