Pros: The hotel is very nice. It is well decorated and clean, plus it is in a great part of town. It's not on a busy street, but within walking distance of all of the must see things in town. We were also happy that they had a private parking garage because even though it was pricey (18 euros per day), it was nice knowing that our car was safe. The breakfast spread was fantastic! We all really looked forward to breakfast each day.
Cons: The only downside was the wifi being hit or miss.

Cons: the room was very small for two beds, not tea or coffee service in the room, quiet disappointed; not fridge and bar service. my reservation was with internet included in the room every 24 hours the internet expired and you have to ask for another card,the last two days they run off of cards so not internet in the room just in the lobby, so my opinion is i been in Ramada hotel before in another countries and it was pretty good, but now i will think about to go again, the price wasn't cheap for that service.

Pros: I got a "Dom view" suite. It is large and had a terrific view of the Berlin main cathedral. large comfortable bathroom. The lounge downstairs has a fireplace that is Going every night. Great place to relax and have a whiskey. Breakfast in the restaurant is also excellent.
Cons: I've rented the regular rooms before and they are small. The suite is worth the extra cost. Beds have two small half comforters, one for each person. Would brew way better if it had a single large one. But that seems like something that is normal for German hotels.

Pros: The location is great, very clean, staff was great, and property was kept up. Hackescher Markt is a good area with shopping and restaurants, weekly markets Thursday nights and Saturday, and a S-Bahn stop to easily get anywhere in Berlin.

Cons: Duvet was tiny and thin, the shower head broke off and it drenched the entire bathroom, the safe in my room didn't open, two lamps didn't work. When I complained, they just looked with a blank expression on the face. On my return to the room later that night, only the shower head was fixed. No apology, no offer to make good. Pros: The location was amazing! We didn't even realize there was a Ubahn station at the edge of the hotel with cars going through the center of the hotel until our second day there. Brandenburg Tor was only a short walk away. the staff was friendly.
Cons: I heard the breakfast was expensive, so we walked to the nearby cafes instead. They claimed you could control the temperature from the TV, but we couldn't cool the room down any.

Pros: Staff members greeted us warmly and the lobby looked very luxe, so it was a good first impression. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean and of a good size for two people - not spacious, but pretty similar to most American budget chain hotel room sizes. The bathroom had a large countertop area for toiletries, and it was great to have some chairs in the room, too, so we didn't have to sit on the bed all the time. Sure, the carpet looked worn, but nothing else looked shabby and it didn't affect our comfort level at all. We always hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door overnight and were never bothered by housekeeping. Plus, the location was perfect - a block in one direction to the metro, and a block in the other direction to the bus. It was extremely convenient to get around, and close to plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do and see. We got an excellent deal on .Price..line. and were very happy with our stay.
Cons: The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit during peak showering times. Also, the mattresses were harder than I'd like and thus not that comfortable for me, but that is subjective. Pillows were quite flat, but they happily sent us more when we asked.

Pros: It didn't take me long to figure out that customer service was not a main priority. I had to ask to have my air conditioner checked three times before they moved me to a different room. It was clearly an inconvenience 2 the customer service desk to do this. They also had me pack up all of my things and bring everything all the way down 28 floors before they would tell me where my new room would be. It would have taken a lot less time just to know and put my things on a cart and go directly to the room I was being transferred to. They did not say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I even checked out a day early and they didn't even say anything about it. It was almost like, they looked at my situation as though it was my problem and why should they do anything for me?
Cons: The fact that the staff did not care. The hotel is completely surrounded buy a square that smells like garbage and urine. There were protesters and police officers everywhere. Until late at night I could hear chanting over and over about Middle East War.

Their advice on where to go and eat were less than what I would expect from a staff of a major hotel The consierge comments, that there were not many things to do in Berlin, was so disappointing. There's a curtain to divide the room but it still weird... Cleaning is sub-par. Bleach stains on the floor never look good. Sink wasn't draining which was an easy fix for us but the faucet was hanging on like a loose tooth. Overall the room we had needs a good once-over. That was one of 1000+ rooms available so that might be different than many others.

Cons: Not that clean but for the price it was ok.
