Cons: No biscuits with room coffee and tea ! Unclear on car parking arrangement and difficult to find entrance to the multi story car park at the rear of the hotel. Not clear when booked that breakfast inclusion is continental only - extra cost for cooked.

Pros: Staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast was great.
Cons: Our room. Terrible, pokey and old fashioned. The only thing that resembled the photos was new wallpaper on one wall. The room was tiny and overlooking bins and the noisy road. The bathroom hasn’t been upgraded and I could only just use the shower as when you put it to top height (I’m tall) it just dribbled out. It was one of the those old ones with no dual control. The bath couldn’t even fit my 5ft 1” Mum in....... it’s like the room they put the overstays...... terrible. Won’t beback.

Pros: Excellent location with a friendly and helpful staff. The bars meals are very good and breakfast was well organised. The short stroll into Chester makes the location perfect. The nearby Cornerhouse pub is great for weekend live music plus a good selection of beers.
Cons: The car parking charge at £7.50 per day because I booked via a third party was unexpected and mean,very disappointing Mill Hotel..do you really need to do this. This is my fourth visits but will not consider other hotels!! Bed room lighting is dim, the wife had difficulty with this.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, the room is clean and the bathroom is nice and big. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: I made a one night booking via an E website and when I arrived at the hotel, I extended my stay to two nights on the E website. I even went downstairs to confirm with the reception that they got the booking for the second night, which they did. The next morning I got a phone call to say my booking is cancelled. While I was still in bed in one of the hotel rooms. The hotel just said they were over booked. Expedia said its not their fault but the hotel.
