Pros:
When we got to the hotel to pick up our rental car we were told they had no cars and we would have to make other arrangements. We saw 4 other families being told the same thing. Wow. They did not help us in anyway. I would never renting a car using priceline again. It was a scam.Cons:
When a customer rents a car, make sure you have a car for them to rent. Scamming deals on priceline is false advertising.5.2 Fair

Staff person who assisted with the rental was very friendly and personable, and apologized for the amount of time the transaction took.Cons:
Took too long to pick up the rental. There was one person ahead, and apparently issues with the second computer at the rental booth. I was given instructions to find the general whereabouts of the car in the hotel parking garage, but not escorted and no walk-around to check for previous damage.8.0 Very Good
