Pros (+) My Mom and stayed the first weekend of Jan. 2018 - the hotel was under construction at the time, but the place was cool, clean and the staff was super nice and friendly. Free trolley to downtown area was chill and my Ubers had no issues finding the hotel's location.

Pros (+) The location is excellent. The staff is gracious and helpful. The neighborhood seems perfect for exercise walking or just a stroll. The art in the public areas and halls is delightful. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed and spacious.
