Pros: Super friendly staff, they made us and our dog feel very welcome and gave excellent restaurant tips. They also arranged a great breakfast for my special dietary requirements.
Cons: It was very warm in the room even with the heating turned off. That combined with plastic lined sheets made for very sweaty sleeping.

Pros: Very big rooms, free tea and coffee all day

Pros: Decoration, location, personal interaction, media, free use of iPad, excellent breakfest
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel, all very clean. Room was a good size. Free wi-fi was good. Breakfast was superb. On the 2nd floor is a self-service snack area with honesty slips to be filled in for adding to your bill. This seemed like a great system and worked well. Opposite the hotel is a great small shop which stocks loads of goods, and great pastries and sandwiches. There is also a fabulous fish and chip shop opposite too and much better than driving to other restaurants if you do decide the hotel food is too pricey.
Cons: Hotel site itself does not have sufficient parking for all guests. Open parking is available at a distance of 400m from the hotel, so it is possible to unload and then move the car. This is a paying car park but the hotel gives you a parking ticket which then means parking is free. However it was disappointing after a tiring day of travel not to be able to park at the hotel. In-house restaurant is expensive. The actual beach is a long way away from the shoreline; and if you are only there for a short time and don't coincide with high tide you still have to pay 3 euros each beach tax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything at this location. The receptionist was so helpful, she spoke quite good English and went out of her way to make sure we got to our room. The room was large and airy with plenty of ventilation and spotless. We had dinner in the restaurant and the customer service just got better. Anne sat down with us and translated everything on the menu for us and made sure we were well looked after for the whole evening. In the morning even the handyman went out of his way to greet us. Gold stars all round.
Cons: Nothing could have been better , the hotel and surrounding area were wunderba

Pros: Quite place, good for sleeping.
Cons: Parking was inadequate. Overflow had to be parked 10-15 min walking distance away. Room faced back from the water. A bit pricey for what they offered.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The place is awesome.
Cons: If you pay 380 € for 2 nights you expect the service to have the same quality. That was not case in this hotel. The breakfast is better in a hostel that in this hotel. Everything looks like they bought it on the cheapest super market a day before. The food looks old and I pretty sure they re-use that food for some days. You won't find anyone at the reception if you need any help. Only for the check-out and they do not even ask you how everything was. They just want the money and you to leave as soon as possible because the room has to be cleaned-up. This hotel is extremely expensive and that kind of service you get. I do not recommend it at all. Look at the other hotels in the same region, which are much better and have the same price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole apartment was dreamy. We stayed at the 188 qm place with the perfect view in St Peter Ording. A comfortable and beautiful place to visit. A plus is also the Service, at the front desk and as well as the people behind the breakfast facility/restaurant. A must when visiting St Peter Ording Bad.
Cons: Unfortunately without any balcony but the view was nevertheless the best. You could see the water and the bridge following the restaurant arche noah.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a great stay overall. Very friendly, clean, good food and a nice view. Cake and dinner tasted very good and we thought it was great, that you can take the food you didn´t finish in the restaurant in the rooms. Dogs are also welcome, which is good to know for future stays. We will come again.
Cons: The room price is too high and the coffee could be better. Also, its not directly an ocean view but that is difficult in St.Peter-Ording. This could be described a little bit better, for people who do not know the area and expect a direct ocean view.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A great stay close to the promenade for a weekend getaway. Very clean and modern rooms with nice terrace. Great to grab a drink downstairs at the hotel terrace.

6.3 Good
Pros: Hotel was new so rooms were clean
Cons: Half of the hotel was still under construction. During late checkin there was no personel at the hotel and our cards did not work! Hotel does not have an emergency number so late checkin is not recommended!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No Ocean view
7.0 Good
Pros: It was very clean and in a good location.
Cons: The price was very high for a quite basic situation. There was no coffee available in the room. Our reservation said breakfast was not included, but the invoice claimed breakfast was included (after we had already not eaten). The town is lovely, but there are many many other places to stay and when we go back, I will choose a different one!
8.8 Excellent
Cons: location full renovated, furniture and small kitchen in the hotel room

