Pros: Our second time staying here. (We even got a room for our in-laws, too, so they could experience the place) The grounds are very well kept, with a rustic southwest feel, complimentary to the area. The rooms are quite comfortable, no detail overlooked. The breakfasts made each morning for guests are absolutely wonderful. And it’s a pleasure getting to talk with other visitors, too. If you are diet specific or have special food needs to be met, let them know & special meals are made just for you. The location of the B & B is close to many local points of interest as well. Would definitely recommend & will continue to stay here every time we visit.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing during our stay at the Dreamcatcher! Mary Beth was an amazing host, the room was great, and we had a truly amazing time in Taos. I'll add that the Oats Brule at breakfast do live up to their name as the most delicious oats I've ever had (the rest of breakfast was pretty great too!).
Cons: Absolutely nothing! I will say that for those who want to ski it is a half hour drive to the resort, so be prepared! In any case Mary Beth was super accommodating about providing breakfast early on the days we needed it.

Pros: The setting was peaceful, the breakfast delicious( blue corn and pinon pancakes with fresh fruit and sausages!) both mornings. The inn keepers were very nice and the facial very relaxing.
Cons: There was no TV in the room but that was fine by me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, setting and ambiance of this place is so relaxing. The breakfast is amazing!!! The room was so homey, we ordered food to go twice and enjoyed it in our room. We loved this place...highly recommend it!!!
Cons: Not a dislike just added touches. Need hooks in bathroom for hanging clothes, towels, toiletry bags, etc. A small shelf in shower for toiletries, would help for those that don't bend so well. Other than that, only thing that was missing in our room was coffee creamer but main room was close enough to go get some. We had an amazing stay!

Pros: Great staff and large clean room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fireplace nice. Our king room nice size- do not feel cramped & can entertain. Large free breakfast with many choices.
Cons: Insulation between rooms not great. Room above footsteps awfully loud at times.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was in the first building and closest to a very busy main street of Taos BUT it was "ok", I had just "hoped" it would be a bit more secluded. the room itself was totally fine and extremely clean. The beds were exceptional and the sheets and comforter to0, all COTTON, a pet peeve of mine is cheap sheets! I was thrilled! exceptional. great all cotton towels too!! so, my ONLY comment, not a complaint really, was being so close to the main road and so much traffic sound for the cost, BUT, we will go back, yes! the breakfast and Staff???? Fabulous, all deserve a huge hug! Thanks!
Cons: see above.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly, room was clean & comfortable. Would be able to evaluate better, if no snow. Hotel designed for warmer weather.
Cons: Would have liked the parking lot scraped of snow & ice. Very slippery getting in & out of car & to room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was convenient to walking toward the historic downtown area for shopping and dinner. It is a 30 minute drive to the ski resort. The breakfast had a large selection of items to choose from, mostly hand made. The outside hot tub was a must for after skiing. It was clean, hot, and had plenty of towels available. Fresh baked cookies every afternoon. The room is quite large.
Cons: The fan for the heater/air-conditioner is VERY loud, and it was on the low setting. There were room darkening curtains, but they didn't go up high enough. Even with them closed all of the way the room was quite bright. I had to put a pillow on top of the heater to keep the fan from blowing the curtains open. I have this complaint with all budget hotels - please, please, please use REAL eggs for breakfast. Powdered eggs are just awful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great choice for a very reasonable price

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place! Lovely staff and accommodations. Would go back in a heartbeat!
7.0 Good
Pros: Hosts were great, breakfast delicious, great view and location.
Cons: Room was smaller than I would have preferred and no fireplace (candles). Next time we come we will request a specific room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone traveling through the area! The room was cozy, quiet, and had a fabulous kiva fireplace which was perfect during the cooler fall weather. The grounds of the facility were amazing and had incredible views of the mountains beyond. There were so many amenities beyond what I was expecting (fresh cookies and snacks, hot tub, steam shower in our room, etc.) and very thoughtful touches throughout. We will definitely be back!
Cons: Everything was perfect. I can't fault a thing!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The couple who manages this BnB is just wonderful! You can tell they take great pride in being hosts and upkeeping the space. The hot tub was our favorite part, used it twice daily each day of our stay. It was very clean and hot and was such a treat amidst the snow! The beds and linens were quite cozy, and the robes felt like royalty. The breakfast was also quite delightful!
Cons: The only thing I wish I would have known was that the location is a bit further from the plaza than I had hoped- But it is no fault other than my own for not looking more closely! Probably less than 3/4 mile, but not exactly right in town. In the summer, it would be an easy walk- but in the snow, we had to drive. That being said, the BnB is right next door to the very best restaurant in Taos, the Love Apple.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the gas fireplace in the room

5.8 Okay
Pros: It was very pretty. The staff was amazing.
Cons: Our room was quite small and the common area was not very inviting to make up for the small room. Our room backed up to the street. We heard neighbors talking starting at 6 am.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we checked in Shawn greeted us and showed us around giving us the history behind each room and the property. Shaun pointed out where to find everything we needed. He also helped us choose our breakfast which we would need to do for each day that we stayed. The best check in experience that we’ve ever had. The space was just what we hoped for....a romantic getaway. When we needed extra coffee or firewood for the room Shaun took care of that. Being able to use the spa at the El Monte was amazing. So relaxing! Breakfast in our room was a nice treat and the social aspect of having breakfast with the other guests was really enjoyable. Lauren was delightful! It was easy to get downtown and to everywhere we wanted to go. We didn’t want to leave.

