Pros: Spacious rooms, convenient location, nice pool and hot tub. Loved it!
Cons: Valet parking only and it's $55/night
Excellent10.0
Pros: Lap pool & spa were outstanding.
Cons: Room service coffee was inconsistent.
Good7.1
Pros: The hotel was exactly what we expected. Good value for what we paid. Great location within walking distance of Seattle's main attractions.
Cons: I was double charged by the hotel. When I called to have it corrected, they claimed it was my fault. Ultimately, one of the charges was reversed but I was very unhappy that I almost ended up paying double for the hotel's mistake.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Great location and super friendly staff. We were glad to be here without our kids.
Cons: My only gripe is that the tv channels are very limited and you have to pay a lot extra for every tiny thing, even internet. In this day and age I think everyone should be giving out free internet!
Excellent10.0
Pros: I found the bed and pillows to be most comfortable. The bathroom and room itself were quite spacious. I found the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating to my needs.
Cons: N/A
Excellent9.6
Pros: Good location to walking downtown and easy to get to from the airport using the light rail.
Cons: The hotel wanted to charge for wifi, that should be free these days.
Excellent9.3
Pros: Great restaurant with decent prices and happy hour. Clean rooms. Spacious bathrooms. Cozy robes. Very comfy beds. Awesome location in the heart of downtown Seattle and shopping. Would stay again.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. We heard the couple next door arguing for hours. We had to finally call front desk/security at midnight.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Hotel is well appointed and the staff is excellent!
Excellent10.0
Pros: The steam room, spa, cafe, bar, and 24 hour room service with quality food were all great perks. Jaime
Cons: No complaints.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I liked the staff, the ambiance, and the room's modern amenities.
Cons: The weird bathroom door.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Location was convenient, restaurant was great, and the fitness center was excellent
Cons: Only complaint was that the room wasn't soundproof to the hallway. I could hear everything outside the room in the hallway.
Excellent10.0
Pros: My whole family of 6 loved this hotel the staff and location
Excellent10.0
Pros: Beds were great and everything was so close
Cons: Better parking options would have stayed longer but to pay 50 valet or 36 two blocks away / a day just for parking took us to a different location
Okay5.1
Pros: I forgot an item in the room, and calling to hotel 3 times trying inquire how it can be picked up. One time redirerected to vmail with no follow up; second time it was suggested to call at different time; third time waited for fairly long time and gave up.
Good7.7
Pros: Good location in downtown that is walking distance to most downtown sites. Lobby restaurant had great breakfast.
Cons: Thin walls allowed voices and tv to be heard from neighbors.
Excellent9.7
Pros: It was my girlfriend and I's first trip to Seattle. The hotel was within walking distance of anywhere you'd wanna go. The staff was super helpful and we were able to squeeze everything we wanted to do within the weekend we were in the city. Whether it's shopping, a concert at the paramount, the space needle, the farmers market, or just wanting to explore the city, the Hyatt gives you the opportunity to do all these things without needing any transportation other than you two legs.
Located in Belltown, this historic hotel is steps away from Westlake Center, Seattle Central Business District and Nordstrom. Pike Place Market and Seattle Waterfront are also within 5 minutes. Westlake Ave Hub Station is only a 2-minute walk and Westlake Station is 2 minutes.

Pros: The location was perfect, and the accommodations were more than adequate. The hotel staff members were pleasant and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: No complaints!
Excellent8.2
Pros: Location was superb and easy to reach by Light Rail from airport. Hotel is charming and staff friendly and accommodating. It was the hotel of choice as we knew its reputation.
Cons: Room was small but the price was very good for DT Seattke in summer. No view but we only needed a place to sleep for a few nights.
Excellent8.0
Staff was great, had a wonderful drink at the bar. Our room had a view of machinery, but we were only there for 1 night, so that was ok. Great location, quick walk to Pike's Market.

