Pros: This was a beautiful hotel.
Cons: We had a three person room and the twin bed was an AIR MATTRESS! It was deflated when we got in the room and had to call the desk to get someone to fill it back up. Over the course of the night it deflated to the point it was like sleeping on a hammock.. the desk should have given a major discount for this clearly (or so I would hope) over booking of triple rooms.

Pros: The rooms were small, but comfortable, and clean. It is a short walk from the train station, Chapel Bridge, Old Towne, the pier, and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was phenomenal, and definitely added a lot of value to the price of the room. We enjoyed using the complimentary bicycles. The daily beverages were a welcome treat at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We had a wonderful stay, and have nothing but the highest compliments for the staff. They were friendly, warm, welcoming, and helpful. Arlinda always seemed ready to go the extra mile to make our stay extra special. Our thanks to her and everyone else who made our trip a huge success.

Pros: They hold tables at the resturant for hotel guest, and if you pass on the table you are truly missing out. The view is phenomenal and the food excellent.
Cons: The room did not have AC, a heater yes, but the hotel said they are working on this issue. Also the AC would not be necessary often but unfortanently me and my fiancé were in town when the high was 34.

Cons: The people of this region seem to embrace the summer season and the heat that can go with it. Be prepared to go completely without air conditioning.

Cons: Heat seemed to be on. It was very warm in the hotel despite being comfortable outside. Expensive breakfast but there was a great grocery store nearby where we could eat plenty of delicious fresh baked food.
