Overcharged by $6/day for a 62 day rental. Figured out I was being overcharged. Brought it to their attention. They refused to fix it. Promptly returned the car. Was then charge $580 after returning the car (after already paying). DO NOT USE BUDGET.

Horrible service/ experience. Why no one called when I was Uber to get my car they were all out. They didn’t even cancel my rental. I still had to do it even though they didn’t had the van. Please consider other car rentals.

The car was filthy! Dirty, dusty, full of food crumbs, and terrible smell! My return time was 10am. I arrived by 10:30 and they charged me for an extra day no matter how I argued the issue! By the end I just wanted to leave! But an absolute racket! And then they wanted to charge me an airport fee when we are not at the airport and it’s just a scam! Do not rent from either Budget or Avis at this location!
They didn’t have the vehicle we booked. We went to the first lot at the airport but realized we had to take a cab to a different hertz dealer. Then they didn’t have the correct vehicle. They were going to send us to a third hertz, but we ended up settling for a different vehicle.

Receptionist was extremely rude. There was no car available for me even though a reservation was a made. She was quick to let me know there was nothing she could do for me. She didn’t even try and cancel for me but instead kept directing me to call a 1-800 number to cancel or else I would still get charged. Very rude lady.

They didn't have the cargo van I reserved and wanted to charge a lot more the two things they had in stock were not good either bad breaks or check engine light on I didn't want either of those so opted not to get from them and went to a different rental and got what I needed just paid a lot more due to lack of notice.

The rates were awesome and check out was so easy! Little bit of a long wait to get checked in but everything else was smooth.