Pros: Nice quiet room, large very nice bathroom, helpful friendly staff, overall an excellent 4 star hotel. Winter rates are very reasonable, summer not so much...Good food and shopping with in walking distance, all except for breakfast, never did find a "good" breakfast despite paying $45 for two. I'll be back.
Cons: Parking. Valet $45 / Self $30. Saturday nights self parking is full.
Good7.7
Pros: Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Courteous enough staff. Impressive building, with great location.
Cons: Despite the high price of the room, they nickel and dime you for everything. Parking is not included in the price, even though the Hyatt owns the adajecent parking garage - hotel guests pay the same rates, if not more, than the general public who uses the same garage. Not a single movie channel (hbo, etc), so that you will have to buy their on demand movies for $20. Room service is overpriced and mediocre, with small portions.
Excellent9.7
Cons: Should provide free drinking water
Excellent8.8
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I reserved a king suite and the bathroom and tub were amazing. I also liked the push button shades that allow you to completely darken the room. For breakfast one morning I ordered room service and it arrived on time and was delicious. The pillows were comfortable. Starbucks is located right downstairs!
Cons: Two of my "clean" towels had a lot of hairs that were not mine. In fact one had a big hair ball folded in it. That was kinda nasty to find after taking a bath. The bed was not very comfortable and made my back hurt. I thought since it was firm that my back would love it but I was wrong.
Excellent10.0
Pros: This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel recently for 4-5 days. Both stays couldn’t have been better. The room was pristine and the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. You can text requests for things like extra hangers or anything you might need during your stay. I checked in and out on the app, and used the app as my room key. I literally never one time had to go to the front desk during my entire stay for either visit. Any requests I made for things in my room (steamer, extra pillows, etc) were brought to my room within minutes. I honestly have never stayed at a hotel that is so consistently amazing. Highly recommended!!
Excellent9.1
Pros: Nice rooms and common areas
Cons: Hotel is very large and because of on going conference elevators very slow
Excellent9.4
Pros: View and room was very nice. Great service.
Cons: Bedding is not very comfortable. Feels like all you have is a sheet on your bed. Super short bath tub.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Fantastic and clean rooms, and amazing staff. Would love to visit again.
Excellent8.6
Cons: Want a spa on location
Excellent10.0
Pros: Excellent location, quiet and spaciouls suite, super clean, plenty of amenities, comfortable king bed, and my business partner has arranged a special rate which really made my stay all worth it!
Excellent10.0
Pros: Room
Excellent10.0
Pros: The room was very nice and modern, bed was comfy, and the workout facilities were excellent! Nice to have a Starbucks, deli, and sushi restaurant attached to the hotel.
Cons: Didn't like that I had to pay for access to the internet. $10/day for low speed, $15/day for high speed. A nice place like this shouldn't nickle-and-dime its customers, especially when even the cheapest Motel 6 usually offers free wi-fi these days.
Located in Downtown Seattle, this luxury hotel is steps away from 5th Avenue Theater and Seattle Central Business District. Seattle Waterfront and Washington State Convention Center are also within 10 minutes. University Street Station is only a 2-minute walk and Westlake Station is 5 minutes.

Pros: Great location, short walk to Pike Place Market.
Cons: Wifi is not included in the room price.
Good6.5
Cons: We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Hotel and service were both great. Would stay here again.
Cons: We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.
Excellent9.7
Pros: beautiful indoor lap pool encouraged exercising; large comfortable rooms with excellent mini-bar and tea pot (so often just a coffee maker and I drink tea); great location - easy walk to tourist sites and waterfront
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location and friendly staff.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Staff and location excellent.
Cons: Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Close to business district, restaurants, and entertainment...
Cons: Given the room rate, free bottled water should be supplied...not $8 per bottle.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Great staff. Great location. what could be better?
Cons: It's the best
Excellent10.0
Pros: I am a member of the presidents club and the morning of received an email to allow me to check-in prior to leaving my home town. I clicked the link, put an arrival time and how is was arriving etc.. a few hours before my expected arrival I received an email informing me that my room was ready and to pick up my key from the doorman. Also in the email were driving directions from my location. I arrived doorman had my welcome packet and I went right to my room.........slick!
Cons: cant think of a thing that I didnt like
Excellent10.0
Pros: Nice rooms
Excellent10.0
Pros: The Fairmont was the perfect romantic weekend getaway. Walkable to coffee, wine bar, excellent resturants, several theaters and Pike Place for breakfast at Lowell's. Service was top-notch. Staff was personable and attentive.

Pros: Great location, great value
Cons: Charging for internet is ridiculous
Excellent10.0
Pros: I was surprised by the look and the care of the staff of the hotel. I booked this place at the last minute. The staff gave options of the local restaurants. There are free bikes and umbrellas (a nice plus). You can go to the roof top and take in the view. I would stay here again
Excellent8.0
Pros: Friendly front-desk staff Starbucks on-site (and in the coffee-maker in room) Pretty views from rooftop terrace Microwave with free popcorn
Cons: Extra charges for WiFI
Excellent9.7
Pros: Although this hotel is just about a 5 minute drive to downtown, I really liked the location. It's on a corner and easy to find, there are a handful of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and it's just enough out of town to where the streets and traffic aren't keeping you up at night or waking you up early morning. There is a Starbucks connected to the hotel which is nice. Overall it is a very simple but clean hotel.
Cons: Only negative thing I could say is that the pillows aren't the most comfortable, but that's a small thing to complain about. Otherwise great hotel.
Pros: Super friendly staff, walking distance to Seattle Center and the monorail to downtown, lovely, comfortable room with microwave and refrigerator, grocery store across the street.
Cons: Parking fee of $18 per night.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Staff was amazing! Loved the roof top, bikes, and fresh fruit water each day
Excellent8.8
Pros: The room was well done, I had great views and the bed was super-comfy! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice.
Cons: I didn't like paying an extra $18 for parking

