Cons: I put a henna paint on my arm and they charged me for new sheets because they said that the henna can't be removed by cleaning liquids although there is alot of cleaning liquids can remove it , but let's assume that they are right ... after they charged me 170 tl for damaging the sheets they replaced it by a dirty and used sheets as well as you can see in the attached picture !!!! !!!!!The management was terrible with a bad system and the air conditioning system is very bad.

Pros: We had a late check in and stayed just 1 night. It's a lovely place full of old British tourists, with tattoos and bold heads. Not sure why. 90% of tourists fit this description. We had a cold beer by the pool, a dinner in marmaris, and that was it. The room pretty old style but you get what you pay for, so I'm not upset.

Cons: At the time I stayed there, I've been meeting a friend who lived in Marmaris and we were waiting for an another friend, who had no room yet and asked us for a recommendation. So I've recommend this hotel, because it seemed very nice to me. My friend wanted to take a look at the room, I stayed in...and there the trouble started. The normally friendly staff because pretty angry with me wishing to take my friend to my room, to show her around. They pointed at a sign on the wall, which says "if you're not our guest, you can't go in any room", which to me sounded like a warning for random people from the street and not visitors. My intentions to explain the situation and questions about the rule were only leading to more trouble. In the end we've been allowed to go in for a short time only, as a gesture of good will. The whole situation broke our mood and even though prices were still ok and we both liked the room, we decided not to recommend our friend this hotel anymore. Rules are rules, so keep in mind, that you're not allowed to have visitors.

Cons: I was on bussines trip, so I just need a room to have a good sleep. Everything looks very comfortable, but the fridge in the room is working non stop, it stops for a minute and start to make noise again as you fall asleep. There is no way to take off the electicity, even if you turn off all the elecricity n the room, the fridge is working indipendent! And plus, you can also here the fridge from nearby room that was empty, so I guess if there are guests inside, the walls are not isolated. Anyway I try to call the reception several times, but no answer. So no sleep all night

Cons: Old, wooden wardrobes very old , they will not give you any thing but shampoo and shower gel..no facial tissues, no complementary water..no dental kit , and the 1st time in my life they ask me 20€ for the safe rent!!!!!!! ..and its old with metal key not digital ! sheets not very clean and has some stains, Finally, breakfast is very poor 2 kinds of cheese 2 kind of salami and boiled / scrambled eggs / other sausage with baked butter honey and jam / bread tea/ coffee.

Cons: I knew it before coming that they play live music but it was a bit too loud to just be in the room until 23 pm and it was continuing a bit more less loud until 1 am. Beach is small but that can also be a positive thing because you make only few steps from the room to the sunbed and the waiters are always just few steps away.

Pros: 4th floor. Room 401. We didn't really notice any cons as the view out of the window made the most important impression. It's amazing to wake up every day and see the sea and mountains. The hotel is quite comfy and located at the seashore. It takes a few minutes to get to the beach and take a sunbed. Elevator was working all the time so we didn't have any issues getting to the 4th floor at any time. Room - not very large but has everything we needed including a fridge with a few bottles of water, a spare pillow, and disposable slippers. Toilet and shower were very clean and bathroom itself had enough room. Balcony - the best place for the entire weekend! It's the first time we've spent so much time in a hotel room because of breathtaking view :) Cleaning service - every day! Perfect! Hotel restaurant - food and service are acceptable but nothing special. Beach service - quite well. Personnel was friendly and polite. Pool - small and clean. Outdoor - be ready that it's the center of the promenade so it's loud at night and you can hear music and shows from a few places at once. However, closed sliding balcony door will remedy this situation. It wasn't a problem for us though as we slept really tight each night :) It was the third time in Marmaris and the hotel was the best one we've stayed so far. Thank you for the service!

Cons: 1.Breakfast offered is very average as it is not open buffet but it is okay. 2. Do not try to use the hotel to make your own laundry , I gave them 30 pieces of clothes and they charge me for 200 TR, however when I go to the laundry myself I have paid only 2 TR per piece. So they should have taken only 60+ 10 to 20 % as services so we are taking about max 80 TR not 200 TR!

Pros: My best friend and I live in different countries and decided to meet in Turkey for her 30th birthday. I emailed the hotel and asked if I brought some decorations, if they could arrange them as a surprise. They did an incredible job. We had an amazing 5 days with no kids, work or stress. Thank you so much.
Cons: The restaurant and bar staff were very quiet, but towards the end they started warming up.

Cons: The food was only ok and it was mostly the same every day. Its not all inclusive for drinks you can only have local beer and wine and the only local spirits allowed are gin vodka and raki.

Cons: The food average with minimal variation. We stayed all inclusive but ate out in the evening as the food wasn’t very good and didn’t cater for my wife who doesn’t eat meat (does eat fish). The sun Beds had covers on them that were dirty and grubby. They would be nice if they had been washed. Sheets weren’t washed in the room for 9 whole days.

Cons: All three beds had decoration pillows. All tree had hair on it from other guests. But the rest of the room was clean. No internet in the rooms for free. Woman in the Rezeption could be nicer! The guys were all nice and helpful. No extra towels or beach towels.
