There were no cars available at my pick up time. I had to rent through another company. That was annoying but the person working at the Budget was very transparent, helpful, and gracious.

When the car wouldn’t start part way into the journey, Budget took responsibility, albeit with a fair amount of pushing and a delay in our trip.

Pick up experience was great, not a long line and staff was super friendly. The car was ready in less than 5 minutes. the return was expedited as usual when you go to an airport.

$18.99 fuel charge for 0.4 gallons that somehow weren’t topped off. Really. Even at the $9.99 / gal rate or some unstated 1 gal minimum that’s just fraud. Typical BS from terrible companies.

It was very spacious. My driver was very friendly and funny 🤣😁. There was a bathroom in the trunk. And I needed (of course)to pee so you know where I left a wet spot(the trunk). The drivers around us were very friendly 😸, probably cuz I put a "baby 🍼 on board" sticker on the car. And my dog 🐶 absolutely loved 😍 the drive. He was barking like crazy.
No cars available. What a rip off. This should be illegal.

Dollar didn't have a car for me when I arrived. They tried REALLY hard to upsell me, but wouldn't give me the car I reserved. Eventually after I raised a big fuss, they magically seemed to have a car.

Awful. Told online to pick vehicle up at 3. To arrive and the place be closed and door locked, customers were present inside being served. Whilst waiting for someone to come to the door one staff member looked at me, put his coat on and left, whilst another shouted through the glass that they were closed. When I explained I had a booking to collect a car at 3 he told me to go away as he had no cars left. Awful service.
Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Car was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Great experience. The only problem was with Enterprise itself. I was going to be arriving right at my dropoff time, which was also when the office was supposed to close, and wanted to make sure they knew I was arriving. When I tried calling, I was routed to a general Enterprise phone system and had no way of routing my call to the actual branch where I was dropping off. The automated message told me the office was closed, even though it was before the time when the branch actually closed. Caused unnecessary stress, but it worked out in the end.

Your systems aren’t in sync with the rental car place. I got the counter. He said that you’re booking was an accepted because it was made on the same day.