Pros: Staff was very attentive and helpful. I was able to check out and store baggage until later in the day when I got my vehicle out of valet parking. This allowed me to attend a meeting without concern for moving my car.
Cons: Saturday night was a little noisy on my floor. Too much St Paddy's Day celebration I suppose.
Excellent8.0
Pros: The lines were top quality and the checkin staff was equal.
Cons: The room was just an average, modern hotel room. Without much charm and a little less than as clean as most. Surprised to find that used products (shampoos, body lotion, etc.) were not replaced for our second night's stay.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Early check in. Fast valet. Clean room.
Good6.0
Pros: The lobby was beautifully renovated and the hotel is in the heart of Times Square. The bed was very comfortable
Cons: The room size was less than desirable...even for New York City it was small. Two medium-sized pieces of luggage could barely fit into the room. The A/C seemed to run on its own; there was a control in the room that didn't respond when humans touched it. The shower curtain in the bathroom was yellow and brown towards the bottom and the tile's grout was dirty in certain places. Not to mention that the water pressure in the shower and sink was weak at best.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Very pleasant and friendly. Great location! Extremely clean. Perfect for our trip!
Excellent9.7
Pros: Staff, beds and location
Excellent9.7
Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, great location to shopping and Pike Place
Cons: Bed could've been more comfortable, and I was frustrated to not be able to watch my own movies via HDMI cable
Excellent10.0
Pros: Location is central. Walking distance to everything. Room was spacious and my bed was big and comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and very accomodating. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay in Paramount hotel again the next time I visit Seattle.
Cons: None
Good6.8
Pros: Centrally located, helpful staff.
Cons: The room was quite bright at night and housekeeping didn’t clean our room one of the days we were there.
Excellent8.0
Pros: The location was right next to the event I was attending. The room was quiet and clean.
Cons: Housekeeping didn't even knock and just came into my room in the morning a few hours before checkout. I was sleeping at the time but it could have been potentially very embarrassing for us both.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Rooms and facilities were clean and quite luxurious, great location and very friendly staff.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Great location, comfortable bed and nice tv.
Cons: No gym
Excellent10.0
Pros: The room actually exceeded my expectations, based upon price and photos. The bed was comfortable, the room was just the right temperature, and LOVED that the shower stall was bathtub sized without a bathtub. The toiletries provided were top quality, as well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and had me checked in and out with light speed. Definitely will come back and am already recommending the Paramount to my coworkers who travel in and out of town.
Cons: A stocked refrigerator would have been nice, but all I really missed was cold water to drink.
Excellent10.0
Pros: This is our favorite hotel in Seattle, located downtown, close to Pike market and amidst great shopping. Their customer service is off the charts. We love them !!
Excellent10.0
Pros: Super friendly staff and extra accommodating for a new traveler in Seattle area.
Located in Downtown Seattle, this hotel is steps away from 5th Avenue Theater and Seattle Central Business District. Washington State Convention Center and Nordstrom are also within 5 minutes. Westlake Station and University Street Station are within a 5-minute walk.
Located in Belltown, this romantic hotel is steps away from Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66, Seattle Waterfront and Pier 66. Pike Place Market and Pier 69 are also within 10 minutes. Westlake Station is 16 minutes by foot and Westlake Denny Wy Station is 16 minutes.

Pros: Ambience
Excellent8.0
Pros: The location is excellent. Our window opened over the water, literally. Built on a pier so the ocean was literally under our room. Cruise ships docked right out our window. The shuttle service was excellent although we only used it once to get to dinner then walked back so can't speak of the return service.
Cons: Forced valet parking fee of $41 a night. Adds up pretty quickly. We stayed in a double/double room (no queens???, come on Edgewater) because the only king room available was over the bar which we were warned would have a band playing until midnight. So, my wife and I ended up sleeping in separate beds. Two adults in a double? Love her dearly but we both appreciate a little space when we are sleeping. We were unaware that the only heat source in the room was the fireplace. It was 90+ degrees so we didn't think about it during the day. Of course it kicked on in the middle when the temperature dropped. Didn't bother me much but it did bother my wife who was roasting since her bed was next to the fireplace. Don't get me wrong, the fireplace is a beautiful touch but would have appreciated a bit of warning about it automatically coming on during the night. Seemed a bit strange that the fireplaces in the common areas were lit even though it was record hot days the whole time we were there. I guess that should have been a clue. The shower head was held on with masking tape. Yes, masking tape. There were water stains on the ceilings. It would seem to me that a bit of paint and a new shower head in a room that costs $500 a night would not be an unreasonable expense for maintenance. Heck, use my parking fee for the weekend, that should cover it.
Good7.7
Pros: Easy walking access to pike place and downtown Seattle Beautiful lobby Great place to sit and watch the water Very romantic Cozy bed Good food from room service Also loved the little convienence store in the lobby!
Cons: Staff wasn't super helpful, but I'm thinking that was mostly because it was the holidays and it was pretty busy The hotel cleaning staff kept on changing the shower head to the one we didn't like and we had to keep changing it back. That was just a little weird. Wish our room had a tub. Thin walls.
Good6.5
Pros: Nice waterfront location & lounge area.
Cons: A bit dingy & a little shabby. Expensive waterfront room partly obscured by equipment, and staff not helpful w.r.t. finding alternative room. Bar is very loud but nice location & lively.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The decor was lodge inspired. The cocktails were great. The staff was sooooo friendly. The view perfect and the fireplace in the room was exactly what I needed after a camp trip.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Well appointed hotel room with cozy fireplace
Good6.8
Pros: The location and the lobby guest lounge.
Cons: The lack of parking forces you to use the valet at $41/day. A hotel of this prestige should offer a continental breakfast and free coffee in the dinning area. I've stayed at many hotels in this price range that do offer it and parking for guests is free. Definitely paying for the location and name.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Located right on the waterfront. Beautiful common rooms and restaurant to look over the water and watch the sunsets.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Fireplaces in every room. Cozy feeling of a lodge and views of the stormy water.
Cons: Our water view room had a piece of dock equipment (mobile people gangway or something) partially obstructing of our water view.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved going to large room off lobby to have a very relaxing experience seeing the water and mountains at the same time. Was with my sister and we were able to visit Pike Street Market and the downtown several times (even in light rain) because of the hotel van amenity.
Cons: was hard to get ride to ferry using the hotel van as it was on the hour schedule.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The room and staff were great!!! Clean everything!!! Great location!!!
Cons: Overpriced valet parking $41.00!!! Just ridiculous!!!
Good7.7
Pros: One of the best locations in Seattle with views of the Puget Sound from all the public rooms.
Cons: Half the rooms face the service road and car park.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great hotel great views great location
Okay4.8
Cons: I've stayed in better economy type inns. Cool location , but way dated and a need for up dating. The price didn't match the facilities
Excellent10.0
Pros: The manager was great...corrected a glitch on the first day, then had a beautiful room. The staff alerted me to items I had left behind and kept them for me. Beautiful relaxing view, with fireplace. Good food. Highly recommended.
Good7.7
Pros: Nice overall
Cons: Thermostat and fireplace did not work. Shower splashed water out in bathroom.
Good7.4
Pros: Location on the water was breathtaking. It was within a very short walk to the Aquarium, Big Wheel and Pikes Market Place. A short shuttle ride (provided free) to all other downtown attractions. Downtown pier atmosphere felt very safe. The room was beautiful (ours was a standard King with view of the sound). Literally could look straight down to the water out the window as the hotel is built on a pier. Stone walk- in shower and Princess Claw Foot tub in the bathroom. Fireplace was cozy. Bed was medium firm and comfy. Would be great for a Romantic getaway.
Cons: Unexpected fees!!! The parking lot is solely for valet ( only other parking is a parking garage across the street and down a bit, it would be a trek if you weren't parked on the bottom). Valet parking for us was an additional $ 41 per night. They messed up our reservations and put my 17 year old daughter and I in a room with one Queen bed. We had to upgrade to a king (only other room available) $ 40 per night upgrade. Restaurant had good food but we had to pay 5 star prices for 4 star (at best) food ($ 48 for a New York Steak). I had the Cedar Plank Salmon, $38 for an 8 oz. piece. It was mushy and the side was small. Breakfast was better and a little more reasonable. No pool or jaccuzzi on premises. With all the extra fees and the taxes on the fees our two night stay ended up costing close to what a three night stay would have been. I got the feeling that they were squeezing me for more money a lot.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Loved the location. Not your typical city hotel Unique decor, comfortable, nice in-room fireplace was cozy in rainy Seattle
Excellent9.7
Pros: Water view to die for! Watched the ferries travel back and forth all night. Perfect view of the Big Wheel with its glorious color changes! Fireplace in room. What more can you ask for? Lounge had great servers, mussels and battered asparagus were fabulous!
Cons: Paying 40.00 plus tax for parking EVERY day.
Located in Belltown, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Seattle Waterfront, Pike Place Market and Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66. Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass are also within 10 minutes. Westlake Denny Wy Station is 8 minutes by foot and Westlake 7th St Station is 9 minutes.

