Nothing. Even though I had a reservation and pre paid they had no cars. Never again! Left us stranded and refused to find us a car elsewhere. Just said call someone else.

When I arrived they did not have a car for me! I had to wait an hour with a 15 month old baby and they ended up giving me a broken car…. Terrible experience. Will not be booking again

They gave away my reservation to a walk in because I got stuck in traffic for 15 minutes. They had no other cars in the whole city so I was never able is use my booking.
Enterprise cancelled my reservation 2 days before the trip due overbooking of their vans. We already reserved hotels and restaurants for our destinations and some reservations are non-refundable.