Pros: Charming oasis just minutes from shopping, dining and museums. A well appointed and relaxing casita to retreat to after a day's outing. Sean and Zac are delightful hosts and the breakfasts are as plentiful as they are delicious. The only place to stay when in Taos❤️
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, off the beaten path, nice courtyard, great manager, modern/contemporary remodel of older facility, breakfast included.
Cons: The "Illuminator" room needs "comfortable seating" for two people.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast served each day was wonderful. The staff were lovely and helpful.
Cons: A need for maintenance?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room was beautiful and very good amenities
Cons: Breakfast was not done well. Did not offer any toast and had to ask for items we had requested the evening before. They were more interested in getting breakfast for those taking it in their rooms. Grounds were in poor condition.

Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Believe it or not, I really appreciated NOT having staff come in every day to make up the bed and change the linens. I was much more comfortable taking care of the room myself. The Murphy bed was great giving us a larger area in the room when we were not sleeping. The space in the bathroom was generous unlike many other hotels. We enjoyed the hot tub after a busy day of hiking around. The location was within easy walking distance of historic Taos. Finally, the front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in, and always greeted us when we walked through the lobby.
Cons: One of our overhead light bulbs was out (I should have mentioned it at the front desk), and our coffee table had a big crack in it. These were minor items, and did not detract from our stay.

Pros: Beautiful, roomy accomodations
Cons: No

Pros: The room was very comfortable and conveniently located. This historic hotel has 8 paintings by the famous author DH Lawrence available for viewing with a 15 minute audio accompanying it explaining how this hotel came to own these paintings. A very pleasant unexpected surprise in Taos.
Cons: My only complaint is that there is a step up at the entrance to the bathroom in the room. I considered this a tripping hazard.
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very good and location excellent
Cons: I thought the price was high for the quality of the hotel, the room furnishings, and amenities for the Taos market. It is not a good value. The evaporative coolers were too noisy and we had no control over cooling. Bathroom needed pull/safety bars.

Pros: Free Starbucks coffee from the cafe (although at times there was a very long wait to get it). The floors in the room were wood.

7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was in a great central location and the staff is very accommodating, but be warned it is located in the Plaza which is very noisy starting early in the morning (around 7 a.m.) and into late evening (11:30/ midnight).
Cons: If staying for only a night, this problem may not be an issue for you, but my husband and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in a room without a dresser. We did have a closet to hang clothes, but had to live out of a suitcase which is not ideal.

Native American, Mexican, Spanish, and the cultures of the American West are celebrated in beautiful spaces, alongside the indomitable spirit of the peoples, past and present, who have shaped our landscapes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The property itself was exquisite. The room, the pool and landscape was utterly gorgeous. Very inspirational. The staff was great as well, especially the valet.
Cons: The food was very "meh". I would have expected much more from the mac and cheese than a bowl of Kraft mac and cheese. ....As a mom, its easy to spot. The beer was flat as well. The salad had a generic sugary raspberry dressing. Its a competitive food world out there, so I think Monte Sagrado could do much better. The music in the bar was really youthful and felt like a bad night club. Staff was fine though. Everything else in the resort completely made up for the experience though!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and beautiful grounds.
Cons: No
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location. Nice room.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the room, it was very nice!
Cons: The mattress was a little too soft, nd you might have better blinds, or curtains to block the light! Another thing, the cable was not working, that's why we checked out so early, we called service to fix it, never did fixed it! For paying so much for the room, cable not working!!

Pros: This hotel is an oasis of luxury set in a very small town in New Mexico's northern mountains. It's location is perfect--the grounds of the hotel are lush and beautiful, and the interior design is excellent.
Cons: The hot tub in my suite was dirty. There was a strange thumping noise all night long that kept me awake. The doors of the suite did not properly lock. I felt somewhat unsafe.
7.5 Good
Pros: IT WAS A VERY TRANQUIL. LOVED THE SITE. TO BAD ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT. POSSIBLY RETURNING IN NOVEMBER 2019

Cons: I would request that Heritage Hotels address plastic pollution by not offering their guests a "bottle of water" at every turn.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming. The overall design of the hotel and rooms is high-end and fitting for the region. The in-room experience is comfortable and luxurious!

Pros: The room was very nice - one of the best I've been in and updated. Should be a 4 star Breakfast choices were exceptional.