Pros: Close to downtown, so everything was walkable. Great restaurants nearby. Complementary umbrella also a plus if it decides to rain.
Cons: Room was not air conditioned, so the window needed to be open at night to sleep, meaning city noises are easily heard. Not a big issue if you have ear plugs to sleep with though.
Okay5.1
Pros: Central location
Cons: The room and building was dirty. Very small room. A group of people were having a very loud argument in the hotels courtyard throughout the evening. It is a motel level quality.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Good location and affordable
Excellent10.0
Pros: - friendly staff - good location - able to walk or bike to many locations - complimentary bike rentals - Good price
Excellent10.0
Pros: Location was fantastic, rooms were a little cramped, but who hangs in room, water pressure in shower was low or could be low flow fixture. I will stay here every time we are going to Seattle.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The amenities featured laundry but their laundry facilities were under construction.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Location was excellent. Walk everywhere. The staff was helpful, kind, professional and cheerful. The friendly instructions to help save water and energy was appreciated. Glad to see they are concerned with the environment. We would stay here again.
Cons: The confusing one way streets caused us some distress as we went around several blocks. But that is part of city life and we did score a good parking spot on the street..
Excellent10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location to walk to everything!
Okay4.8
Pros: All of the staff except for one woman was very helpful and friendly. You can borrow their bikes which is a great way to explore the waterfront.
Cons: Ask for a room that faces the alley. Otherwise you will be subject to loud buses, cars, people yelling, and a street piano. Bring earplugs and a sleeping mask (no blackout shades) if you are a light sleeper.
Excellent8.0
Pros: Belltown Inn is a clean, simple, unpretentious place. I like this kind of hotel because it's not stuffed full of things that I don't need - like padded Queen Anne armchairs, oversized tvs, and bad sugary 'continental' breakfasts. My room was comfortable, with a good desk and chair, a reasonably-sized tv and a very good mattress. AND open-able windows. Two points for that! For a very reasonable price.
Cons: Small problem: a bathroom door that was hung poorly.
Good6.3
Pros: Great location. Good walking distance to places downtown. Free bike rental
Cons: It is next to a dog park. One of the nights we stayed was a Saturday night and it was very loud outside with people partying and dogs barking. Woke us up a couple of times. It felt more like a college apartment complex than a restful hotel. It was a little hard controlling the temperature of the room.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Front desk staff very accomodating, was able to switch from room on exterior edge of building to a courtyard room (eliminating street noise). Excellent location in great neighborhood. Walking distance to great food/drink options, Pikes Place, Pier, etc
Cons: Lots of outside noise the first night in a room on the exterior of the building, but was able to change rooms
Excellent9.1
Pros: Everything with the exception of the lack of AC.
Excellent9.4
Cons: Should have asked for a skinny pillow or two to supplement the fat pillows. Minor.

