Cons:
I have forgotten my notebook in the rental car. Within1 hour of return I went back to rental location and car was rented back. The lady at the counter noted down car, descritipn and my phone number. It has been more than 10 days no one called back. I tried to call back but no response. There is no lost/found mechanism. Even though there is no monetary value to anyone of my notebook; it was important to me. Rental car company needs to have better mechanism10.0 Wonderful

After we got on the road I realized that the tires were extremely worn. We were hydroplaning on the rainy freeway and it was quite scary. The car smelled like cigarettes and there was trash from the previous user in the center console.8.8 Very Good

The screens inside the car were smudged and not wiped off well. The person who helped us with our rental tried to pressure us into an upgrade and also into buying the insurance even though we were covered already through our own insurance, and we also already declined it when making the online reservation. Cons:
They made money off my error. I missed the pickup and drop off location in Seattle on third. And thought it was at SEATAC rental car facility. I immediately tried to call and change it. But I had to pay for 3 days rental. I cannot recommend them or KAYAK.4.8 Mediocre

Not the car I reserved. Not clean with 3 used water bottles, dirty cup holders and a miscellaneous chalky type ball that was left in the car. There is no one at the entrance to take the return. Upon entering the pick up area to inform them that no one was at the return, they told me to go back to the return where there was someone cooking his drugs on his tin foil and subsequently shooting up in broad daylight at the entrance to the returns.7.6 Good

We rented a minivan but when we got there, they only had SUV’s. They offered us a large SUV which worked out. The car had not been cleaned on the inside and there were dried food splashes all over the middle bucket seat. We also received varying answer regarding early return of the car. Easy pick up in Seattle Downtown, car was available and ready for me when I arrived. Car was in proper condition with full tank of gas. Price paid was price quoted online.Cons:

The car was excellent but not at the airport where I expected it to be. I had to pay for a cab ($40) to get downtown and get stuck in horrible Seattle traffic leaving the rental center. The people at National were great and helpful but the entire experience should have been betterBudget

Overseas woman on their hotline was quick to understand the situation and try to offer alternatives, although there turned out to be noneCons:
The store was closed! I made my reservation for 5, I had no way of knowing the place closed at 5 as well! I didn't want to show up *before* 5 just to be told that my car wasn't ready yet and could I please take a seat, so I showed up about 5:30 and was greeted to a locked door. When I called their help line, they told me the only location still open in the city was the airport, and they were totally sold out. What's more, when I asked if I could pick up my rental first thing in the morning, they said the car was no longer available! How is that possible I wonder, since I hadn't picked it up yet and they had just closed! A company in the business of logistics as much as Budget should be more adept at informing customers that they need to show up before their reservation time if they close simultaneously.10.0 Wonderful

When I checked in, the person at the counter (I can't remember his name) I believe he was the franchise owner, was super friendly, not pushy when it came to needing insurance or electronic extras, all which I brought myself. He asked why I was in Seattle and when I told him our plans, he shared some great suggestions along with some fun stories of his own experiences. When we dropped the car off the next day, he looked at me with a big smile and said "So, how was it?' Because he remembered me and was excited to hear about our amazing day. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.Cons:
There isn't one thing I could say bad about this location. The staff is awesome, the car was great and for the money you can't beat it. A++++++++10.0 Wonderful

I was unable to get the vehicle with Avis. When I submitted the search on your site, I entered SeaTac in the search criteria before selecting Avis. However, the Avis location where my reservation was ended up being in downtown Seattle. I was left with no vehicle for my family and luggage at the airport and had to make a last minute purchase with Hertz instead. I ended up paying nearly twice as much as my original reservation and left the airport hours later, since it was last minute and Avis and most other vendors were out of cars.2.0 Poor

I showed up at 5:10 at the downtown Seattle rental office, which I didn't realize closed at 5:00. The door was locked and the clerk shook his head "no". I called Avis to see if we could instead pick up a car at the airport. They said, yes, but the price was now almost double what they quoted. I said I would then prefer to pick up the car the next morning when the downtown office opened. The representative said there would no longer be a car at that location. I cancelled the reservation.2.0 Poor

It cost me $ 50 to take a cab to Seattle and go an hour out of my way. I will never use this service again I had only 2 days to spend with my grandkids. Horrible to be given the wrong info especially when I. Allied ahead to make sure the 5th street location was at the airport. I was told at Sea Tac I could not get a car there it would be $100 per day and only a convertable or truck would be available. Very upsetting .Eagle Rent A Car