7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was really enjoyable. Friendly staff.
Cons: Some parts in the room would need renovation in particular the shower in room 4
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our clean, well appointed room. Robert and Jules created this gem and have dedicated themselves to personal first rate service with a smile. What a great place to bring in the New Year. Spent both nights in outdoor hot tub stargazing! Getting ready for our scrumptious breakfast by the fireplace! Thanks, you two!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location - away from town - and the decor. Breakfast was wonderful and our host went out of his way to provide information and make us feel at home.
Cons: The room was small, so not really conducive to getting comfortable for reading or spreading out a bit.
7.0 Good
Pros: The atmosphere was great, bed was very comfortable, the owners were exceptionally friendly, easy access in and out, breakfast was good, the home made bread was excellent!
Cons: It was very cold there, and the heater was not keeping up, there was also no heat in the bathroom which made getting out of the hot shower less desirable. Definitely need to work on seeking a different type of heat!
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Everything was misrepresented on line. Didn't even feel safe enough or clean enough to stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quaint and personal feel of the this small inn. They owners are very helpful and very nice.
Cons: Would be nice to have a small refrigerator and coffee maker in the rooms.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The gentleman on duty , probably the owner, was friendly.
Cons: office/breakfast area dusty and the windows are so dirty you cannot see out of them. Guest bathroom was horrible black mold on shower rod, dust is there main component. You need a high clearance vehicle to drive out of their drive way!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel breakfast ever! Lovely adobe style hotel built on 1929 with several newer additions. Very homey, super accommodating staff.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: If you are looking for that Pueblo, adobe style NM ski lodge then it has that general appearance
Cons: Hotel is old, you could hear every step the people in the room above you took, the room has not been cleaned, the bathroom had long black hairs all over the floor and bathtub had 2 used wet bars of soap in tub, smallest fridge ever & no microwave
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Lots of outdoor space
Cons: No microwave in our room after I confirmed online and with a call prior to reserving. The room was dirty, no one vacuumed or cleaned the bathroom prior to our arrival even though they called me to say it was ready. Cob webs in the windows. Ripped towels and bath mat. The sheets didn’t fit the old Sagging king mattress. The second bed was in an alcove without a bed table or lamp. The TV is too small for the space.
4.0 Okay
Pros: What I loved was the charm of the historical inn. The room was nice and big, the fireplace a great touch. Dinner was great in restaurant.
Cons: What I loved was the charm of the historical inn, but you can have charm and still keep up the property. It needs a lot of TLC. the bathroom is old old old, the outlets didnt work, mini fridge didnt work, microwave didnt work. The seal around the door to the room was non existent, therefore the frigid taos air blew into our room all night long. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, with a half used bar of soap and pubic hairs all over the tub. The bathroom smelled musty and gross. Not clean at all. The carpets needed vacuuming terribly. The door was all black and marked up at the bottom, sheet rock peeling off walls. Screws I had to pick up from the carpet before my 3 year old stepped. Italso outside of town a ways, nothing really within walking distance. I didnt realize this. Front desk staff was rude upon check in and everytime I called. I didnt call often, so it's not like I bugged them. I just called 1 time to ask about a roll away bed, once to ask the bus schedule and another to report a breaker flipped (except 1 time to report a breaker needing to be turned back on. There was a gentlemen that answered the phone that day that was as friendly as could be). The free restaurant breakfast was DISGUSTING. Which is sad because the dinners are awesome. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and were not disappointed at all. However, breakfasts needs some major help. Word to the wise. Stick to the cereal and toast. We had a waiter one night that was awesome and very nice, but other then that we found the restaurant staff pretty cold and moody. Had we not eaten dinner there the first night, and our first impression was the breakfast, we would not have come back for dinner at all. The gross breakfast would have turned us away. So perhaps, to get more dinner business, they should up the quality of breakfast. Because the restaurant was always pretty slow in the evenings, not much diners at all. I wouldnt mind paying for breakfast on site if it was as good as the dinner.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds. Breakfast!
Cons: Interior run down. Thought we heard mice. Had to request toiletry re-supply 3 times on one day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: good and filling. something for everyone.
Cons: low water pressure because of older building
1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing, your description online was wayoff!!
Cons: Needs updating, room was dirty with possible mold. not a 3 star hotel as described.
7.5 Good
Pros: Architecture and big suites that fit a family comfortably.
Cons: Old and not properly maintained. 40 mins from the slopes. During a snow storm even longer. The roads get slick with snow and it takes about an hr to get to the slopes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable. You get one complimentary bundle of wood every day, and each additional bundle is 5 bucks, and they deliver it. Most of the staff was friendly, and most of my requests were met with professionalism. Hot water seemed endless and because the walls are thick Adobe, only the loudest of stomping could be heard from upstairs. Couldn't hear talking or other tvs. Heater kept the entire 650 square foot room warm, but we only used it at night because the room stayed very comfortable even at 10 below zero.
Cons: The room was very dusty, floors were dirty. Housekeeping came at my request, but it was obvious she didn't know how to use it. Didn't know where the plugs were and tripped the breaker.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Mislead with outside entry. None of my request were giving. Dirty, had to walk in cold for more breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Dated phones caused issues and the door was almost impossible to lock without slamming it. Other than that, it was great.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Needed several repairs in our room. Could hear the neighbors through the walls. Hey