Pros: great bed and view from the 29th floor. staff was very accommodating.
Cons: up the hill the first time was a little tough but it really wasn't that bad. the hotel lobby smells like the restaurant which can get a little overwhelming when first walking in.
Excellent8.0
Cons: Renovations at the restaurant caused slow service for dinner, location a bit further from eateries than thought
Excellent8.0
Pros: The location of the hotel was great and the Place was clean. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The price for the valet was pretty high for overnight parking
Good7.7
Pros: The location was great, we had a huge room, and the staff was exceptional. We were able to check in early -a blessing- since we had just finished a cruise and had no where to put our bags. We were also able to leave out bags for free after check-out when we has several hours to kill before heading to the airport.
Cons: I wish there had been a pool, and the restaurant prices were 10% too high for the quality.
Excellent8.8
Pros: It was very spacious. Booked a regular room and much to our delight they upgraded us to a large suite! Fantastic staff!
Okay5.4
Cons: Parking attendants were not friendly; made it very uncomfortable to valet park my car. It also became annoying when they were not readily available.

Pros: Checkin was nice, Aveda products

Excellent9.1
Pros: Staff always made us feel pampered. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Well-maintained, very clean, nicely designed and decorated. Convenient location.
Cons: Construction noise from the skyscraper going up next door. Said skyscraper also blocked view. Unfortunately, neither is within their control, but did cost them a star overall.
Good7.1
Pros: Location and how nice the rooms where
Cons: The hot water was a problem... Barely could get any and allot of times I got burned. I called to have them fix it and nothing changed.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Most beautiful room I've stayed in so far. Good all-you-can-eat continental breakfast. Staff could be better, though.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. You felt welcome from the time you walked in the hotel until you walked out. The location was excellent with easy walking acess to Downtown Seattle.
Cons: Nothing negative about the hotel during my stay.
Excellent8.6
Pros: The location and views of Puget Sound/Seattle are amazing. And the staff was friendly and helpful - the concierge team was especially knowledgable for visitors like us that wanted to truly explore!
Cons: The lobby seemed outddated (looked like there were about to start renovation though), and the under-building parking seemed antiquated. Next time, we will just use Metro transit and taxis.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The bed was super comfortable.
Excellent8.8
Pros: The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The concierge(s) were very helpful and friendly. The location was pretty good- walking distance to many attractions.
Cons: I was not informed when I checked in that a fee of $150 would be held off my card for the duration of my stay at the hotel. I checked out yesterday and have not had the money return to my account yet.
Good6.2
Pros: Clean hotel. Nice weight room.
Cons: Wait for check in was very long. On a Friday night at 6 PM there was only one receptionist checking in patrons. We waited almost one hour in this line. Expensive parking (~40 per night.)
Good7.1
Pros: Staff was so welcoming and kind. The restaurant is very nice.
Cons: Well I felt like I was in a Vegas casino due to the smells in the hotel. They are pumping perfume into the air to cover udors. Our room was technically clean but felt dirty just because it’s haggered. Carpet needs changed. Stain on side of bed. Window so filthy you could barely see out of it. Bed spread all wrinkled give you the feeling it isn’t actually clean. For $180 a night I expect more up dated room.
Mediocre2.0
ugh, I slept on the pull out coush in room 1601 (beware) only to find a very large urine stain on the mattress pad and mattress. I only found it after I noticed another stain on the fitted sheet. I thought I would pull the sheets off to make sure they were laundered for the next person. Hotel refunded my friends breakfast charge but I was pretty underwhelemed with the response.
Located in Downtown Seattle, this luxury hotel is steps away from Pike Place Market, Seattle Waterfront and Seattle Central Business District. Original Starbucks and Moore Theater are also within 5 minutes. Westlake Station is 5 minutes by foot and Westlake Ave Hub Station is 6 minutes.

Pros: Really enjoyed the location, rooftop bar and overall service.
Cons: Nothing really, great place
Excellent9.1
Pros: The staff was friendly and always on hand.
Cons: Better pillows
Excellent8.0
Pros: Good location near Pikes place and close to light rail. Tried for young hip vibe with annoying music in lobby. No coffee machine in room disappointing. Room very quite.
Cons: No coffee machine in room.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Central location, luxury hotel, fantastic views from rooftop bar.
Cons: Small 'cruise liner' sized rooms. But very nice small rooms.
Excellent10.0
Pros: I advised it was my boyfriends birthday so when we arrive in the room there was champagne and snacks. I was able to check in and check out through the Hyatt app, so cool.
Cons: A little more variety on the breakfast menu, there was no pancakes or French toast. I called to see if they could make an exception and they advised their kitchen could t do French toast. What kind of kitchen can’t dip bread in eggs?
Okay5.7
Pros: new. Clean. Good location.
Cons: Bellman didn't offer help with my bag. Front desk and entry are more "nightclub" than hotel. Late night menu very limited. Shampoo and conditioner smell very masculine. Seems like a bar and restaurant with a few rooms rather than hotel. The W twenty years later.
Excellent9.7
Pros: Great location, clean room, nice decor. Rooftop bar is added bonus!
Cons: slightly pricey
Excellent9.7
Pros: Thompson's Hotel had incredibly OnPoint and helpful friendly staff. Walking in, you get a very welcoming and swanky feel. The hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable. Upscale shower facility and rooftop bar were amazing.
Located in Belltown, this eco-friendly hotel is steps away from Westlake Center, Seattle Central Business District and Nordstrom. Pike Place Market and Seattle Waterfront are also within 10 minutes. Westlake Ave Hub Station is only a 2-minute walk and Westlake Station is 2 minutes.

