10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Janet and Stuart were most hospitable. On arrival we were greeted and given a map of Warwick with many recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We were shown to our room in this amazing 15th century property. It’s quirks were truly delightful. The whole property was immaculately clean throughout. The little touches like chocolates on your pillow and the honesty bar make all the difference to your stay. We were there for the races and Janet came with the racing page on Saturday morning so we could study the form. As for the breakfast, well outstanding. Locally produced bacon and sausage which were delicious. I travel and stay away with work a lot, and I can honestly say I have not received such fantastic customer service in a long time. We will definitely be going back . Thank you

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was freshly cooked to order
Cons: Room was too hot at tomes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Parked the car before I went to the racing and then received a friendly check in. Decent couple of beers in the bar followed by a reasonably priced meal finished my day nicely. I went from having a small room in the place I stayed on Tuesday to a gigantic room here. Both were more than adequate for me though. You get what you pay for in most instances,
Cons: Nothing at all. Just be aware that the entrance to the car park looks small when you drive past, but is fine once you have worked out it is actually the entrance.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean and perfect for a short stay.
Cons: Unfortunately the breakfast as disappointing as the evening meal the night before was really good. Maybe we caught the breakfast chef on an off sat but we were looking forward to a good cooked breakfast and it was sparse and luke warm - a shame.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make my families stay the best one possible!! The food was mouth watering, my 14 month old son ate really well too. They made him the perfect breakfast both mornings that we stayed. They really made us feel looked after. They even kept his milk (for his morning and night bottle) in the fridge for us to keep it fresh.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and clean. Smart decor. Staff very professional and organised

Pros: Shower and bathroom was fantastic, clean and the shower was best hotel shower I had.

Cons: Few cobwebs around windows. Recently decorated bathroom was nice but few rough Edges eg broken lamp shade, bath panel broken.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I checked in and was met by a lovely lady who was very nice. I am afraid I was so cold in my room I booked the premier inn and checked out that day. I had a lot of work to do and although it wasn't ideal I just could not work or sleep in the room because of the temperature. I did not complain as I did not want to upset or inconvenience the lovely lady.

Pros: Nice welcome Great location Lovely breakfast included
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Extra touches in room, heating on to welcome guests, tea making facilities, biscuits, sweets, towel rail on. Use of meeting room was a bonus
Cons: Service in dinning area slow at lunchtime on arrival. Service at breakfast next day also slow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic stay here, the staff are fantastic and I mean everyone of them, nothing too much hassle and it looked like they enjoyed working there.
Cons: Nothing could of been better-highly recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Rose and Crown is an excellent pub which has recently refurbished its bedrooms to a very high standard. My husband and I were visiting family. Our room was comfortable and warm and spotlessly clean. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location in the centre of Warwick was very convenient. We booked bed and breakfast for a week and the breakfast menu was also extensive using local produce. We will definitely stay there again.
Cons: Only one thing: The stairs were quite narrow and winding which could be problematic for people with mobility issues.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent as was the location, the breakfast, the dinner and the comfort of the rooms. In general the rooms have been done to a good standard including lovely toiletries and towels. There was no audible noise from downstairs even though it was the festive season. I would definitely stay here when I visit Warwick again,
Cons: Minor things really but options to improve on the rooms. The pillows are quite hard, the room (number 1) had an annoyingly bright green emergency light, the type you would find in a commercial building and there were no usb plugs (and very few plugs in general).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We found that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was very comfortable with a good ensuite. The breakfast was individually cooked for us and there was a good choice of menu. The location was ideal, right in the centre of Warwick. We would like to return to Warwick and will definitely stay at the Rose and Crown. Thank you.
Cons:

Pros: Room ready when we arrived a little earlier than expected. Very warm welcome, Excellant dinner & breakfast.
Cons: Could do with central heating & double glazing
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly which complimented the wonderful food and ambiance of the restaurant/pub.
Cons: The room was clean, tidy but a little cold and the tv couldn't be tuned but that would not prevent me from returning at the earliest opportunity.
6.7 Good
Cons: Noise from the visiting Mop Fair. No double glazing to windows and bathroom had only a small towel heating rail to heat the large bathroom.
7.7 Good
Pros: great food (even the breakfast was awesome!) and excellent staff! We arrived quite late at night (10pm), and we were not able to have hot food, but they let us have some great cold platter and soup of the day. all were so delicious and nicely presented that we were so touched!
Cons: Our shower in the room were somewhat broken and we could not use hot water - but we were promptly offered to use the shower at other room, which were great!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All really lovely, staff were very sweet and professional. I had a massage that was excellent, pool, jacuzzi etc were great. Room and surroundings really nice, would recommend!!
Cons: I wanted runny poached eggs at breakfast, they were a bit hard. Such a minor thing and I was too lazy to send them back though!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was quite modern and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was lovely location and we walked around the beautiful golf course too. The spa area was very good with a good sauna, steam room and hydro pool. Even though check in was at 3 pm, it was good that we could use facilities before checking in and after checking out. We had a tasty and pleasant evening meal at the restaurant and Marco who served us was very good. It was a very pleasant stay and we would come again. We ordered breakfast from the menu which was better value for money than paying £12.50 per person for the breakfast buffet.
Cons: The hydro pool could be warmer. The door leading to the play area from the restaurant could not be closed from outside. So it got cold and we had to keep getting up to close the door from inside whenever a parent took their kids to play games. There should be a separate door for this.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities. Excellent bathroom. Brilliant pool area.
Cons: Changing rooms could have been cleaner. Had to wait ages for breakfast order to arrive.
6.3 Good
Pros: The New Year’s Party was very well organised and enjoyable the food was excellent. The food in the restaurant was also excellent. However the breakfast was disappointing we added it to our stay but they had no knowledge of it. They had a separate dining area we were not allowed to sit there because they had no record of our order for breakfast. We moved to the bar area after 45 mins they had then lost our very simple order. We had to leave without breakfast because otherwise we would have been late. We had been working in our room and so asked if our room could be cleaned after 12.00. When we came back having been out for the day the room had not been cleaned. We did not mind but asked at reception 3 times for some water and tea bags and milk. None was delivered. We gave up asking there seemed to be no communication between reception. And housekeeping or the restaurant or bar which was disappointing
Cons: Please see above
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Reception Desk people are always very pleasant. Check-in and out is very efficient. Rooms are very good - Food is nice - it's very peaceful once you get through the door to where the rooms are.
Cons: The room service menu is limited. A few more choices would be nice. The lobby can be busy and noisy when a lot of people are using the sports facilities. There is no separate parking for the hotel. Parking can be difficult as checking in time for business travelers (5-6 pm) coincides with a lot of people using the sports facilities
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were great and facilities very good. The location is very convenient too. Lovely view over the golf course and lake makes it feel quite rural. Marco the barman looked after us well.
Cons: The breakfast could have been better. Both mornings the poached eggs were over cooked and cold.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Unfortunately I had to drive through Warwick in order to get to work.
7.0 Good
Pros: The wet room shower. And the bed was roomy and comfortable
Cons: As a disabled person I found the access to the pool difficult and a bit scary. Only Ladders into the pool at all corners no steps at all

7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely location in large grounds and great facilities. Nice Spa.
Cons: Room wasn’t ready at 2.30pm when we arrived so had to go and buy hot drinks in Brasserie to kill 30 minutes. Perhaps a complementary drinks offer would have been nice. Had planned to go for a quick swim but delay threw my plans out as we were going out again at 4.15pm. Surprised that Full Breakfast didn’t include toast, marmalade and jams on offer only soft bread seemed to be available. Tea was served from jugs rather than own teapot which went cold quickly and had to ask initially for top ups.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Leisure facilities were great.
Cons: Staff were nice but clueless.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was very posh good estate n grounds plenty of choice for breakfast but a bit crowded.lovley rooms and hall says,
Cons: Arrived and the room was so cold so lay thare with my core on until 3 hours later once the heater had worked the room up thare was not enough milk sachets in the room and was not given the room I ordered and payed for but only put right when we where offered a upgrade overlooking the lake .only one of us turned up for breakfast after paying a scanderalus12.50 each and thay did not nock the money off the bill . Travargo was a 100£ and on thare sight says that booking .calm was a100£ when actually it was only 57£ with booking .com without breakfast so travargo is a ripple of sight I will and would never use .
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Rude staff, not helpful, spa was dirty and out dated. Food was absolutely shocking Saturday night. Way over priced for what looked to be cooked by an apprentice. Room had difficult WiFi connection and no phone signal. Shower and bath were dirty.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The politeness if the staff
Cons: Nothing- all good

Pros: Staff were courteous and professional. Room was good, facilities were good.
Cons: Prices were ridiculous. £24 per day to park your car on the hotel car park. £12.60 for a Jack Daniels and Coke. Breakfast choices were very limited - what was available was good quality but I would expect a better selection for the standard and price.
