Pros: The staff were very helpfull, it would be great in summer, it's within walking distance of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The facilities were good.
Cons: Only that the pool wasn't opened and we couldn't swim even though it was quite a nice day . And it was also quite hard to find from the train station, once you know it you would be ok.

Pros: This is a good hotel if you want something in a great location with no frills. Very simple, clean and nothing special. The breakfast was a lot better than I thought it would be. Rooms were simple, small and clean. The bathroom was nice and good sized.

Pros: The room was very clean. Mini-fridge with water in it. The shower was small but had great water pressure. 30 minute walk or short drive to the Tower of Pisa. Short walk to a nice ice cream place. Large TV with some English channels. Free wifi and free parking!
Cons: Double beds in Europe are really just two twins pushed together but apparently that's standard.

Pros: The workers were friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a free parking. The room was big, and the bed was very confortable.
Cons: The bathroom had a shower curtain. That is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel. Also, the curtain did not look clean. There was no hot water in the morning. We had to shower with very cold water.

Pros: The location was very convenient to the train station, airport, and the historic sights of Pisa. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The front desk staff was very friendly. We checked in late at night, and the front desk person was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Check out with other staff was the same. The room was clean and met our expectations.
Cons: The immediate block or two right around the hotel felt a little unsafe late at night, but the front desk staff was very helpful in recommending where to go and what areas were safe for walking at that time. During the day, the area did not feel unsafe.

Cons: The rooftop restaurant has a excellent view of the dome & leaning tower & sunset but was not impressed with the waiters & has a limited selection of dishes.

Pros: The location is quiet, close to the leaning tower of Pisa. If you want to stay in the hotel and relax for a extended vacation, this is the hotel you should choose.
Cons: There is no iron in the room which is quite unexpected for a 4 star hotel. They have iron in a common place but the location is not convenient. If you want to extend your stay , you should inform them earlier. The staff don't seem to be interested to extend 1 night after 10 nights stay.

Pros: Nice facility for the money, very nice room. Front desk staff and wait staff very attentive.
Cons: We were told our breakfast was included when we checked in but to find out in the morning it wasn't. The head waiter was not very nice about the situation, he was a jerk. Not well located to sites, this hotel is in a residential area.

Pros: Amazing view of the Tower of Pisa and Cathedral! A bit outside the city so more relaxed and quiet atmosphere in the hotel. Gorgeous pool and outside area. Beautiful facilities and state of the art room. Totally great hotel and would stay there again in a minute!

Cons: The toilet in our room had been used when we walked in. The floors were dirty and the bathroom counter top looked like it was going to break at any point. The swimming pool outside was nice but there were ants all underneath the chairs.