We like to come stay here every year before Christmas. It’s a great hotel with comfy beds and a nice pool for the kids to swim in. Great location downtown. We had some great drinks and food at the bar this visit too.
Good6.5
Cons: One of the elevators wasn’t working so it was a 15 min wait to get downstairs. It was also a 15 minute wait to get checked in because there were only 2 people working at the desk. Not what I would expect from a Westin

Pros: central city location
Cons: this is not a luxury hotel. The pool is barely adequate.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Room was very clean, spacious, beautiful view and super comfortable. The location was perfect as we walked everywhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Didn't like the fact that parking was not included in the price, you had to pay $48 per day. So we decided not to rent a car, and just use Uber which ended saving us money.
Excellent9.4
Pros: Everything except the exorbitant amount of cost for items in the room that were set to a weight sensor. I bumped the fridge and was worried that they charged my card that night. Nothing went through, thankfully. Other than that, everything was excellent!
Good7.1
Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. The workers were very helpful and kind. It was easy to check in and out.
Cons: I have stayed at other Westin hotels before and this one just did not live up to my expectations. I felt crammed in the room and everything was overpriced.
Excellent10.0
Pros: We have come to Westin Seattle many times over the past 10 + years. It is absolutely the perfect hotel to stay at. The rooms are excellently appointed, staff is awesome, its location couldn't be better. We just have nothing negative to share. Thank you again for the "perfect" stay.

Pros: The service was great. People were really nice and I got a free upgrade.
Cons: I didn't particularly like the beds at the W. They felt lumpy. I stayed in The Westin the day after and I LOVE their beds! I also didn't really like the dark, club feel and the loud music in the lobby. I just wanted to relax and felt like I couldn't at the W.

Pros: Nice hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Central location. Held a meeting at the hotel and the staff was fantastic.
Cons: Room service menu could be improved-it’s quite limited.
Excellent8.2
Pros: Being that my stay was during Covid-19 and all the restrictions that come along with it, it's a bit unfair to make a review on likes and dislikes, but the room was spacious, beds are a bit firm but still comfortable, view was AMAZING from our room, bathroom spacious and not a box
Cons: I think that prices could be reduced since there's limited things available inside the hotel. The rooms are basic because they are restricting what's in it, like coffeemaker, glasses, etc., but can be called upon request. No decorative bedding, no room service from the restaurant, just selected items chosen by hotel, which isn't much! Worst part is the parking, which should be informed by the hotel website, not by reviewers. Because I am from the area I know the craziness around parking in Seattle, but not informing customers of their $60 a night for parking at the hotel is a HUGE disservice to potential guests
Cons: Room was a little rough around the edges, didn't have the luxury feel I'd expect for $300+/night. No coffee or microwave in room.
Excellent8.5

Pros: The location was great
Cons: Too dark old Hotel needs updates not your average W very slow at getting Baggage From storage room that faces the parking garage feels like a dungeon
Good7.4
Pros: I liked that there was a Starbucks across the street and it was walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping center.
Cons: I hated how thins the walls were. I could hear the people next door sneeze clear as day and their conversation as if the connecting doors were open. We could also hear the people in the hallway as if I left our doors open. Not a good place to come sleep in a bit if you have an hangover. Also the beds are as hard as rocks. Not comfortable.
Excellent10.0
Pros: All of the staff were very helpful an accomadating always with a smile. Wonderful location. Nice clean room
Cons: all great. Thought room with a view meant a water view
Excellent9.4
Pros: We had a great time! Very nice hotel, though I think I expected the rooms to be more extravagant, but they are very nice. I almost stole the bed...slept like a rock. Very cool NYE hotel...they held a party downstairs that was all part of the hotel price for the night. We had an awesome time and this will likely become a tradition for us. Staff is extremely professional and polite. Right downtown, equidistant from the stadium/ball park and central part of downtown Seattle, so most things are available to you by foot.
Cons: For such a nice hotel, the fitness facility was pretty cramped and awful. We've stayed at Hotels that charge much less with much better gyms. Other than that, super nice place!
Good6.2
Pros: I like the staff, they were all extremely Lovely and friendly. The service was top notch. Breakfast was decent, omlette was good, crispy English muffin, great bacon and potatoes were a 4. Latte was an 11 ! Delicious
Cons: The rooms were not represented very well from the pictures on line. I remember this hotel so differently from 10 years ago. The ceilings were short and basically a box with faux wood walls, the beds were great with really soft sheets. The bathrooms were tight and felt old and over used. Best part of the hotel itself is the lobby and hallways. Modern and pretty.
Good7.4
Pros: Location
Cons: Ridiculously high parking charge, no coffee maker in the room, no onsite jacuzzi, no club room. I would probably choose one of the other Seattle Starwood properties in the future.
Located in Belltown, this hotel is steps away from Seattle Waterfront and Steinbrueck Native Gallery. Victor Steinbrueck Park and Bell Street Cruise Terminal at Pier 66 are also within 5 minutes. Westlake Station is 11 minutes by foot and Westlake Ave Hub Station is 12 minutes.