Pros: Breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choices. Service fantastic. And cleaners finished room already when we returned from breakfast. Own pot of coffee was provided at breakfast table and always offered more. We loved the room with balcony. Bakery and bike hire next door. Staff was just lovely, professional and elpful. Rooms modern and clean and comfy. Hotel also has a saecure bike cage to keep hired bikes safe.
Cons: If busy car park at the back of the property can become a slight problem, but only if there are people/idiots taking two car parks for one car.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Room service was very quick and thorough. Breakfast was amazing. Big variety and very yummy. Got fresh pots of coffee all the time to ourselves. Bike hire and bakery next door, but petrol station bike hire around the corner and cheaper with more bikes again.. We had the room upstairs with balcony which is a bonus. Pros: Extremely friendly and supportive staff. Very quiet room, good in size. Very good wireless internet connection.
Cons: Don't know anything.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice house, good location. Breakfast was very good, although you had to book it in advance.
Cons: The room was very small - nothing like the pictures or price would have suggested. You cannot pay by credit card.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was nice but we had to book a time which was exactly at the time we had to check out. This was relatively early at 10:00 AM and there was no budging on the time.
Cons: The owners clearly have a minimum effort philosophy. There was no one to check you in at 8 in evening. Only by chance did we find another hotel guest that showed us how to get the key. The check out time was very early, 10 AM. The single staff person was friendly but did not have the authority to let us stay even one minute more. As our breakfast was only available at 10, it was not convenient. The hotel was very expensive and not good value for money, as the service was minimal. The one staff person did not even know how to call us a taxi. We had to do our own internet search to get to the airport.

Pros: Bed was good.
Cons: Room too small for the amount of furniture quashed in. Room was overprized considering size of room and bathroom.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: WLAN
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is amazing! Great spread of meats, muesli, yogurts, juices, coffee, gourmet tea, and warm dishes! For two of us we payed around 90euros for a night in a spacious room with clean bathroom and the breakfast was included! The staff was especially excited to hear I was from Canada. Apparently I was the first! Very on top staff that give great service. There is a also a warm and comfortable public lounge to stay in on those exceptionally cold days.

Pros: Large rooms with very comfortable beds, nice lounge area, huge walk-in cupboard, nice bathroom with tub and towel warmer! Extraordinary breakfast that left nothing to wish for, including choco-marshmallows and Kindermilchschnitte! Any type of eggs were freshly prepared in front of you and you can bake your own fresh waffles! Excellent Spa with a good sized pool available from as early as 7 in the morning - extra bonus. Hotel is quite remote, but bus stop is 5min walk, hourly in the summer, every two hours in the winter, beach is a good 30min walk, but that is part of the fun. Hotel also has bikes for rent at 7 Euro a day and they are in good working order. All in all a fantastic place!
Cons: Room can not be locked from the inside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast selection was excellent. High food quality and the variety of bred and buns was outstanding.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was lit!
Cons: Many small things. Definitely not worth 5 stars. Communication for getting a wellness-application was a mess. Not answering to mails, not available at te facility on-site, receptionist told us to try it later for 3 times.. in the end we didn’t get anything. Most of the electronic devices like tv, phone and hairdryer seemed to be relicts of another century. No shelf in the shower-cabin.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a junior Suite during the easter holidays. The rooms are enormous, almost to large. They include a walk-in closet, a coffee machine an electric kettle as well as a compact choice of teas and coffees. Furniture and factilies are good, the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly, albiet rather dry. Breakfast was good and varied. The Cocktails acceptable. We also had the chance to try the massages. The spa rooms are ok, but a little lackluster. The massage was ok and the price acceptable. The hotel is located between Bad and Dorf. Both locations can be reached perfectly on foot (15-20Min walk). Kudos for the amount of parking spaces. Not to be taken for granted in Sankt Peter Ording.
Cons: Compared to the competition this hotel lacks the love and attention to detail that has come to be standard practice of many hotels in the area. Altough breakfast was good, the products and quality often lacked consistency. There was an eggstation that seemed to be perpetually empty. The rooms are bright and coloured but boring. We had a large balcony furnished with two plastic chairs and a small table. A litte below standard for this kind of hotel. The check-in experience was particularly German. We were briefly and dryly welcomed. Subsequently we were presented with our room key and an oral list of the amenities of the hotel.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good and the location in SPO superb.
Cons: We booked the apartment, it had a very tiny bathroom.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Appreciated having a safe place for bicycles. Great location, less than a block from the beach. Located on very quiet side street.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: Some rooms are in a separate house and I was lodged on the second floor there, up a steep, creaky staircase. It was completely open and could not be locked. Very strange and unpleasant, especially during the night, but also during the day I kept having to make the decision whether to leave PC and photo equipment there or take it with me every time I left the building. There was no wi-fi, and neither CNN nor BBC World on the TV (which was not really functioning anyway). How long can German hotels (and booking-com) keep getting away with tricking us into booking with them by claiming they have wi-fi and then when you get there, they don’t, or only in some spots, and all you get is a shrug? Perhaps I’ll just stop travelling within Germany till this country finally decides to join the rest of the western world in the 21st century.
