Staff were very friendly and rooms were nice bed slightly on the small side for two adults
Staff was very kind and helpfull. There was a little mix up with rooms when we arrived and they sorted it out like pro's. Offered us drinks while a new room was being prepared with lightning speed.
Bed wasn't comfy at all, as were the pillows. Felt like sleeping on a brick. Also the toilet design could have been better. I had to sit sideways because my legs simply didn't fit in.
Staff were all really nice
Excellent location close to city centre.
On checking in we were left to find our way to the room to discover the promised key wasn't left in the room for us. I went back downstairs and another staff member said it had been misplaced and he would provide us with a duplicate - no probs. I also mentioned that the room heating wasn't operational and the whole section of the hotel was cold. I was advised they were just waiting for the boiler to get up to speed to heat the rooms and corridors. The heating didn't function for the duration of our stay - Inverness, in December. Luckily we were heading out that night but returned to a cold bed.
That it was dog friendly and a great location