Pros: Great beachfront location with easy access to downtown. Right next to the hotel is a set of stairs and elevator to take you up to the downtown level. This was very convenient. Once up you can continue starlight to downtown or make a right to Pike Place market. Highly recommended.
Cons: Concierge lounge is small so it can get crowded. Also rooms with two beds have double beds rather than queen size beds making it more challenging to sleep comfortably if the bed is shared.
Excellent10.0
Great location on the waterfront…across the street actually. Nice corner room, great view and friendly staff. The bartender takes care of his patrons too! Only negative is you don’t get Marriott points for the stay. Otherwise, loved it!
Excellent9.7
Pros: Everything from check in through our stay was a pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms and great location.
Cons: My only negative is that parking is $52/day plus tax. A bit over the top.

Pros: Rooms were clean and nice. Location was very convenient to Pike's and the Space Needle.
Cons: There was a bit of a smoke smell on the floor we were on. Not sure if this place was smoke-free as I never saw anyone smoking. When the A/C would kick in, it would initially smell like smoke as well. Otherwise, the place was very nice.
Excellent9.7
Pros: The location is amazing, only a 5 minute walk from Pike Place and right in the heart of downtown Seattle. It is close to Westlake Station, where you can take the metro all the way to the airport. The employees were great and very helpful. I was given a king bed room but when I told them I wanted 2 queen beds, they quickly accommodated me. My room came with a view of the space needle. The room was clean. The only downside was that the room did not come with wifi. Other than that, the room was a really good deal for its location. Will definitely stay there again if I'm going to Seattle.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Some king bed rooms had a couch while others did not. The disparity in rooms, which cost the same price, is worrisome because you don't know whether you'll get one of the better rooms or not.
Excellent8.0
Pros: The location was great - very easy to walk to everything. Staff was so helpful and friendly the the rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: The pillows were lumpy, and the lower floor rooms were kind of loud.
Good7.4
Pros: Love being so close to everything. Went to a concert at the key arena and the taxi rides were really cheap since we were so close. Within walking distance to pikes place and the water.
Cons: We wanted a bigger balcony. I proposed on the night we stayed there expecting a view of the Space Needle and room on the balcony to do it. The balcony was barely big enough to stand on.
Okay5.1
Pros: I only liked how close t was to my destination
Cons: Options were given to the type of room I would like. I chose the quiet room option. Promptly at 7am in the morning all 4 days I stayed there they started construction from what sounded like in the adjacent room. When I brought this up to the front desk they acted confused and acting like I was crazy and tried figuring out an explaination for the sounds other than construction. Said they"would send someone up to investigate" I was so peeved about this I went down stairs to complain directly and they informed me that they are indeed doing construction and they're supposed to start at 9am. While I was down there I complained that when I took a shower regardless of the length of time I was in the shower. The water flowed freely into the bathroom and filled it up with water and I had to use 3 out of the 4 towels given to me to soak up the water. The front desk person said they wouldn't immediately send up more towels. And never did follow through with their "solution" for the problem. Lastly. The tv had a high pitch whistle whenever it was on. This increased and decreased with the volume.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Everything in the hotel was nice.
Cons: Having to pay $35 for parking. However, I didn't trust my vehicle sitting out on the street at night with the creepy street people walking around.
Excellent9.6
Pros: Located in walking distance from downtown and Seattle Center.
Located in Downtown Seattle, this eco-friendly hotel is steps away from Seattle Paramount Theatre and Seattle Central Business District. Washington State Convention Center and Nordstrom are also within 5 minutes. Westlake Station is 5 minutes by foot and Westlake Ave Hub Station is 6 minutes.

