Location was perfect - quiet but well connected and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go, with plenty of nice places around to eat. Gym and some other facilities weren’t open due to covid but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Pros: The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated and clean, plus it is in a great part of town. It's not on a busy street, but within walking distance of all of the must see things in town. We were also happy that they had a private parking garage because even though it was pricey (18 euros per day), it was nice knowing that our car was safe. The breakfast spread was fantastic! We all really looked forward to breakfast each day.
Cons: The only downside was the wifi being hit or miss.

Pros: The hotel is located just opposite the train station. It's a very happening area of the city with many restaurants. The rooms are great with all the facilities you would require. The staff are very helpful and warm.

Cons: the room was very small for two beds, not tea or coffee service in the room, quiet disappointed; not fridge and bar service. my reservation was with internet included in the room every 24 hours the internet expired and you have to ask for another card,the last two days they run off of cards so not internet in the room just in the lobby, so my opinion is i been in Ramada hotel before in another countries and it was pretty good, but now i will think about to go again, the price wasn't cheap for that service.

Pros: I got a "Dom view" suite. It is large and had a terrific view of the Berlin main cathedral. large comfortable bathroom. The lounge downstairs has a fireplace that is Going every night. Great place to relax and have a whiskey. Breakfast in the restaurant is also excellent.
Cons: I've rented the regular rooms before and they are small. The suite is worth the extra cost. Beds have two small half comforters, one for each person. Would brew way better if it had a single large one. But that seems like something that is normal for German hotels.

Pros: The location is great, very clean, staff was great, and property was kept up. Hackescher Markt is a good area with shopping and restaurants, weekly markets Thursday nights and Saturday, and a S-Bahn stop to easily get anywhere in Berlin.

Cons: Duvet was tiny and thin, the shower head broke off and it drenched the entire bathroom, the safe in my room didn't open, two lamps didn't work. When I complained, they just looked with a blank expression on the face. On my return to the room later that night, only the shower head was fixed. No apology, no offer to make good. I'm never staying there again.

Pros: Everything we wanted to visit was either in walking distance or we had good access to transport. I found the hotel very quiet and all the facilities were clean. We found the staff very nice, however sometime felt they didn't always understand us properly, but this may have been as we didn't speak English.
Cons: As I didn't like to have my room cleaned every day on two occasions we put the do not disturb sign on the door as we knew we would be returning to the hotel a few times during the day, this lead to a notice on the door on the second occasion, we felt this rude as it made us feel we were breaking some rules by not letting the maids in for a day. I also found the pillows quiet uncomfortable but did not feel like it would be okay to ask for more.

Pros: The location was amazing! We didn't even realize there was a Ubahn station at the edge of the hotel with cars going through the center of the hotel until our second day there. Brandenburg Tor was only a short walk away. the staff was friendly.

Pros: Staff members greeted us warmly and the lobby looked very luxe, so it was a good first impression. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean and of a good size for two people - not spacious, but pretty similar to most American budget chain hotel room sizes. The bathroom had a large countertop area for toiletries, and it was great to have some chairs in the room, too, so we didn't have to sit on the bed all the time. Sure, the carpet looked worn, but nothing else looked shabby and it didn't affect our comfort level at all. We always hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door overnight and were never bothered by housekeeping. Plus, the location was perfect - a block in one direction to the metro, and a block in the other direction to the bus. It was extremely convenient to get around, and close to plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do and see. We got an excellent deal on .Price..line. and were very happy with our stay.
Cons: The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit during peak showering times. Also, the mattresses were harder than I'd like and thus not that comfortable for me, but that is subjective. Pillows were quite flat, but they happily sent us more when we asked.

Cons: The Hotel is really old and you see it in any corner! The carpets are from the 70´s the curtains were so dirty and even damaged! Cons: Housekeeping woke us up every morning at 10 am. When I'm on vacation I don't want people coming into my room and waking me up. Any other hotel I've stayed in they don't start housekeeping until noon or so but I guess that's how it is here in Germany. The shower wasn't draining but they fixed that the last day we were there.

Pros: It didn't take me long to figure out that customer service was not a main priority. I had to ask to have my air conditioner checked three times before they moved me to a different room. It was clearly an inconvenience 2 the customer service desk to do this. They also had me pack up all of my things and bring everything all the way down 28 floors before they would tell me where my new room would be. It would have taken a lot less time just to know and put my things on a cart and go directly to the room I was being transferred to. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I even checked out a day early and they didn't even say anything about it. It was almost like, they looked at my situation as though it was my problem and why should they do anything for me?
Cons: The fact that the staff did not care. The hotel is completely surrounded buy a square that smells like garbage and urine. There were protesters and police officers everywhere. Until late at night I could hear chanting over and over about Middle East War.

Cons: The staff at the front desk were not helpful and gave us bad information on where to go in Berlin. I was disappointed because most hotels I have stayed at around the world the staff almost always gives great places to go to and see. Their advice on where to go and eat were less than what I would expect from a staff of a major hotel The consierge comments, that there were not many things to do in Berlin, was so disappointing. We found on our own, some great things to do and see.

Cons: It was very warm in the hotel room. Too warm. The bathroom tub didn't drain well, and it was a hassle to get in/ get out of it. Concierge was not very helpful.

Cons: Arrived early on our first night and even though we were staying 2 nights, charged 2 euros per bag until our room was ready. 8 euros total. Also the internet was not included in the price.

Cons: Check-in was painful. Took almost an hour to check-in. Room was very small which was ok but the bathroom/shower setup was not designed well. Running the shower resulted in water all over the bathroom floor since door not good and could not put bathmat down because of door clearance. The water temperature would fluctuate during a shower from scalding hot to cool.

Cons: Not that clean but for the price it was ok.
Located in Prenzlauer Berg, this hostel is within 3 miles (5 km) of Velodrom, Mercedes-Benz Arena and Alexanderplatz. East Side Gallery and Berlin TV Tower are also within 3 miles (5 km). Landsberger Allee Station is only a 2-minute walk and Storkower Straße S-Bahn is 13 minutes.
