Pros: Staff was extremely friendly including maids, front desk, and bellhops. I stayed on a high floor which had only 2 other rooms. No problem with elevators. My room had a great view over the Chicago River and was larger than I expected. Taxis were immediately available, but also a great location to walk to many things.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Pros: We visited Chicago to see Hamilton. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants and attractions, very close to the Private Bank Theater where Hamilton is playing. We arrived slightly early and worried about getting into our room, but the staff were able to accommodate us. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly. The self-park was included in our stay and very convenient. We had a king bed room which was very nice and clean. Overall very pleased!