Pros: New carpet in hallways and rooms. Newish beds.
Cons: Older bathroom fixtures. Thin walls, I could hear a couple yelling at each other for an hour in the middle of the night.
Mediocre3.4
Pros: the price
Cons: They staff failed to give me a wake up call, even after i went downstairs and requested in person for them to do so, and i ended up missing my flight. The room was tiny and the entire hotel reeked of cigarettes. Horrible customer service - when i asked about a close by and good place to eat they recommended McDonalds. Utterly horrible.
Good6.5
Pros: The bed was confortable, the gym didn't have water damage this time. I don't mind staying here when I'm by myself. The bathroom issue isn't enough to keep me from staying there when I'm in town on work by myself. The proximity to everything in the city makes any breakfast issues a non issue generally.
Cons: Showers are kinda sketchy, lil dirty, mostly with old grout. There was no continental breakfast. Checked in late at 1am and there were still lemons in the juice maker from breakfast.
Good6.5
Pros: We loved the breakfast, l think it was very complete: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, breads, fruit, juices, cheese, yogurt, pastries, etc. They also have complementary coffee and tea 24hr at reception, the rooms are clean, they have a keurig with k cups which is great, small fridge. Location is great.
Cons: It was a bit outdated, needs renovations, the ceiling noises were horrible, l could hear people walking, not so much for the walls, the windows are also thin, the bathroom has a shower not a tub, wall paper is old and gross, But it was the cheapest and l think it was worth it.
Mediocre3.1
Pros: The location was OK, breakfast was good.
Cons: I paid for good room, found that day was very busy on travelers they accommodated us in very small room and in a corner with a view of garbage containers
Excellent8.0
Pros: Small and simple. Had a great hot tub open all year round outside. I had one night left and wanted one with a hot tub, so that's what I went searching for and found the Travellodge at the Space Needle. Nice stay for my last night in Seattle. Also had a great continental breakfast, another thing on my wish list.
Cons: The hallways seemed a bit dingey so it made you unsure at first, but overall was a nice stay. Good enough where I needed it to be.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Friendly staff. I was able to check in early to get out and explore the city. Clean room & comfy bed. Breakfast area was pleasant and there were plenty of food options. Great location to get out and see some main attractions and to walk to the Victoria Clipper ferry terminal (about 15 min.)
Cons: Hallways (carpeting) need a bit of an upgrade. Only had a stand up shower, so if you were looking for a nice hot bath (I wasn't), you'd be out of luck.
Excellent9.6
Pros: The place was cleaner than I had expected. Carpets were clean and farly new. Sheets and towels clean and white. Noise was very low on our floor. We were lucky to have an end room. Staff friendly and professional. Breakfast was better than most hotels, with omlettes and sausages in addition to fruit and toast and cereals with yoghurt or oatmeal. Got great nights sleep every night. Perhaps I had been expecting a dirty place and prepared for demanding clean sheets etc, but I was surprised at the level of cleanliness and comfort. True it is an older building, but they've invested in lighting and security and staff. It feels a star higher than 2.
Excellent8.6
Pros: Staff was fantastic, they went out of their way to be helpful. They even allowed us to check in a few hours early. Location was perfect. Parking was cheap. Breakfast far exceeded expectations.
Cons: The building was perfectly clean but outdated and worn. Bed and pillows felt new though and were very comfortable.
Good6.0
Pros: Like the fact it was two blocks from the space needle and the surrounding attractions. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable
Cons: The bathroom had mold in it and our room was very cramped. Way overpriced for what the hotel had to offer
Excellent8.2
Pros: Location and helpful staff.
Cons: Price and paying for parking.
Okay5.7
Pros: It was good location. Employees were chill. Good service overall.
Cons: Don't charge for parking
Excellent9.4
Pros: The quality of the TV was excellent! Also, the selection of cable channels were excellent!
Cons: Extremely disappointed that it was not until I arrived that I found out I would be charged over $16 a night to park my rental car in the lot. I thought I should have been told about this additional charge when I booked the room.
Good7.7
Pros: Location and hot breakfast were the highlights. Near Space Needle and Key Arena.
Cons: I went for a basketball tournament at Key Arena and my team lost after the 1st day. As a result, my brother (who was with me) wanted to leave early, so we only stayed one of our originally planned three nights. What I didn't like, is that I couldn't get my money back because I had gone through a 3rd party (Kayak) to reserve the room.... something I will never do again if there is any chance I will cut my visit short.
Good7.4
Pros: Location and we only stay if the shuttle will pick us up for seahawks games!
Cons: Outdated
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great location near seattle city center.
Cons: Everything was great.
Good6.3
Pros: Location and Staff; Bed was comfortable
Cons: Cold showers; Workout room had no towels or sanitizer; yellow stain on the wall next to the toilet
Mediocre3.4
Pros: Free coffee on the hallway!
Cons: Smell of the room. Permanently locked windows so no chance fir fresh air. Very very tight room, looked definitely should fit only 1 bed. By 9am breakfast buffet was finished and wasn't replenished.
Excellent8.0
Pros: No frills and clean hotel near downtown. Breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. Parking was expensive, but being downtown I expected as much.
Good6.0
Cons: Shower door broken
Good6.2
Pros: Very noisy place, poor internet system in lobby
Cons: Helpful staff and good breakfact
Okay5.4
Pros: proximity to the Space Needle complex
Cons: When checking in we were warned that we needed to keep our key cards away from cellphones and credit cards - that it would cause them to not work. Having to return to the room to pick something up before leaving for the day the following morning my partner's key did not work and she picked up my key and it did not work. Neither key had been exposed to credit cards or cellphones. The front desk staffer was seemingly polite but did get snippy when I complained. This excuse is ridiculous as cell phones and credit cards cannot cause a key card to demagnetize. The problem is in the magnetizer, the way it is operated, or the room card readers. It is not the fault of the customer which is implied. I am not happy about this treatment. Also, the breakfast area is way too small to accommodate the number of guests using it. It was a zoo and spilled out into the lobby. There needs to be another more private area to eat and the serving area should be expanded.
Okay4.8
Pros: It was clean and close to downtown.
Cons: They gave us a view without the space needle even though we asked for a good view. Our windows were facing the opposite way. The power went off sat night and our room was without light for about 10 min.
Good7.7
Pros: Location Free breakfast
Cons: Old Smells Thin walls
Mediocre3.1
Pros: Location is close to the space needle is the only thing this hotel has going for itself
Cons: The hotel was old and smelled bad. I didn't even want to bring food back to the hotel since the odor was so foul. I tried asking for a refund but since I booked through a 3rd party. The staff named Zac said I couldn't get a refund if I left early. But his supervisor could probably do it he said. But yet he did not ask her to do it. I booked tues-Sunday. But left Thursday Instead with no refund. Just avoid this hotel unless if you are traveling alone and need to save a few bucks.
