Pros: We had the 34m2 room . This hotel is fantastic. It has all arranged for you before you even think of them .Full furniture , kitchen , washer , dryer, classic hotel demands , stove , dishes, plates and everything you can imagine. Pool is excellent for you to have a nice swim . It has a security way to prevent others get in your floor by accident during the night by using your key card!!!! Excellent security , friendly people , nice restaurant , very good location , near Hauptbanhoff , and other metro stations . To be honest it is very good hotel and you should prefer it when visiting berlin.

Pros: The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated and clean, plus it is in a great part of town. It's not on a busy street, but within walking distance of all of the must see things in town. We were also happy that they had a private parking garage because even though it was pricey (18 euros per day), it was nice knowing that our car was safe. The breakfast spread was fantastic! We all really looked forward to breakfast each day.

We found the room and bathroom to be very clean and of a good size for two people - not spacious, but pretty similar to most American budget chain hotel room sizes. The bathroom had a large countertop area for toiletries, and it was great to have some chairs in the room, too, so we didn't have to sit on the bed all the time. Sure, the carpet looked worn, but nothing else looked shabby and it didn't affect our comfort level at all. We always hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door overnight and were never bothered by housekeeping. Plus, the location was perfect - a block in one direction to the metro, and a block in the other direction to the bus. It was extremely convenient to get around, and close to plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do and see. We got an excellent deal on .Price..line. and were very happy with our stay.

Pros: The location was great. We went to Berlin by Train and the hotel was very close. It was also near many of the main sites that we wanted to see and very close to the city tour bus. We walked to the Opera at night, to the Brandenburg Gate, to the river and Museum Island. The staff at the hotel was fantastic - very helpful and friendly. They all spoke English, which helped our stay. The spa/pool looked fantastic. We forgot our bathing suits, so couldn't swim, but it looked wonderful. We were too busy site-seeing, but would have loved to have gotten a massage and maicure. Facilities looked beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful. All the food we ate at the hotel was wonderful. Great stay. We would definately stay here again.

Pros: It didn't take me long to figure out that customer service was not a main priority. I had to ask to have my air conditioner checked three times before they moved me to a different room. It was clearly an inconvenience 2 the customer service desk to do this. They also had me pack up all of my things and bring everything all the way down 28 floors before they would tell me where my new room would be. It would have taken a lot less time just to know and put my things on a cart and go directly to the room I was being transferred to. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I even checked out a day early and they didn't even say anything about it. It was almost like, they looked at my situation as though it was my problem and why should they do anything for me?

Pros: This hotel was very clean and cosy. Low price of a room with its own shower and toilet ( and TV ). Very student atmosphere with bar on the lowest level. The breakfast was also quite good. Long 'swedish table' with many tasty stuff for just 4 Euro.
